This is by far the worst product I’ve ever seen. I clean gutters for residential homes to help out my 65+ community, and without fail they always cause water damage to the ends of the roof. They don’t allow the water to flow into the gutters!! This company has installed the gutter guards here, and it is horrible!

It a fast install with only one man. There was a spot that still drips but they can within two days and fixed the leak in our gutter it hasn’t rain since so don’t know if it is fixed.

I've been wanting to get leaf Filter on my house ever since I saw the add. I checked out the other companies and the response I received was not favorable. The quality is excellent, value is great and the professionalism, response time and being on time was a perfect time. They fit my schedule perfectly. Thanks again for the opportunity to have Leaf Filter on my house.

I can’t speak to the quality of the service, but given the other one star reviews and the aggressive nature of their sales team, I wouldn’t personally trust it. My review is of their sales team. I talked with a rep at a home show on Saturday and within the last 48 hours I’ve received 9 calls with 3 voicemails. I had specifically mentioned that I wouldn’t be in a place financially to consider the product seriously for several months and the rep said she would make a note of that, so I expected to receive maybe one or two calls in a couple months after I gave them my information. Not 4 to 5 calls a day between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. I finally called back to tell them to stop calling me today, hopefully that actually works. Even if their product was amazing and worked exactly as advertised, I wouldn’t hire them because of their ridiculously aggressive sales tactics. So word to the wise, never give them your phone number.

I had leaf filter installed on my house and was surprised that in heavy rain some of the water coming from the steep valley's overflowed the gutters. I called customer service, and they recommended radical 90 degree inside corners which are wider than the standard 90s. Outstanding solution and my issue was resolved, great customer service I must say.

Quick and very easy to deal with. Was surprised how quickly they got to do the job.

The Leaf Filter team was great!! From the estimate to the work, which was done on a bitterly cold day, our guy persevered even until it got dark out, then came back the next morning to make sure everything was cleaned up the way it should be! Great work team!

They customer rep was able to give me an on the spot quote and even went so far as to call the team to see if they had time that same day to come and do the install. They did and were really efficient in getting the work done. They even came back the following week to clean the existing system that I had in place. However, what impressed me the most was how the site supervisor treated his installers with such respect. The product itself is really helpful as we live on a hill under a lot of pine trees. Love the product, but more importantly I loved the experience of working with the LeafFilter Eugene crew.

My distinct impression of this business is that they should invest less in marketing and more in developing a strong stable of employees--or at least a strong stable of reliable contractors--who have genuine expertise in installation of the product they sell. The product itself has been fine. But it took four service calls for re-installation before they finally sent out a contractor who could actually install the product correctly. That's time I didn't want to spend thinking about gutters or re-arranging my schedule that I can't get back.

The representative was very nice & friendly. I think he did a good job. I am 81 & can't climb a ladder to check it out. He said that he would have pictures but didn't leave anything. I would like to see a picture of the clean gutter & the finished job.

Installation was not ideal. Training Rep. had to come out and finish or should I say to fix screw ups of one installer the next day, as I would not sign off on the job as done. After the first hard rain I took a look at the gutters and there was so much gravel from the roof, I wonder how many years of service of the roof I have lost due to traffic on my roof. So time will tell if leaf filter gutter protection was worth all the money that it cost me.

I was less than impressed with the installation of the product. Two crews showed up after noon to install 400 ft of gutter protection. They quit long after dark and said they were done. There was 30 ft section that wasn't done yet and too dark to inspect the job. The following day they sent a different person to finish the the job. I had an opportunity to record by Drone the previous days work and found another place that they failed to install the last 4 ft of a 34 ft run that could only be seen by Drone camera. The installer finished the job and I paid him and received my warranty. I only have one remaining complaint and that is a leaking downspout that drips on the walkway below.

My gutter was in bad shape, partly detached from the roof, and heavy rains were predicted in two days. I contacted Leaf Filer and they arrived and gave an estimate that very day. Leaf Filter was installed the next day by an incredibly competent worker. Then the heavy rains arrived and proved beyond a doubt that the system works!

My wife and I had the LeafFilter gutter guards installed on our home, and it's been an absolute nightmare. As soon as it started raining, the water went off the roof as though the gutters weren't even there! Rain just dripping off the edge of the roof all over the deck and entryway. Our gutters actually worked better BEFORE having LeafFilter installed. According to the people at LeafFilter, it's working as designed and our gutters aren't clogged. They won't honor the lifetime warranty or money back guarantee. For the price of this garbage, you could have your roof & gutters cleaned many times a year for many years. Do yourself a favor and look up the class-action lawsuit they're involved in!

EXTREMELY AGGRESIVE SALES TACTICS AND HARRASMENT.

Stay away and never let them get your contact info. They will not stop harassing me and my wife. I've blocked their number, replied STOP to text messages and told them we're not interested several times.

They just show up to our house uninvited. Very creepy

I use Leaf Filter at my home and they have been very responsive where I had an issue with a gutter that was installed by one of their contractors. They came back out to remedy a water flow problem and the technician was quick and knowledgable. So far, no further issues.

It does not work as they advertise. The mesh clogs with dirt, roof granules, needles and leaves. Water flows over the mesh without going into the gutters. Warranty is worthless because it only guarantees the gutters will stay clear, not that water will enter and flow to the downspout. We purchased them to prevent the need to climb a ladder and have already had to climb up three times this month to clear the debris off the mesh. Repeated calls and email to service line has not fixed the problems. Wish I had seen about the Class Action Lawsuit against them before buying. Believing the hype was the worst/most costly mistake of our home ownership
