Excellent company to work with! The crew doing our roofing was amazing. Six guys were in constant motion for three days completing our complicated roofing project efficiently and expertly. Before the project started, we received weekly updates on scheduling. We couldn't be happier with the process and result!

Roof looks good. Finished when they said they would. Very efficient with the detailed list of what we paid for. Cleaned up after and respected our yards bushes/shrubs and flowers that we asked them to.

Thank you Chris and Expert Roofing! ER returned my call in short order and gave a timely and competitive estimate. The communication process with Chris was excellent. Plenty of text messages to communicate when ER would arrive for the repair and what to expect when they arrived in terms of scope of repairs and the materials used. I needed a new roof on my small garage. I got bids from Expert Roofing, plus one of the larger outfits in Eugene and another small family company. I had used Expert Roofing about five years back to re-roof a section of my house that I needed done in a hurry and it turned out fine--but I did want to get other bids to see where they landed now. Expert Roofing beat the big company by a few hundred dollars (and the smaller one by almost $2000), but I wanted to look further into the quality and cost of materials that these 2 "finalists" put in their bids. I discovered with a little research that Expert Roofing was using superior grade materials--and still quoting a bit less than the big company--so that sealed the deal for me. They also projected being able to do the job about 2 weeks in the future, while the big company said it would be 4+ months. From start to the very quick finish Expert Roofing's staff were professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Max the foreman went through their 24-point job completion checklist with me and showed me photos for points on the list that needed explanation (no roof walking for me). He and the crew left my patio and yard around the garage in pristine condition. With my experience of using this company 2 times several years apart, I feel confident giving them a 5-star recommendation.

I saw someone in an Expert Roofing company vehicle toss a cigarette butt out on the highway lined with dry grass next to a natural area earlier this week (early August). I'm not sure what kind of moron thinks this is okay ever, let alone during wildfire season.

I noticed the employee started throwing sunflower seeds out of the truck a minute or so after the cigarette butt. I was close enough that I could clearly tell the difference between a cigarette butt and sunflower seeds.

A young man came by our house wanting to get potential customers for Expert Roofing. We were needing a new roof so we set up an appointment for a quote. A few days later a man named Marcus came out to the house and gave us a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me confidence in the company, and this confidence proved right. I worked in the trades for 44 years and I could sense what kind of a company Expert Roofing is. Everything about our experience with them has been positive. The job was supervised by Chris, one of their supervisors and he kept me updated and informed on what came next. The roof was done in.one day, looks beautifully done, with a couple of finish up details the following day. The yard and house were left clean and undamaged. My hunch was right. This is a top notch company. I don't expect we will have a leak or any problems with it, but if we do I fully trust a company such as this to promptly make it right. Expert Roofing did a great job. Two other companies we talked to earlier scared me, confused me and made me distrustful of the whole process. Then along came Expert via a knock on the door.
A few weeks later we had a new, beautiful roof, with state of art vents including venting on the ridgeline. The crew took less than two days, removing old, laying new. Yes, they did a great job of helping me trust again. We call it providence. Mike W

Marcus was prof. and explained what our roof needed, and gave us options. Max was amazing at keeping us informed, and explained what was done, and why, so well. The new roof is amazing, and you can't beat the warranty. Expert Roofing was not interested in doing our small, rather unique, gutter install on our large gazebo, but Max gave us a great suggestion that will be wonderful. "Stand Up" guys all around. Now that we have lived with our new roof for some weeks we wanted to tell you that our experience with Expert Roofing was one of the most professional and pleasant we have had in renovating our home. They came and did an inspection and found some leakage. Then replaced my roof very quickly and properly during the 3 day break before we had 10 days of rain. They were easy to work with and I am thankful for their services.
