We had rockstar out to help us finish unpacking and setting up the house. It was a borderline life changing how much they helped us declutter and make the house a home. I could not recommend them more highly.

Rockstar residential is amazing! I reached out to them when the visual clutter was overwhelming for me. While I knew I could do it myself, even getting started felt daunting. Ronnette and her team came in and got both my home office and playroom cleaned out and organized. I wasn’t made to feel ashamed with my lived in by 3 kids and plethora of animals house. They were all personable, supportive, and didn’t suggest u realistic ideas. Recently they helped me organize my pantry with email and video support through the process. One of these days I will beg them to come help with my laundry room and kitchen 😂

Working with Roni has been amazing. I've used her services twice now and she has become a friend and mentor to me. organizing and cleaning a house is more than just tidying up and putting everything where it's supposed to go. and I've learned a lot from her and her crew. Grace is amazing as well as the other two women that were here for my other two sessions. I could not recommend them more and I am very happy with the work that I've received and the help that I got to make my space more enjoyable to me.

What a relief ~ Housework & organizing are not strong in my skill set...so receiving a visit with Rock Star Residential has been fantastic! I highly recommend these professionals. My home (including closets & cabinets) is never going to be sterile & and pristine, but it's now much more functional and welcoming!!

I can only offer the very best praise for Ronnette and her team of organizers. I honestly don' t know how I could have made it through a move without them. Grace and Alisha's efficient, dedicated ways of assisting me in clearing what was no longer needed or wanted even, then helping me in organizing the move-thing, and finally and happily, settling me in my new home ( and garage) with cabinets, drawers, closets, and spaces making sense to the way I like 'em. Best of all, they are fun to work with !!

I had the wonderful women from Rock Star come to my house twice to organize my living room and office. It's not cheap but worth every penny. They make it easy by only asking me to make choices on what to keep and what to get rid of. They did all the sorting and organizing and also cleaned up the space after it was done. Their method of organizing makes that easier by sorting everything in small bins that you then decide on. They were helpful and encouraging, which made the process much more enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

Grace and her helpers are expert at being person-centered. They are encouraging and non-judgmental, making the process of having them help me even more impactful. They do not focus on perfection but rather peace in the home (whatever that looks like for the individual). This takes the guilt out of living in your space and is something that can be maintained.
It has been over 2 years since I needed their help, and I continue to have Grace over to reset my home regularly. Many may consider this a luxury, but taking care of our environment helps us take care of ourselves- that's not luxury, but a necessity. Rock Star Residential Services was a game-changer for me during one of the most challenging times of my life. My dad, a hoarder, needed to be moved into a retirement home closer to me and my brother, and the task of processing his home felt completely overwhelming. I thought I’d have to tackle everything on my own—sorting through his belongings, coordinating services, and preparing the house for sale—but Rock Star Residential Services came to the rescue.

Grace, the lead organizer, Alisha, organizer, and Ronnette, the owner who provided additional project management and research support, were absolutely phenomenal. Their professionalism, kindness, and organizational skills were unmatched. They also had such compassion for my father and his situation, not judgmental about it at all. Living in Portland while managing my dad’s house in Eugene added another layer of complexity, but they made it work seamlessly. They took charge of the process, allowing me to step in only as needed to provide input. AND they were such a delight to get to know as human beings!!

What really stood out was how much they went above and beyond. Not only did they handle the monumental task of decluttering and organizing, but they also helped connect me with services and vendors for the home sale. This saved me an immense amount of time, stress, and coordination. Their support and resourcefulness were invaluable.

Thanks to their hard work, my father is now happily settled in his new, mostly organized retirement home, and I get to see him every week. I truly don’t know how I could have done it without their help. Rock Star Residential Services was a lifesaver, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Between illness, stressful job, life circumstances and ADHD my home was in chaos. From the very beginning Ronnete was kind, understanding and non judgmental. She came up with a plan that immediately made us feel more optimistic about the situation and goodness did this team follow through!
I felt prepared for the entire process from start to finish and the results were remarkable.
I think what's even more remarkable is that I am writing this review some months later and still maintaining (most) of the tools we were taught!

I cannot recommend this team enough. If you are struggling with maintaining your space, if you're feeling overwhelmed by the task or embarrassed for even needing help, then call. It is worth it.

I am really glad that I hired Bonn Roof Care for a full roof replacement. They did a great job at a great price, and I am really happy with the service they provided. Was really excited to see that my skylight replacement came with a remote control shade. Highly recommend these guys Thanks a bunch!

If I could give this company a 0 that’s what I would do - total rip off ! 300.00 dollars to hose your roof down and leave a total mess. The owner is a gaslighter and has no regard for his clients

Had my gutters and roof cleaned. Still have moss and gutters still dirty. Said nothing, and charged us $395.00 only here 30 mins, awful job and thanks for nothing.

I had some technical questions for the owners, Todd & Joni, and they had a great knowledge base and just great people to connect with! When it comes time for a roof cleaning, I'll choose them for sure! Highly recommend them!

I haven’t even hired this company and I have a few things to say about them. I’m an in home caregiver and in the neighbor hood I work in multiple neighbors have hired this company. Every time I go for a walk with my client their crew is talking about me in Spanish (not knowing that I speak spanish). It’s just very disrespectful this has happened twice already. Definitely won’t be recommending them.

I hate to give a bad review to a mom and pop business, but the folks from Bonn Roof Care didn't seem very communicative, didn't seem very professional, and their slow communication resulted in a delay of my project. First, they came out and did an inspection. I had to call them to get a response to see what their estimate would be after the inspection. That took about a week. They apologized, but told me that it would take longer to get an estimate. Then, after a few days, they said that they couldn't take the job, although they said that they could initially do it. I asked them why they couldn't do the work that they had initially verbally agreed to do. It's been a couple of days and again, they haven't responded. So I'm giving them a negative review for their lack of responsiveness, slow communication, and for the fact that they can't do the job and haven't even explained why. I'm giving them a 2, rather than a 1, because they intimated that there was some tragedy in the family initially that caused part of the delay, but I was given conflicting information about this too, so I don't know how reliable this is.
