Reviews of local pros in Eugene, Oregon

Boon Roof Care has been our roofing company for over 15 years. We’ve had multiple houses and a rental and the work has been more than impeccable and amazing staff.

Bonn Roof Care rolled in and replaced my roof. The team was very professional, organized and worked well with each other. I also had a tree punch into my bedroom Jan '24 from an ice storm and they also quickly made a repair inside of 4 days (the tree had to be removed first). I highly recommend this business and will continue to have them do follow-on roof maintenance.

Bonn Roof Care told me they would be at my residence on 9/10 at 0700 and they were. They knocked my roof out in one day and did an excellent job. I’ve never experienced a contractor who told me they would be someplace at a specific time and actually showed up on time. It was excellent service. They finished at 6pm sharp, and no trace of any mess could be found. I highly recommend.

I always have had a great experience with Bonn roof care. I've used them for numerous real estate transactions and on my personal Home. They are always very responsive and professional. I would and have recommend them to lots of people.

As the owner of Pacwest Commercial Real Estate, I was very impressed with Bonn Roof Care. Their membrane roof inspector found issues others had missed. Professional, thorough, and knowledgeable—I highly recommend Bonn Roof Care for anyone needing reliable roof inspections in Lane County.

I would highly recommend Bonn Roof Care, I've replaced roofs on three different homes, also had them clean and remove moss on same three homes yearly. Todd and crew have been very friendly, fast and reliable. I would highly recommend them for maintenance and replacement of roofs. Even years later they were replacing a roof next door to one of our homes and noticed a metal strip missing on ours and replaced it.

Bonn Roof Care did stellar job the cleaning and treating the roof at our duplex in Springfield and our home in Eugene. The roofs are pristine and the clean up job was perfect! We are are very happy with the quality of the work.

We were very happy with Bonn Roof Care’s installation of our new roof. Their bid was very competitive, and the work was done quickly. We recommend Bonn to anyone who needs any roof work. We used them for 16 years for annual cleanings and inspections.

Bonn Roofing was really a pleasure to work with. Competitive bid, quick response and a job well done. I had two houses stripped and reroofed with each house being completed in one day. Excellent clean up as well. If not for a new roof you wouldn’t know they had been there. Highly recommend.

We hired Bonn to replace the roof on a very old farmhouse. There were multiple layers of old roofing to remove, it was a very tall house and the other bids we were getting were sky high. Bonn's was recommended by a friend and honestly, they were a complete lifesaver. They sent somone out the day after I phoned (the rain was coming soon) and gave us a bid the day after that, beating the competition by $10K. They stayed in touch on where we were in the queue and when the weather broke, they took the old (4 layer) roof material off in one day, decked the next and then replaced the roofing the third day. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a big crew to get the job done swiftly because the rain is such a factor in Oregon. Many neighbors have stopped to tell us how good it looks and we couldn't be happier. Very professional outfit, very nice employees and they were reasonable. I highly recommend Bonn Roof Care.

We had Bonn Roof Care put on a new roof and siding on our home.

The whole experience was amazing. From the start to the end, I was updated daily on the progress and completion date.

The crew that was at our home during the project were polite and professional. All of them were constantly working hard and making sure that any garbage was always kept cleaned up.

The project was finished up in time for my son’s wedding reception. They worked straight through for almost 10 days to have our home ready for all the guests we were having over.

One of the days I brought lunch home for all the workers and had a great time visiting.

I highly recommend Bonn Roof Care. Excellent communication, pricing, and quality of work done was top notch.

Thank you everyone at Bonn Roof Care

My first experience with this crew was so great, I called them back for a roof on my next house. Professional, efficient and delivered on their promises. I will continue to trust this business to protect my home!

We had an incredible experience with Bonn Roof Care. Todd provided a fair quote and was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which gave us great peace of mind. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the roof replacement ahead of schedule. They were also very courteous and left the entire worksite spotless each day. The quality of the work is beautiful, and we would highly recommend them for any roofing project".

I needed a roof replacement, went with Bonn Roof Care. I feel they are a good honest knowledge company. I was concerned with an issue in my attic, they advised it was a ventilation problem. They did a great job fixing it, overall very pleased.
Thanks guys!

Have not heard from them!!!!

Quick turn around. Great customer service

Scheduled appointment, no call no show! Would not recommend at this time!

Darold is very professional and did an excellent job. We are very pleased.

Scheduled 2 appointments for estimates and no one showed up. June 19th were supposed to be here at 10, no show. Left message for them and David rescheduled for this morning at 8, hasn't shown up yet. Very frustrating!

I called three Gutter companies in Eugene Oregon to try and get quotes for my small job. Out of the three, one didn’t call back, one took a message and called back the next day, and the other, Darold from Accuracy Gutters, answered my call and said he could be by my place later on that same day to give a quote. Not knowing if my job would be hundreds or thousands, I asked for a quote to fix the areas that needed fixed and a quote for all new Gutters – the horizontal portions. When Darold from Accuracy Gutters arrived to quote the job, I walked around the house with him pointing out my concerns. He was genuinely friendly and great at answering my questions. Darold also pointed out a few things I didn’t think about. Afterwards he wrote up a quote on site and handed it to me in person. I was pleasantly surprised to find how affordable it is to hire Darold. However, I mentioned to him I had another company coming by the next day and I would get back to him. The next day, the other company did call and make an appointment. They came by and quoted the job like needed. The quote was a fair amount higher than Accuracy Gutters but they did mention they would price match. That said, my wife and I decided to work with Darold because he answered his phone, came the same day to quote, he was friendly with a warm personality, and his quote was more affordable. He is also a Father and Son business witch I admire. Darold showed up on time at 8am and got to work right away. I had to leave for work but was excited to come home and see all new horizontal gutters around my house. Darold and his son did a great job and they even spent some extra time addressing needed fixed to ensure all the rain run-off would in fact be directed to the gutters – an issue from having a new roof put on by someone who cut a few corners. Darold is great. I’m not sure how many more Gutter issues I’ll have now but I know who to refer others to if I hear of the need.

We had a great experience with Accuracy Gutters. Darrold was great about communication and was very prompt with his bid and service. We have a 2 story house and needed to repair our existing gutters, replace some pieces and pitch the gutters for proper drainage. Darrold did an excellent job with all tasks and even removed old satellite dishes left by previous owner. His price was fair and the work was exceptional, I highly recommend accuracy gutters to anybody.
