I had Rock Star Residential Services come and organize my horrid pantry and….OMG….WHAT a difference!!! They used several containers and baskets to designate spaces for different categories of pantry items and it just felt WAY better! The best part…is that I’ve KEPT it organized for over a year now! I would highly recommend Rock Star Residential Services for when you are waaaay too overwhelmed to organize your own stuff!

Ronnie and Grace are the best! They organized my entire house and are so fun to work with. Still use them for maintenance on a regular basis. Try them, they will take great care of you!

I have used Rock Star for about three years and I can’t say enough about their services Initially they helped me with decluttering (a lot) at my place and in the middle of that, a good friend passed away and I was responsible for his house I worked most closely with Grace who was there every step of the way (for over a year!) I started calling her my Saving Grace because she truly has been It has been a joy to work with her We are back to my place now - the difference in my house between when we started and now is amazing They are professional, reliable and worth the money for the peace of mind that organization brings

She not only helped me clear out generations worth of stuff out of my basement (and helped find the best matches to donate much of it to), but she gave me the skills and encouragement to keep going, over a month later. I’ve decided I’m going to volunteer to have Ronnette and Grace adopt me and share custody. (I swear I will keep my room clean.) I can’t say enough positive things about either one of them. I had a dreadful reorganizing project I didn’t know how to conquer (or even where to begin), and fortunately I found them during my search. I learned the hard way these projects aren’t for the faint of heart. They were essentially saviors and even helped me again when I had an unanticipated hiccup that had me at the end of my rope. Ronnette responded to my inquiry same day, and communication was top notch (which goes a long way with me). She also helped facilitate furniture removal to save me time and energy. No surprises, no over promising and under delivering. Prices are very fair. They were extremely efficient, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. I don’t give up control easily, but it wasn’t hard for me to hand the craziness over and let them steer the ship. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Or recommend them to anyone I kno. The emotional support was genuine, and I never felt uncomfortable having them all up in my personal business at all. Thanks so much for taking care of me ❤️

I cannot recommend Ronnie and Grace enough!! We are completely blown away by their skills and time efficiency. We had a HUGE job for them. We run a large dog rescue center. Which has more stuff than that average 10 households!! Our kennel was piled high with blankets, and every dog supply you can think of. And our office got out of hand, with piles of boxes, upon boxes, upon bags of donated items stuffed in every square inch of the place. It was just a disaster!

We needed our office space to be turned into professional setting, and the storage closets to be organized so we can find what we need quickly. As well as maintain a proper system of organization. And the kennel needed a system staff could easily follow. Keeping a clean and happy environment for the dogs and the humans! This was no easy task.

We gave them our goals; and they came up with ideas, we approved, and all of a sudden everything was done! So easy! They worked independently which was a huge time saver for us as well. Everything now has its place, we know exactly what supplies we have (no more wasting money on unnecessary purchases), and we have an easy system everyone can follow. It looks so nice and the energy feels so good. And with everything organized, we have a ton more space! Everything looks professional and modern. We just love it.

I can’t rave enough about the experience I had with Ronnette and Grace! My garage was a disaster and now it is so clean and organized that I keep peeking into it because it makes me so happy. They were so competent, organized and fun to work with. I think what impressed me the most is how prepared Ronnette got me before the “big day”. I knew what I needed to have on hand and how to get ready. She also sent me very clear and helpful information in advance about how the day would flow, my role, how I could be helpful (or not). Ronnette is hands down the most amazing organizer. She has helped me with our laundry room which was an embarrassing disaster, our bathroom, and fridge. I am a busy mom with 2 kids under 5, and her help has been the best thing I ever did for my sanity. To top it off, she's a really fun and energetic person who takes a lot of pride in her work.

Ronnette is amazing. She's so much more than a decluttering and organizing expert. You can tell she doesn't just like organizing and making homes look nicer, she genuinely cares so much about her clients and her goal is to help you live your best life. I have hired people to declutter and organize before but our first sessions left me feeling like there was so much more I needed. Not the case with Ronnette, not at all! If you are feeling overwhelmed by your possessions, do not hesitate to reach out to her for a consultation.

Ronnie has been working with me, doing basic cleaning for the past 5-6 months. She and her daughter, Savannah are an excellent team! They are high energy, warm, efficient, and super communicators. It doesn’t hurt that Ronnie loves dogs and they love her too! With two young kids (elementary and a baby) I was seriously struggling once I went back to work full time and Ronnie and Savannah saved my life. In just 90 minutes they take care of what would be hours of housework for me on the weekends.

I highly recommend Rock Star! Ronnie and Savannah are amazing organizers and cleaners, not to mention really good people. Ronnie took the time to come and evaluate our needs, and they had my house completely decluttered and organized in just a couple of sessions! They don’t judge at all, and are so encouraging and caring. I am so blessed to have be able to rely on them to get my house back on track. They rock!

So thankful! I’ve been so overwhelmed with the clutter in our garage and haven’t had the time or energy to tackle it or turn it into anything even remotely manageable. Ronnette was able to work with me, my schedule, and budget and turn our garage into a categorized and contained manageable situation.
