I noticed some moss on my roof a couple weeks ago. I reached out to Justin for a roof wash. They were able to get me in quickly! Justin was awesome and his crew got the work done quickly! I recommend this company to anyone!

Justin accommodated my schedule, texted me ahead of time to remind me that his team would be here, updated me when the work was completed, & sent photos (!). I received a fair estimate IMOP for the work to be done and the work was completed as promised , the installer was courteous and professional.

Poor value indeed. Still can’t believe the bid I was written. Overcharging like that and playing on peoples worries is why I’ll never recommend anyone and will let everyone know you guys are crooks. I went with Myers Gutters in Albany, they were a 1/4 the price.

They were hiring for a door to door salesman and I got a response immediately. Great company!!

This is the worst company I have told no but they stil continuely call me every day multiple times. I get calls starting at 7 in the morning till 5 in the evening they are making me scared to answer my phone they are monsters.

I had them put in 3 downspouts and a 2 ft. Extension 2 of the 4 leaks

The Leaf Filter installer came and completed our installation on time. He cleaned all the gutters before he started the install. Would highly recommend using Leaf Filter.

Gutter screen covering so they cleaned the gutters, straightened a few places, added new 24' on the garage with LeafFilter too, I believe they have done a great job on our home.

Poor costumers service, they made a contract with us and they new we had bought our gutters, they said they would put them up. Their guys came looked at the gutters and left, didn't say anything to us just left, then we come to find out they cancelled our contract and did not call or say anything to us, do not hire the Eugene Oregon people they don't help you

The screen is way to fine,. They plug up with grit and debris,. It's time to get the ladder 🪜 out again. Mine are so plugged up that they over flow keeping my deck soaking wet. Worst decision we have ever made.

The whole process was super easy. From first contact to installation was less than two weeks. They look and perform great.

Quick to respond, sales rep was good, installer did a great job. Then, a week later another employee came out and inspected the work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sounded like great idea and I had a full, complete quote and overview of service. I scheduled, and the crew that showed up couldn't actually do the service and wanted to walk off by doing only half the work. This raised red flags about scam service. Despite promises to get us rescheduled with a team that could actually do the service (the teams are contracted out), they never actually reached out to do the work the contract was for.
If I were actually charged, I'd call this out as a scam.

I would think twice before working with this company. The company should be sued for false advertising. They state you will never have to get on a ladder again yet all the techs that work on it state otherwise. Not only is the price way too high, the quality of the system is useless. I have had a tech come out to fix the system 5 times already and still does not work as stated. When I ask for a manager they refuse to let me talk to someone only send a person to look at the system once again and still cant fix it. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISING AND LIES.

Had Leaf filter installed on August 17 and had a very light rain on September 7th. Water was coming over the top of the gutter in a steady stream. Called Leaf filter after this and they said they could come out on September 23. Seemed like that was quite a while for service since installation was done two days after the order. Service tech came out on September 17th and took the silicone mess off the driveway left by the installer and said he could add more pieces to hopefully fix the problem. These pieces would trap debris and we would need to clean the roof every year. He could come out at additional charges of course and do this for us every year (guess I could hire someone to clean gutters every year and don't need leaf filter). On September 17th we had a heavy rain and there was a large waterfall coming off the back of the house. I called Adam at the Eugene office and sent him video of the back and front of the house where water is running over the top of the gutter. Adam said he would get back to me but I am still waiting on this. The Leaf filter system has actually created two clogs and will not allow my gutters to function. My contract states "No clog money back guarantee." I have spent a great deal of money on a system that doesn't work and has actually created issues. I am certainly not important to the company and feel as if this will be addressed when convenient for the company and not for me. More rain in the forecast and I wish these could be taken off my gutters to allow them to function again. Worst money I have EVER spent on a product.
UPDATE: How can you not locate my account. My husband just called this number. He sent pictures and videos and has contacted multiple people and yet no one is listening. By the way who is going to fix the downspout that was damaged from the install? EUG05239

This is the worst co. Out there. Once they have your money they forget about you. They have leaked since they put them in. The inspector they have sent say it was put on wrong and needs to be redone but they won't do it. So our foundation and pourch is getting ruined. They don't care. Now its been a year they want to charge us. They haven't fixed it right in the first place. Now they just ignore us. So I'm going to have to take them down and put some up myself. I'm on disability and shouldn't be doing this. Don't get this product
