Roofing & Gutters reviews in Eugene, Oregon

Everyone at Expected Roofing was fantastic! Oliver, Jamie and Chris were terrific to work with, everything from the initial estimate to financing to the work itself and the roof looks great!! Thank you so much!

Expert roofing has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the start. Their customer service was super helpful & put me in touch with someone to come evaluate our situation fairly quickly. They were very responsive & prompt, sending me text updates. Chris came out to evaluate the roof & explained everything thoroughly & in a way I could understand. I would definitely work with them again in the future, & would recommend them to anyone in need.

I have not had any services performed by Expert Roofing yet, but earlier today I met with Taylor to evaluate my leaking roof situation in order to provide an estimate with best possible options going forward. We are in the zone where the roof has aged and is just starting to show some signs of needing replacement, but immediately we have a leak that needs addressed. I was concerned that a roofing company may take a look at our situation and only quote and/or pressure us into defaulting to a new roof. Taylor listened to my thoughts and validated my reasoning for repair at this time, and was happy to provide options for both repair and replacement. I can tell he really knows his trade and was super easy to talk to. I am looking forward to our bid and hopefully securing services provided by Expert Roofing. I'd also like to mention that out of the three local companies I contacted, Expert has been the only one to answer their phone and was able to have someone out to take a look two days later. Excellent service so far!

Chris was a real pleasure to work with. He and his crew are clearly very knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. I felt well taken care of during the whole process.

Expert Roofing did an expert job on our house and shop. Their work ethic and professionalism truly was amazing. Between Jamie Renfro, Marcus Chisholm, and the crew onsite, we couldn’t ask for higher quality work. Can’t recommend them enough.

Very excellent job. The job was done in one day. I'm very impressed by this company. I suggest everybody uses expert roofing. Very happy

I have a young daughter who needed a new roof she had one estimate done and when she sent it to us we were concerned they were not an honest Company. So we asked her to get a few more she did and she decided to use Expert roofing, they weren't the cheapest, but the gentleman who did her estimate was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The gentleman who came to do who job showed up the day and the they said they would and did an excellent job and were very professional. Having a young daughter so far away from us is worrisome enough, so I would like to say thank you for saying what Expert roofing would do and then doing it in a prompt and professional manner! It's nice to know there are still companies that care about your customers!!
Thank you Kindly!

Expert Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Starting with the comprehensive and informative proposal submitted by Tyler and continuing through the actual work supervised by Jaimie, they were competent and honest throughout. Tyler and Jaimie were very easy to deal with, and the roof looks great!

Amazing service. Our roof was scheduled within a week of the deposit and completed in two days. The workers were respectful of our home and did an amazing job.

We had an excellent experience with Expert Roofing. They are a small, family-owned company. The communication was "Great", because when we had a couple of issues that came up, Jamie jumped on it right away and took care of them, unlike another bigger company that we used last summer that lacked communication when something did come up. Tyler, the sales rep, was really good at his job and kept us informed also. I would recommend Expert and use them again!

I had an outstanding experience with Expert Roofing! Their service was impeccable, completing the job within an impressive 2 days. The team went above and beyond by not only delivering excellent roofing work but also assisting with our solar panels. When we faced challenges with our solar panel provider, Expert Roofing proactively found a cost-friendly company, managing the removal and reinstallation seamlessly. Jamie's coordination and Tyler's detailed explanations of the new roof specifications truly stood out. A definite 5/5 stars for their professionalism and exceptional service!

The representative was very helpful, he even met me at my home. He went over the contract, and made sure I understood it.

Expert Roofing replaced the roof on my carport and home. Tyler was excellent to work with from the initial inspection to presenting me with the proposal for replacement. Jamie the crew supervisor was excellent too, he kept me updated with all changes as Expert was able to get my roof installed sooner than initially anticipated. Tyler and Jamie were always willing to answer my many questions I had as this was my first big project as a homeowner. My new roof looks great on my carport and home! I would highly recommend Expert Roofing they will take great care of you and do excellent work.

What a great team, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of the product. From start to finish, a delight to deal with Expert Roofing.

I had an amazing experience with Expert Roofing . I am a new young homeowner and it was the first time I was getting my roof replaced and they were quick and easy with me. They answered all the questions that I had. Tyler was very nice. He was very kind and patient with me, he kept me up-to-date with everything going on and so did Jamie Refino they got my roof done in three days Which I was very grateful for, they were also able to fit me in their schedule very quickly compared to other roofing companies, which couldn’t get me on theirs for atleast a month, I 110% recommend Expert Roofing.

A huge thank you to all the crew!

From start to finish, the communication was direct and excellent, the workmanship wonderful, and I appreciated the daily clean-up of debris to ensure the safety of our outdoor animals. Max, the site/project manager was very easy to work with and had great communication.

This company "does it right"! From the inspection, to the bid, the work, the clean up and the follow-up we could not have asked for more. They are a first class, quality company and their work reflects their high standard of service.

Excellent company to work with! The crew doing our roofing was amazing. Six guys were in constant motion for three days completing our complicated roofing project efficiently and expertly. Before the project started, we received weekly updates on scheduling. We couldn't be happier with the process and result!
