Look no further for all of your chimney and masonry needs. Igor and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and SO incredibly hardworking. We just purchased our home and our chimney was a complete disaster and needed to be partially rebuilt among other things.
Igor and his team were in and out within 2 Days and we now have a gorgeous and safe chimney! Igor was great at communicating and explaining everything that was going on, as well as finding solutions when small things came up. We are so grateful and will recommend them to anyone! Well worth the cost for the incredible quality of work!

Great communication throughout our experience from start to finish, from the estimate to completion of the work. They did everything agreed upon in the estimate. The crown wash and flashing they replaced is outstanding. Our chimney looks brand new! The two young men who did the work wasted no time, acted like professional's and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. And, their prices were very reasonable! They make it easy to give a 5 star review!

Absolutely incredible service from Igor and Kelly. I had two broken down fireplaces and they managed to bring them back to life and for a price much lower than anything else I was quoted. I'd highly recommend them.

We learned of Family Chimney Repair when we watched them restore our neighbors chimney. My neighbor was so happy with their work that we too hired them to replace the crumbling stucco and rusted chimney caps on our own chimney. Incredible experience working with Igor and Family Chimney. A competitive bid and from first reaching out to rebuilding our chimney was only one week! He also had the insight to suggest building with the burnt black brick (as opposed to preexisting red), which suits our house much better. Would recommend to anyone.

The work was done on time and on budget, so zero complaints from me. They did a good job, excellent quality of materials and craftsmanship. We called Double JJ after finding them on Google. The awesome company we had always used, sadly retired and our old furnace quit working again. We knew eventually that we would need a one as our old company had fixed it several times and told us that. ( It was 23 years old). Double J came out quickly the next day. They were professional and polite. We wanted an estimate on a new furnace rather than dumping more money into the dinosaur. They came back with a very reasonable quote (much less than we expected). The service tech actually encouraged us to get another quote or two. We ended up only getting one more and it was
Almost $5000 more. The 2nd company actually came out with a service tech and what seemed to be the “Salesman”. We felt like we were buying a car. We called back Double J back and two days later we had a new furnace that works great. I will Recommend them to our friends for sure.

i got 5 estimates for a new furnace installation. donald, the boss, was the only one who didn't push me to get a high-end efficiency furnace or try to panic me about the state of my ductwork. he was straight-up. his estimate was the second most affordable out of the five i received. his installation team, led by kingston and jack, were super courteous, skilled, and remarkably quick. they completed the furnace install quicker than i anticipated. the furnace has been functioning well for some time now in fairview. i'm really pleased with how everything turned out. would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a furnace.

Our first meeting was during a heater repair service call, but Donald was amiable, meticulous, and knowledgeable, handling the repair with a sense of urgency. He also took on the role of an educator, walking me through trouble-shooting techniques. Donald exhibited servant leadership, sympathizing with the discomfort of having no heat in winter, and graciously getting to know my family beyond just being a client. He deserves recognition as an outstanding leader and community member!

Our AC was struggling to handle the heat and the external unit gave up functioning one hot weekend. I reached out and left a voicemail, and Jack responded the following day. He mentioned he could come over and check things out. He identified the issue was tied to the thermostat and proceeded to rewire it correctly. He managed to provide assistance quicker than a larger enterprise we have a service agreement with. We've enlisted his services before and I appreciate his directness and honesty in all matters. His expertise and work quality in both instances have been commendable and he didn't attempt to push for unnecessary repairs. He addressed only what was required. He made it out to Fairview on a Sunday and the service was just $200. I plan on relying on his AC repair services whenever necessary from here onwards.
