I discovered a leak in the outside line leading into and providing water for my house in Florence. They came and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate, fixed the problem in timely fashion and even came in under the estimated cost. Very professional and helpful. Would call them again if other problems arise in the future.

Showed up on short notice, completed the job at a reasonable price and Scott was a pleasure to do business with.

Had a stopped up toilet. They came, tried to snake it, decided it was in the sewer line and charged me $100 for being in my house for 5 minutes. BUT...he gave me a bargain since he would have charged $140 if he had cleared the clog.

Scott Ryland and team is the best! We called about a leak under our house and he was out here later that day. Scott is very responsive and him and his crew fixed our big problem quickly.

Scott was awesome came out the same day and They where able to get the water heater replaced after the old one went back and flooded the room. They where prompted friendly fast and we a very happy to have water again. We be a return customer.

I called Sunday when my water heater was out and Scott answered. I was surprised he took a call on Sunday. He said he could have a crew out by Monday morning --- Daniel and Cody arrived before 9 and were all done well before 10. Really impressed with their response and courtesy and informative communication.

Scott’s crew completely replaced the water and sewer service in my 100 year old house. They showed up when they said they would and did it all in 2 days. Great guys and cleaned up after themselves. Would gladly hire them again

Ryland plumbing deserves nothing less than 5 stars!! When I have needed a plumber, I haven't been able to give any notice and Scott has made the time to help me that day or the following day. Scott evaluated our broken water heater and diagnosed the problem quickly (burned out element). He said he could replace it but strongly advised us to replace the 16-year old unit as a failure could be very costly. We decided to replace the heater. The installers were very professional, pleasant and very efficient. The cost was less than we expected based on research. We are very pleased with Scott and his team and highly recommend them.

I Kay Millspaugh used Scott and his amazing team in Florence Oregon and had him replace hot water heater, remove a walk in shower and install a deep soaker tub in master bedroom and both master bathroom sink faucets, Even tho they were 6 weeks behind with work loads he managed to work my job in and was always friendly and prompt, his crews worked very clean,polite and very thoughtful. Had a problem after the job was finished with a old valve and Scott on a Sunday came personally from the grocery store to check it out to my surprise and handled it and got it taken care of. Did not expect him to come until sometime the following week and from the time I sent the text to him until he was here was maybe 30 minutes. I can not express how much of an awesome experience this company is. Especially out here on the coast, Most the the local companies here won’t respond half of the time but not Scott he and his team want to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy!

We got in over our heads on a new home remodel and were referred to another local plumbing company. The other company didn't communicate well and then sent me a ridiculously expensive estimate, so I Googled local plumbers and found Scott Ryland. I knew any good plumber would have to schedule me out a few weeks. Scott was very responsive and understood our urgency. Because of the weather, he was able to juggle us into his schedule and completed our job in three days. Scott Ryland charged us 1/3 of the cost that the other company quoted us, and they had a solution for moving a pipe that the other company couldn't grasp.
Because of timelines we were stressed and after Scott Ryland's crew finished the job we felt relief. We felt like the other plumber tried to take advantage of our situation and Scott did the exact opposite. Scott truly cared about providing a service and helping us. Scott and his guys are nice, fun to be around and even cleaned up after themselves. Scott truly cared about us as people and we could tell it was important to him that he wasn't just a plumber but a plumber who cares about you as a person. I'm a local real estate broker who will always call Scott Ryland Plumbing for myself and refer all of my friends and clients in the future.

We were so impressed with the service and quick response to our plumbing issues. Scott promptly answered the phone and said he would get to us in a couple days. To our surprise we received a call shortly after from one of his crew that he was heading over to see what the job required. Within 10 minutes, he showed up and was able to make the repairs needed and he also moved our tankless water heater to accommodate our new countertops. I had a great first customer experience! I called Scott at 930am. He was here by 10, assessed my leaking water heater, by 1030 Daniel was here to replace it, and by noon it was done! Wow!! That’s some quick work and it was done well. Daniel was very polite and helpful in explaining what was done. Highly recommended!

Arrived at my second home in Yachats after a grueling 1000 mile drive from San Diego, CA. Four hours after arriving, my water heater burst and flooded the back two bedrooms and my newly installed carpet. I called Scott Ryder Plumbing and spoke directly to Scott who was sympathetic to my situation and agreed to move me to the top of his list because it was an emergency. Two of his people arrived within an hour and efficiently replaced the water heater made in Mexico with an American made 50 gallon model. Price was reasonable and removal/install was handled quickly and professionally. I already recommended him to my neighbors vs a plumber in Newport who was subpar and left a job undone. So nice to know I now have a plumber who is honest and responsive for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Scott!

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced service. John, the plumber who came to our house, was respectful, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He even took care of a couple of additional fixes we didn’t realize we needed until he arrived. Will definitely call them again the next time we need a plumber.

Scott Rylan came to the rescue this Mother's Day weekend. We had a water heater leak suddenly appear and was flooding our floor. He answered the phone on a Saturday while eating dinner out of town. When he got back into town he came over to our house surprisingly quick. He was able to install some valves so we'd have water for the evening and early this morning he installed a new upgraded water heater and was very upfront about costs and recommended avenues of repairs. Overall great experience and easy to work with. Scott literally saved our families Mother's Day!

I have a new home that used Scott Ryland plumbing. 2 young guys installed a toilet in my Master Bath that was leaking when I moved in. After about a week, they came back with a replacement toilet which they installed. That stopped the leak, but then a couple months later that same toilet was rocking when anyone sat on it. I called a different plumber to come and assess the problem. He said that the guys should have put in a 1/4 inch spacer that would have properly seated the toilet and wouldn't have caused the rocking problem I was experiencing. Seems to me that they had 2 tries to get a toilet seated right and they failed both times. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
