I'd recommend them to others, but with the following caveat:

Only issue is the price seemed very high. $678.96 to install NEMA 14-50 receptacle directly below the breaker panel (and swap two 20 amp tandem breakers to make room for it). If they were installing it on the other side of the house, sure, but it was on the wall directly below the panel! I've paid closer to $400 for the same job elsewhere. But... I really didn't feel like putting the effort into shopping around so I just paid it to get it over with. And I'm glad I did.

They sent out Tom next day to replace my bathroom exhaust fan. Communication was very easy via text after making the appointment. While moving into my house, I also found the dryer outlet was the wrong type, adding that to the scope of work was a breeze. The work was done quickly and professionally, even the trash and debris was cleaned up. Would definitely contact again.

David and crew did an absolute amazing job wiring up my barn! Very professional, organized, and clean. Willing and able to answer any questions to make it a smooth process. 10/10 would recommend!

Orient Electric and electrician Joseph K. did an outstanding job installing a new subpanel in my shop, running the feeder wires on a beam 15 ft off the ground, installing 12 light fixtures and more than 25 electrical outlets, and wiring a new 240 V 35 A mini-split system. I had a number of small changes to the electrical plan requiring brainstorming with Joseph and he always took the time to discuss the options thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. I've been working with Orient Electric and Joseph for more than 15 years (along with several of my family members) and we have been happy with their work every time. This is the only contractor where I only get one quote because Orient's prices and the work are excellent. No need to shop around!

When the inspector learned who had completed the install, he stated: "Orient does good work." Looks like Orient has a good reputation in the industry as well. Nice!

Alex and the apprentice (forgive me, I forgot his name) we're prompt, quick, and painless. Got my business back up and running in an hour. Excellent job!

Company was great to do with from beginning to end of project. Clint was available for all my questions. Joseph is a true professional. So knowledgeable and friendly. He is a true mentor to the apprentices that helped him out for 2 days on the project. Would highly recommend this company for all your electrical projects.

Dylan identified the issue really quick and fixed it fast. It was a bad breaker but breaker wasn’t flipped. It could have taken a long time to figure that out but Dylan found it fast. I highly recommend!

Reece Haney arrived on time and installed the GFCI outlets as I requested. He also went to the main breaker box and tightened loose connections and advised me that I can add more circuits if I need them.
He is very professional and very amiable and explained and answered questions that I had.
I highly recommend Orient Electric for any and all electrical work that you might need.

Brad was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Answered all the questions I had on things that he was doing, which I'm sure was kind of annoying. But he was purely professional. After everything was completed he told me what switches did what and what circuits were where and so on.

We have had an excellent experience with Orient Electric, from the initial phone call to set up an estimate appointment all the way through to the completion of our phase one of a home renovation. Alex S.was the lead on our project and he is an outstanding and knowledgable electrician. He was promptly on time every day along with his co worker John, and they worked non stop the entire day for a week straight. We appreciate the manner in which Alex communicated with us each step of the way to ensure that the job was being done to our satisfaction (placement of lights and outlets) and he helped us think through some difficulties we encountered. We have worked with contractors on projects in the past, but never have we encountered such an overall caring and quality professional company as Orient Electric.
