Incredible, efficient service! Andrew was in and out after tackling a difficult clean. He was able to lift discoloration that seemed like staining and remove any remnant smells of a 3-pet home ahead of our final walkthrough with our landlords. Excellent job!

This is my second or third with Pacific Carpet Cleaning. Every time they come, they do an excellent job. My carpets are off-white, so they are difficult to keep clean, especially with pets. When this company comes and does their job, it's like the carpets are new again.

Technician was available a little early which worked out great. He gave attention to two spots I pointed out. Carpets look great.

Andrew arrived exactly on time. He measured the areas to be cleaned and let us know what the total charge would be to clean two rooms, a hall, plus enzyme treatment of the bedroom. He cleaned the carpet and applied the enzyme treatment with great care and efficiency. Everything is clean and looks and smells great. Excellent job at a very fair price. We would (and probably will) hire Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning whenever we need our carpets cleaned. We are very pleased!
