Family run American business, top quality professional service. Went above and beyond what I expected, highly recommended to consider if you need professional janitorial services.

I manage four industrial businesses, three office buildings and have delta with just about every janitorial company in Portland. I would recommend them over any. very professional and fair priced I have been dealing with them for years now and could not be happier with there service.

We have been using Unequalled as our cleaning service for 3 years. They are easy to work with and the follow through is amazing. They recently cleaned our carpets and the floors turned out amazing! I would highly recommend them.

Good people doing a real service for their customers. I've been with them for over 6 years and I doubt anyone could convince me use a different company. I recieve great service for a reasonable price.

AMAZING - That is the best word I can think of how I felt after Andrew finished cleaning our carpets. They were dirty from lots of tenant turnover, pets, etc. However, Andrew came in and got it done. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are really easy to work with, scheduling is simple, he showed up on time and worked very efficiently the entire time he was here. Price is fair - more than fair after I saw the magic he could do. Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning is the only company I'd hire to clean our carpets and I think you will feel the same after working with them. I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

I've used Pacific Steam two different times for couches, area rugs and kitchen tile. Appreciate the ease of scheduling. The cleaning is always amazing. They take a lot of pride in their from scheduling to completion. Nothing is better than knowing you are going to have a stellar experience!

Wonderful job! They were very professional and friendly, and the carpets look amazing. Got rid of all the dog/urine smells, and all the stains. Would absolutely recommend!

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. I am a Realtor and this home needed deodorizing in the Master bedroom along with a deep clean. He spent a lot of time working on that carpet. I appreciated how serious he took his work. I felt so relieved when he was done that he got all the dirt out of the carpets. I highly recommend this company.

So glad Pacific Steam popped up in my search. Amazingly courteous service, like-new clean carpets and at a very fair price. Will absolutely be using again in the future and highly-recommend to all Portland area folks.

Great job. Arrived on time did a great job, carpets look great and not left to wet. Some other company's have left my carpet so wet it took 48 hrs to dry . This was dry in 6 hrs. Very happy

WOW - my carpets look nearly brand new! (I've been renting this unit for 10 years now so that's a big deal). Andrew from Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning was very thorough- to the point where he spent 2 hours cleaning my Livingroom and hallway carpets! They look AMAZING. I've tried a different company before this- and the results were nowhere near this good. 10/10 would recommend. 👍🫧✨

It was a pleasure doing business with Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning. They provided timely and polite customer service that exceeded my expectations and also gave cleaning our horribly stained couch a cleaning. Sadly, the couch they cleaned was too damaged by pets to be completely de-odorized (couch stuffing was not salvageable after my post cleaning inspection), but all stains and surface level issues were corrected.
If you have a couch or surface that is not severely/deeply penetrated by things like pet urine, this is the company for you. I will come back to request their help on the next piece of furniture I need deep cleaned, barring extreme cases of damage to the fabrics and stuffing.

Great job! Will call again in the future. Price was great as well. Also, calling for an appointment someone actually answered the phone. I had been calling places close to where I live and was having to leave messages. I either didn't ever get a call back, we were out of their service area or got a call back 3 days later. Very happy with the customer service, price and actual cleaning service.
