We had a great experience! Andrew was professional and did a great job. Our couch looks like new.

Andrew did a great job. He let me know when he was on the way and showed up a bit early. excellent attention to detail and he even covered the hallway rug for free as part of our package. The house looks much cleaner now. Thanks a lot, Andrew!

Andrew did a great job. He was able to lighten or remove the stains from our cats. Our carpets have never looked better. Very easy to schedule online. Would recommend.

Andrew did a fabulous job on the carpets! He was on time, polite and professional. Thank you! I highly recommend Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning.

Really can’t recommend these guys enough. They always do an amazing job, reasonable pricing, and the carpets look so good afterward.

Andrew with Pacific Steam did an awesome job. He was super professional and thorough. I thought for sure that our dog had destroyed out couch rubbing up against it --- her fur and oils had totally stained it. Andrew got all of the stain out...way more than I thought possible. See the before and after pics (including the offender!).

I had a wonderful experience with Pacific Steam. Everyone was very informative, communicative efficient and friendly! easy to work with. I felt comfortable asking all my questions. I really appreciate the warranty. It gives me peace of mind. Andrew was great!

WOW! I am absolutely floored at how beautiful my sofa turned out. The process to book online was super easy, the technician spent over an hour working on my stubborn stain(s) & no cheesy upselling. He saved my newish sofa from fabric dye transfer! See the before and after…incredible! Do not hesitate to give Pacific Steam a tough job to clean! I feel like I have a new sofa!!

I’ve used Pacific Steam Carpets for years. They are a trusted company that is always professional and do a great job. Andrew is amazing and my carpets look awesome. It was so nice to walk back into my home with fresh clean carpets. Thank you!

Second time I have had Pacific at my home for carpet cleaning. This time I added upholstery cleaning for an overstuffed chair and ottoman.

Everything was very clean and looked like new.

It was an outstanding experience — above and beyond when Pacific fit me in for a same day appointment because I was a previous customer.

Fantastic company to do business with.

Andrew came on time, was personable, and thoroughly explained the process. I had to area rugs and 2 carpeted rooms cleaned. He did a great job cleaning up the stains in my carpet from food & makeup. I was pleased with the job

Andrew arrived early and walked us through what he was going to do, how long it would take, dry time etc. The couches turned out amazing and we were very pleased. Highly recommend.

I contacted Janitorial Plus for a deep clean as my wife was about to start treatment for cancer.

Communications with Arturo were excellent and we got a time scheduled.

On the requested day, three cleaners descended on the house and did an excellent job of getting the place squared away. They did so much in the four hours that they were here and the house is great.

I am very pleased with the work that was performed. Highly recommend.

The women who clean my condo are so good and super sweet. Thank you.
