In my opinion, their cleaning service is deficient, they look more at the time of service than at the detail and good service. In my house, a Mexican-looking woman who was missing a tooth cleaned, she never cleaned the corners, she left the kitchen dirty. My mother-in-law hired this service because of the good references, but honestly, they are a disaster.

Guadalupe and Dulce are a great team, absolutely fabulous cleaners and I will call Molly Maid again!!! Excellent job!

We had a deep cleaning service with Molly Maid of East Portland over the weekend. They did a very good job, they were thorough and efficient, pretty accomplished what I needed them for in the allotted time! I was impressed!

I hired Molly Maid to do a move out cleaning at my apartment. Guadalupe and Dulce were my cleaners. The were very kind as well as very efficient. They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Molly Maids for any of you house cleaning needs.

First of all I have to start this off with a big shoutout to their customer service! This was the first time I had gotten a cleaning service done and I was thoroughly pleased with the deep cleaning they did! I had totally forgotten what my house looked like clean haha. I already have my next standard cleaning scheduled and I recommended them to my neighbor too!

my team was Andrea, Yesenia, and Cindy they did a wonderful job. i had some construction done and they grinned some concrete in my house causing dust to get all over every inch of our home. my some has severe asthma and it was pretty bad when he came home that day. they did such a wonderful job. reorganized and wiped everything down.

I'm 6 months pregnant and wasn't able to do a move out clean. Andrea, Cindy, and Llelilsa did a great job and had enough time to clean out the fridge! I'm super happy and thankful for the job they did!

Finally getting around to leaving this review. Never do this, but I've tried multiple times to contact the office in our area and left messages, no return calls. The two people that came out must have shown up with temu vacuums and hand sponges. Rat droppings on the upstairs window sill, downstairs bathroom barely touched and baseboards that were not given the treatment that sales rep couldn't stop talking about. They called me at work and said that they needed another $140 or so to do the kitchen. I had already agreed on a price so I figured I would just do the kitchen myself. Well, I just did the whole house and paid someone else for it. Don't bother hiring them unless you want to do it yourself.

I absolutely love when Dulce and Guadalupe arrive. They are always so happy, kind, and genuinely helpful. They’re incredibly intuitive and thorough, and they notice the little TV details that truly make a difference. Having them in my home always feels comfortable and stress-free, and I deeply appreciate the care and pride they put into their work. It’s a pleasure every time they’re here.

Yessenia and Yucy just did my initial clean and I couldn’t be happier with their work! I am a working from home mom with a kid in school and a kid at home and even though I try my hardest to keep up with housework, some things don’t get done. They came through and cleaned all the spots that get missed on a daily basis. They were kind and courteous not only to my home but to my child and animals as well. They had wonderful attitudes and were pleasant to be around. My kitchen floors are sparkling, my bathroom is white again and my bedrooms are fresh. My home doesn’t smell with an overpowering cleaner smell. It just smells nice and fresh. I hope I get this duo for all my cleans going forward!

Molly Maid did an incredibly great job doing a move-out clean for me the same week I called. The team was punctual and worked quickly. Very affordable. They did a good job being thorough with the kitchen. I do appreciate that. With that being said, there was damage made to the place in their haste to get it done; the fridge had been moved, it scrapped the wall very noticeably, and a chunk of the counter came off when the stove was moved. It's upsetting as it will come out of my deposit (there's a whole legal issue with the management) and this will make it much harder to recover.

All in all, good team, good price, but probably last time I do this.

Edit: I have sent pictures from before the cleaning and received a response stating they don't recall doing any damage despite evidence. Incredibly disappointing. I've included pictures in the review.

The professionals at Molly Maid do a wonderful job! Today was the second time I've had them clean my house, and I'm so pleased with the results. Angelica and Epi made our home sparkle again, and they were so kind and sweet. As a new mom, I haven't been able to keep up with my typical standard of clean, but they didn't make me feel embarrassed at all about the state of things and got things perfectly back in order. I am so grateful to them and feel so much better in my home after their visit. Anyone would be lucky to have them perform their excellent services.

Lorena and her team do a spectacular job, and that’s saying a lot for me. They clean the way I would if I had the time. I also love the fact that the same team comes every time so they know my preferences. They always ask me to look things over before they leave. This is a reputable family company and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

New Dawn cleaning did an AMAZING job cleaning a home that we recently purchased; the previous owners had left it trashed, it smelled like dogs, and dog urine. Israel and his team were thorough, they managed to get rid of the smells, dirt, grime, and dust; they cleaned areas that I hadn't even thought about it! They were punctual, took pride in their work, walked us through everything that they had done before we signed off, and overall were incredible to work with. I would 100% recommend New Dawn Cleaning to ease the stress of a move or for any cleaning needs.

Lorena has cleaned our house several times and always does an excellent job. My wife is thrilled with the results after each cleaning. All the rooms are vacuumed, the floors are clean, the bathrooms are spotless, the appliances are polished and shining, and everything she had to move has been replaced in a more organized manner than she found it. Her work ethic is evident and she makes the most of her time. Israel and Lorena are also people of integrity and we feel absolutely confident to let them work without our supervision and have no problem leaving our home while they work. We highly recommend them!

We've used New Dawn Cleaning for a few years now and are very pleased with this service. Lorena and her staff always do a fantastic job cleaning our house. It is always such a treat to come home to a sparkling, clean house when they are done.
