I scheduled an appt with Four Seasons to give us a quote for monthly housecleaning services for my parents. Days prior to Yasmin's visit, my parents made the unexpected decision to downsize so their needs changed quickly to a full-service "get ready to sell" cleaning. Yasmin pivoted effortlessly. She walked through the home, explained all the cleaning steps, and gave us tips for staging and presentation. Yasmin was flexible and accommodated the quick turn-around schedule. She and her team beautifully prepared my parents' home for its photo shoot and they had an offer after the first showing. Thank you, Yasmin!

What a great company. Not only do they provide great cleaning services but the couple of times we had some quality questions, they without question gave us credits. Additionally, we had some damage done to our enamel stove top during a cleaning. They were so professional and kind and immediately ordered a replacement part and installed it for us! We've tried other cleaning services and Maid Brigade is the best quality and had the best communication and customer service.

Team #4 at Maid Brigade is a treasure. They are always willing to do a little extra. The other day I couldn’t replace a light bulb they were happy to help. If you Love to clean BEFORE and AFTER you pay someone a couple hundred dollars, then this is the company for you!! I tried for a year to get satisfactory service. Sent photos of missed items. They wont do dishes or move a bathmat to vacuum. They charge > $200 and spend about 45 minutes in my home. Photos taken just After cleaning, note dust, dirt on floors. Save yourself money and time and look elsewhere.

My parents were customers for well over 30 years. They added one room to their house (maybe an extra 100sqft), framed in a space that the cleaners were already cleaning and they tried to more than DOUBLE their bill. I had been trying to convince them to switch for a while because the cleaners rushed, didn’t have attention to detail, and were not doing quality work. They were loyal so they stuck with them, until they realized the company is not loyal to them nor have a care for them. We have now moved to Luvilo Cleaners and have been blown away!
