I've used Maid Brigade for over 4 years and in multiple homes. I've always gotten the consistency and reliability I need from a cleaning service. They are quick and thorough and customer service is super responsive and reliable.

We have been using Maid Brigsde for over 29 years. 95% of that time they come and go and we are very satisfied. Occasionally an issue has arisen. I have called Sarsh and have been extremely happy with needed adjustments. I highly recommend Maid Brigade.

We've been having Maid Brigade do bi-weekly house cleaning for over 4 years now. They always do an amazing job and are very respectful of our home. We often take advantage of the recommended monthly deep clean add-ons to have the team tackle extra services like baseboards, interior window cleaning, etc. Would highly recommend!

I love coming home to a clean home after work! The teams are great, whether it’s for deep cleaning Or my regularly scheduled visit, I’m always pleased with the results. I know that if ever I had an issue, one call and someone would come back out to make it right. Finally accompany that meets my standards of cleaning.

I can honestly leave a fabulous review for this company and the team I have cleaning my home. Maid Brigade is the best, the VERY best cleaning team I have ever had. I am 77 years old so I have had many teams clean my home. My team from Maid Brigade has never been late and has never cancelled except one time in a huge snow blizzard. I have used them for about 10 years so that is an outstanding accomplishment! The owner and I drew up a list for what would be done when the team comes each time. And my team has done all of what is on that list every single time they have cleaned my home. They seem to take a lot of pride in a job done really well! They take great care to be sure they leave the house with the job so well done!

I also must compliment the owner of this particular Maid Brigade service. She has gone out of her way to help me change some mistakes I had made as far as paying. And just this week I was trying to change the auto pay. I am not that versed in the Internet so I didn’t know how to do that. And Sarah, the “boss” if you will told me not to worry about it. She said she would do it for me! I was pleasantly shocked! And then she went above and beyond and told me the details of how I would now be responsible for paying. She sent me an email explaining everything she did and then she explained how I would now be able to pay for the service. This beautiful interaction between us now has us on a first name basis! What she did for me is unheard of in today’s world! I am so grateful that I thought I would leave this review! This company is definitely the one to use!

Cannot state ENOUGH how amazing both Luis and his crew were on the cleanup for my backyard! They made something that seemed 'impossible to get ahead of' with weeds, fallen trees and limbs, ivy and ..who knows what else in our backyard a maintainable and useable space.
Thanks to them - I can now plan out what I want to do next for the backyard - something I have been unable to do for sometime just not being able to see the space without all the debris and weeds.

Quick work, left my yard neat and clean and beautiful. Very reasonable pricing and friendly people. Luis did exactly what we discussed and it looked better than I expected. My dog loves the front yard now!
