My Decra roof had sprung a little leak during the last storm on Monday. I called Klam construction on Tuesday, they had a couple guys out Wednesday morning and were able to fix it. I’m so pleased with the communication & service from them. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time we've hired Klam Construction after buying a new house. Abel is very experienced and so are his crews. They do excellent work and leave no mess behind. Katie, in the office, kept us informed of timing and was very professional & knowledgeable when we had questions. Their pricing is right in range with other estimates. I have recommended them to friends & would highly recommend them now. Our new roof looks great!

I can smell sketchiness. Most know it when something isn’t right during a sales pitch. With Klam and in particular Abel, it was more of a 400 level course on roof systems. It wasn’t “you can’t NOT go with us!”. Every issue and nuance of our situation was discussed up front. The estimate wasn’t a guess- it was exactly correct and even at the end, after a personal walk around and approval by us, did we pay the last 50%. The work was extremely fast and top notch. Both Katie in
the office and Hiro on site were efficient and courteous. I’d have no qualms going with Klam Construction! Oh, and there was zero debris left behind!

Abel and his team were great! Abel did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic to provide me with a clear and complete estimate. His workers all showed up early each day and completed the work in a timely manner. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the area very well to make it safe for anyone to be in the yard. At the end of the project, they ensured everything was done correctly and the cleaned up everything completely. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional end-to-end service, support, and quality! We recently had Klam Construction do a full roof replacement on our home that also included replacing all of our skylights. I can't say enough how incredible Abel, Katie, and the entire Klam Construction crew was from beginning to end. When it came to the project itself, WOW!...as we were blown away by the level of skill, craftsmanship, and efficiency the entire Klam crew displayed. From start-to-finish, the highly skilled Klam crew met every milestone and expectation in a very timely manner. In fact, they were able to finish the project a bit early, without compromising any quality, to help avoid rain that had unexpectedly come into the forecast for the last day, which we so greatly appreciated! It was also very clear that prioritizing the protection of our property (and neighbors' properties), and overall safety, throughout the project was of utmost importance to the crew. They also did a fantastic and thorough job making sure all of the demo, debris, and total work site was cleaned up throughout the project (our property was spotless, actually looked better after the project than it did before!). Most importantly, there were zero surprises throughout the project, and Katie checked in consistently to provide added updates and details as the project progressed.

Overall, we are SO happy with our new roof and skylights! The quality is out of this world, and we've already had every one of our neighbors compliment on how incredible our new roof and skylights look! I recently had the pleasure of working with Klam Construction for a complete roof replacement on my home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The initial consultation was thorough and informative. The lead took the time to examine my roofs and attic, listened to my concerns about previous leaks and provided clear and detailed explanations of the work that needed to be done. Their commutation was stellar throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated on progress and next steps. They kept their promise of timeline and paid attention to preparation to make it successful.
The quality of work delivered was nothing short of outstanding. The materials they used were Owens Corning and their craftsmanship was meticulous.

Klam made replacing our roof stress free. Our new roof is beautiful! We received three bids and out of all the three they did the most thorough inspection making us feel comfortable that there would be no expensive surprises. Abel the owner does the inspection for bid and explained all the options in detail. We had some unique issues with the design of our 1950’s roof that they fixed expertly during the replacement so we no longer have to worry about leaks. The scheduling was smooth and quick and the work was done in a few days. The whole crew was amazing! I 100% recommend Klam!

Klam Construction was exactly the company I was looking for. They were the only company that didn’t send out a “salesman” to pressure me, they were the most thorough and actually spent quality time to look over the details of my home in order to provide me with a very fair and accurate estimate, and the entire process from start to finish was professional, informative, and detailed. I am so impressed with the whole process, it truly felt like they went above and beyond. They worked incredibly hard, and each day cleaned up with so much attention detail that my house and yard looked better than normal, even though it was in the middle of a reroof. You won’t go wrong with Klam Construction!

Klam came highly recommended by two of my neighbors and they did not disappoint! I had contacted three different companies for estimates. Even though all of them were in the same ballpark (Klam being in the middle), Abel's attention to detail, thoroughness in explaining and overall kindness, led me to solidify my decision to go with Klam.

Scheduling the estimate was simple with a quick call to Katie in the office. When Abel arrived, he explained everything he would be doing to get the full picture and be able to provide the most accurate estimate. Of all the contractors that came to look at our roof, Abel was the only one that asked to go in our attic to check for possible damage to plywood from underneath. He came out from the attic with dozens of pictures and walked me through a hand-drawn map of the house with corresponding pictures to show me exactly where any potential trouble spots might be. He then proceeded to provide me with a folder that included pamphlets for every material he'd be using and explained how and why they'd be used. His estimate process was so thorough that he was at the house for well over two hours.

Katie delivered the bid via email the next day, and again, it was extremely thorough with everything that would be covered. I had some additional issues that needed to be resolved before signing the contract and worked with Katie throughout the process, ensuring everyone would be set up for success. Once we were able to move forward, I had to choose a color. Knowing that it was difficult to choose colors from a pamphlet, Katie arranged for Jairo to come out to the house and deliver samples. Not only did Jairo bring several color samples, he humored me by holding them up next to the house so I could get a better sense of what a color would really look like, priceless!

The Klam crew arrived early the first day and got to work. They worked hard and efficiently from sunrise to sunset - the process took six days. Every evening, they completely cleaned up whatever mess had been been made during the day. They were careful to treat my plants and landscaping with as much care as possible.

Throughout the installation, I contacted Katie several times with questions. I felt like we had a good rapport from the beginning and knew Katie would answer my questions quickly and a way that didn't make me feel incompetent or like I was wasting her time for asking.

When the installation was complete, the only tell tale sign of a contractor having been there for a week was a beautiful new roof. Every scrap of paper and shingle was picked up and hauled off. They went through my entire yard and gutter system in search of stray roofing nails. They took a blower to my gutters and areas immediately surrounding the house - spotless!

Abel and Jairo came out a few days later to do a final inspection, to make sure I understood the warranty, and to ask if I had any outstanding questions. Again, thorough in every aspect of this project.

The crew was on time, worked long and hard and cleaned up completely both days.

Klam Construction performed a roof replacement at our primary residence. The proposal was delivered within two days and was very detailed. Jairo pointed out things that needed to be repaired with the attic ventilation system and the bathroom fan(s) exhaust to meet current code. The crew that performed the work were very professional and did an awesome job. They were all polite and courteous. During the replacement process the foreman kept me updated on the process and where the crew was at with their schedule. Upon completion they left the yard in better shape than when they arrived.
Katie in the office provided timely proposals and contract documents. She was great to work with over the phone. When the roofing crew identified that they needed less boards than what was on the proposal she adjusted the overall price to reflect what was actually used.

Stellar experience. Abel did a thorough job explaining my options and describing the entire process during the initial consultation and quoting process. Installation was a breeze, they got my job done in 2 days. We replaced 2 skylights, replaced mildew covered roof plywood, and added more ventilation. The crew did a great job with clean up each day.
