My son's condenser fan and capacitor failed. We had been experiencing triple digit temperatures and as you can guess, they were totally slammed. There were able to get out to his house within 24 hours of the call and had him up and running in no time.

Your tech Marty Garcia was a top notch in the inspection of our home Lenox heater. Bruce was my number one at my hotel as maintenance manager. Now I’m retired and at home you are still number one in my book. 👌 Thank you so much 😊

Tech #439 was on time, professional, knowledgeable and informative. It’s rare when you are given a block of time for arrival that companies show up on time. He was 5 minutes early. They said from 3-5pm. He arrived at 2:55pm

Called late in the afternoon (around 2 o'clock) to get some help, thinking it would be the next day, but, she scheduled a tech that afternoon. Lino showed up and took the time to troubleshoot my system. Explained how the system works and what needed repair. Late in the day and in Hermiston and didn't act rushed. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience.

Abel got here on time and did a great job servicing our HVAC system. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Our house is gonna be nice and cozy for this holiday season.

Tech arrived early, but I was contacted ahead of time to make sure it was ok. Very nice, quiet , an efficient technician, Daniel. He also made extra efforts to get the fireplace glass clean. He was very careful, too. I do appreciate getting a bit of a discount on the part that needed replacement, too.

The technician showed up within the scheduled appointment time. He did not have the correct size filter for my furnace, and rather than returning to the shop or going to Walmart to get the correct filter, he left it to me to get a new filter. Other than that the service was great.

I called to have preventive service done on my heat pump/air conditioner after buying my home. Hi, am certainly glad that I did, because the technician found burned wires and worn out parts, all of which he replaced and repaired! I am signed up for the twice a year check and maintenance Program, and it is well worth it. Everyone that I have dealt with, whether on the phone or when dealing with the technician himself, has been wonderful and I am impressed with The excellent customer service.

Our service tech showed up on time, was very courteous, explained what he was performing this fall service, and touched on what will be done at the spring service. He reported on how our stem was performing and reassured me it was in good working order. We are very satisfied with the experience.

I like that the service window (time I have be home) is only two hours, versus the four hours that a lot of businesses require.

Technician Jesus showed up on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. He explained to me the problem and how he fixed it. Ultimately, this is equipping me to fix this problem in the future. He also inspected the other areas of my HVAC system and gave me recommended maintenance that I could either complete myself or request Bruce to complete. This type of open communication and customer service is what is going to keep me calling Bruce for my HVAC needs.
