I would not recommend DaBella. Their subs work looks nice on our house and that is a positive. The sales team & customer service seem nice but they are extremely misleading in both times we work with them. Every time we called to follow up after our jobs were done to speak to our sales people, they both were mysteriously let go.The first time we had done we replaced our windows. We were promised framing and you wood around our windows, that did not happen. Not only did the subs have a day where they did a no call no show but my husband lost a day of work waiting on them. The day they did arrive, they refused to do the framing and said that was not part of the quote. The subs claimed a miscommunication & said that happened a lot. We told the company this and they did not provide much sympathy. They did not care that was part of our original quote and we had to beg for a little bit of money back, for the minimum of missing work to wait for subs. I wanted to speak to the sales people but they said they had been let go.We moved on & asthetically the windows look nice. However, it's absolutely freezing in the rooms, with the poor insulation around it for lack of the job done right.
Years later we foolishly gave Dabella another chance. We happened to mention needing a new roof while the Bella was canvassing our neighborhood. We also have a no soliciting sign at our door, which they ignored both times they came to our property. Despite that, they talked us into a new roof, gutters, fascia, & went into a long presentation about our mold problem. When the subs came out they told us that a lot of our work was not necessary and the mold problem was not as bad as the company led us to believe. This was so questionable and disappointing, especially since we spent $30,000 & that was just the second time. Once again, I called in to talk to the sales people who came out originally and they were no longer at the company again. I also told them that our mold in our attic was still there on the insulation and they stated that they do not work with mold. What!? That was extremely infuriating since all this work was based on the fact that we had a devastating problem according to their sale people. The work they got done because of their subs looks nice, so that is the most positive thing I can say. I will never ever use them again. We were fooled twice & paid a fortune to this company, we were taken advantage of by their talented sales & our trusting nature.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. A salesman stopped by to offer a free quote for a new roof. He explained the process, was polite, and efficient. When a different salesman came out to inspect our roof, it was a completely different experience. The inspection took two to three times longer than normal. He talked for over 30 minutes, avoided directly answering my questions, and refused to share the actual price or timeline, even after I asked multiple times. Eventually, he gave me a price and then tried to pressure me into making a decision on the spot. He refused to leave the written quote, saying he would email it instead, and never did. To top it off, the estimate was significantly higher than any other quote we received. Seems super sketchy and I would avoid this company.

Jessi and andy were great with being thorough with the windows process. They explained the warranty clearly and i found the value in Glasswing windows with dabella!!! Can't wait! Thank you manager Nathaniel for workibg with me in makibg my project afforable!

I have no soliciting signs and cameras on both front doors. When the gentleman came to my door I politely stopped him and said no thank you. He kept talking and when I repeated myself and said no thank you I'm not interested, he kept going. To which then I stopped him again and politely said I have no soliciting signs on both doors, and cameras on both. He looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about or like he was trying to think of the next sales pitch. I had to repeat this four to five times and point to the sign and the camera to which he responded with, did I do something wrong? Again politely, I told him I have no soliciting signs which automatically means I'm not interested. Then he turned around after saying all right thank you and left. This is not the first time I have dealt with this company, I can't even count how many it is at this point. No means no, and no soliciting whether it's a legal requirement to stay away or not, should always be respected. This aggressive sales tactics will not be met with kindly anymore, nor do I appreciate the fact that someone is coming up to my house and clearly inspecting everything for their sales tactics.

Isaak and Edvin came out and did an inspection for me and explained the process and quality of the windows. The professionalism was good and the windows were excellent. Will definitely refer them to people that need products to their local office.

This company is full of professional scam artists that take advantage of old people. They pressure the elderly relentlessly to get their money. My neighbor is 93 years old and these people harassed her for hours even when I was there with her telling them to leave. I had to call the police, and even the police officer told us all about how his mother in law had the same thing happen to her 6 months ago from the same company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This company should be shut down for their atrocious sales practices. These are the license plates of the 2 individuals harassing my elderly neighbor. Sickening.

We had a very pleasant experience with the gentleman who helped us pick out the new shower, the safety bars and the fold up seat, as well as the other fixtures and the glass doors. He spent quite a bit of time with us explaining how the company came to be and that the contractors who are to install the shower are trained by Sentrel who offers a lifetime warranty on their products and the installation of the shower. Very impressed with both companies as well as our sales person.

The workers sent to recarpet our home were on time, courteous, friendly, experienced and industrious. We carpeting we chose is just as we imagined it to be; we love it!

Home Depot didn’t deliver all the materials, claimed they did, and the installers weren’t able to do the project. After many calls and misinformation, bad communication, and frustration, they delivered the materials but they were broken, pre-cut by another customer (who had clearly returned them), and unusable. I wasted two days taking off work and one of the areas was never installed. I’ll be attempting to get a refund for that room. If they compensate me I’ll change the review accordingly.

Update: they did compensate for the materials, so I have adjusted this review from one star to two. The entire experience was difficult, and I stood patiently for over an hour while someone kept botching my refund. I wish I could rate this better, but I’m being fair.

I’m very satisfied and impressed. The work was done quickly without sacrificing quality.

Great countertop install! I’m a perfectionist and was going to tell them I’ll do the caulking, because everyone’s calking sucks compared to mine. Well they were so fast, I didn’t get a chance to. They were done and it looks amazing, even the calking.

Thunderbird Construction finished building my house when i needed it.

They have everything, but it's hard to find what you need, even though everything is organized well the abundnce is distracting.

Was supposed to have my flooring delivered on June 16th 25 days later no floor. They can't figure out where it's at, and won't refund me my money. Had to spend another four thousand dollars on different flooring cause the person working on my house was done waiting on them.

I canceled my flooring with you. Your installer that came to my home was a horrible person!!! I was in tears because of that man. I will never use Home Depot for install of anything.

Purchased new window coverings. Both the salesman and installer were great! Love my new blinds.

Changed the original price by $900. Only came down when I said I had someone that quoted me $2500. Then they magically came down over $200 and charged me $2500. I didn't appreciate the bait and switch. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd wished I'd used my guy to begin with. 😕
