Tile installer was excellent. Homedepot coordination was problematic. Quote missed important details. Installer couldn’t finish due to material shortage. Job still not completed. Waiting on materials.

For the initial in home consultation the advisor arrived after the 2 hour window.
For the installation the installer called after the arrival window to let me know he was finally leaving his previous job. After arrival I asked how long will it take. 90 mins. Left 3 1/2 hours later. Did not want to clean up after himself. Called both Home Depot and Romanoff, both pointed fingers at each other. Nobody accepted any responsibility. From start to finish, my expectations for timeliness and professionalism were not met. Without any sort of communication from management from either party after multiple attempts on my part, I doubt I will be doing a home project again through Home Depot until this situation is rectified.

The consultant and installers were excellent. Very professional. Installation was done well and looks great. One BIG problem. The floor of the shower was supposed to be non-slip. The very first time my 88 year old Mother used the shower she slipped and fell! We are having to use a non-slip mat. She is now afraid of the shower. Absolutely the opposite of what we wanted for her.

Austin and David came out on a weekend. Worked all day, then came out another day to finish, no complaining, just right to work & did an amazing job. The tile looks beautiful, the drywall is perfect. Really pulled our new kitchen together Very nice guys to chat with, funny, charismatic & the stories were hilarious! Cleaned up after themselfs very well too. We will be using Wellington home solutions again for future projects! Thank you fellas!

PS: I would post pictures of the fixed drywall, but it's so good you can't even see any difference 🤣

Wellington solutions did some amazing work for us on super short notice. We explained our time constraints, are budget limitations and what we hoped to accomplish.
They exceeded our expectations in every department.

We gave them basically a week and a half from quote date to get all the work done, and they went out of their way, worked after hours and got it done in time for us.

New front door and frame installed, new flooring in the kitchen/ dinning room area, new baseboards on the entire main floor and helped us with a few other small projects.

Absolutely recommend, and will definitely be bringing them back in for more work in the future!

Absolutely would highly recommend this crew! They paid attention to details I cared about and updated me always with any needed changes to the plan. They Installed all new flooring and trim of my downstairs home and it turned out beautifully.

The design and workmanship/ craftsmanship has turned a 1992 dowdy condo tiny kitchen into an open and spacious room with counter space, and clean lines. These guys are incredible. Hard working all day, reliable, on time. Even when we ran into major issues due to a water pipe breaking and a rotten floor...all the work was completed in the the estimated time frame. I am very happy with all their work.
