Great helpful and responsive! Fantastic crew!

Cedar Landscaping came to install a French drain with splash pads and a paver path at my home. They knocked it out of the park. There were some adjacent areas that we didn’t ask to have addressed and they even spread hydro seeds and mulch at no additional charge. Clean work, couldn’t be happier.

Joel and his team were awesome to work with - very professional and reliable. They showed up on time, had a solid plan, wrapped up the project within the expected timeframe, and were accommodating with all our requests. They were able to help advise on tile matches for the outdoor pavers, and the project turned out beautifully! Highly recommend.

I have worked with Joel, his father and may of the Cedar Landscape folks for over 20 years both professionally and personally and have found them to be knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and fair. Whether it's a commercial project or your residence Cedar is a great choice. They installed the irrigation and many of the plants at my house a number of years ago and recently I had them work on a pump system. I have been extremely happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Cedar Landscape Construction to install a pedestal paver system on our flat roof/deck on our house. We had an excellent experience with them. First, the communication was professional and timely with good follow up. The quote came in lower than the other one we received and I appreciate it was detailed and sent in a timely manner. The install crew did a great job with attention to detail and precision. They did not cause any damage and cleaned everything up afterwards. Then there was a final walk through to check on the work. It was one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor and I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing. They come ready to work. And work they do. When they leave for the day, everything is cleaned up, ready, to start again tomorrow.
Brandon and Nathan are great to work with. Nathan goes over everything so there are no questions when he leaves. Brandon's attention to detail and his ability is outstanding. He never misses anything. He took my disaster of a yard that another contractor destroyed and made it a wonderful place again.
This is an amazing group to work with and they do a wonderful job.

Usually good at their job, except when I watched their employees just throw their trash on the ground at the site they should be maintaining and then leave....

Mow lawns too short in summer. Extensive use of blowers. Rake and blow lots of soil away.
Can't seem to read - NO Parking Zone. Plus facing wrong way.
Personally, I would not employ this crew.

After 2 on-site visits from your rep, I followed up multiple times with emails and phone calls to see when the bid/proposal would be provided. All I got were empty promises and never received a bid . Waste of my time. EDIT: If this company were serious in following up then just reach out to me, you have my contact details.

Landscape East and West has serviced my back flow my device and has inspected it. Their service is on time and professional plus the gentleman who has done the service, David Been is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company highly.

Landscape East & West ROCKs and it's all because of David Been who is my sprinkler maintenance person. David always calls ahead to let me know he's coming, he explains any sprinkler issues and responds to any of my "OMG" calls related to my sprinkler system. He is especially awesome because he introduced me to the TVWD Weather-Based Irrigation Rebate. I can't wait for him to replace the outdated sprinkler timer with the ESP-SMT Smart Control System. David Been - a valuable asset to Landscape East & West and a great company with excellent service!!!

Had them landscape our yard and build an outdoor kitchen. They were extremely professional, communicated what was going on with the whole process, and got everything looking great. We continue to use them for lawn maintenance as they do a great job.

Recently a drunk drive drove through our yard and garden. I called and called and it so hard to find a landscaper who even come out. East West was recommended by a friend and said she had been more pleased. East West was the only landscaper who would give me a bid for what needed to be done. Lee was fantastic showed on time explained complete detail what would be done. Got the bid right away. The bid out of the 4 I got which again, East West was the only company who would bid to remove the dirt, put in fresh dirt, rota til the dirt, put in correct fertilizer, get me the plants I asked and planted them the way I asked them to do it. And I was BLOWN AWAY by how the finished process exceeded my expectations. The crew chief came out to check on his very polite and professional workers 3 times during the process. Was professional enough to call the day before to confirm. And again got me in before 2 weeks when everyone else was 10 weeks out. Even the insurance to paid the bill couldn't believe reasonable the bid was. When finished the Lee took the time to go over how the plants would grow the best maintenance I should follow, and was concerned about my satisfaction first and foremost. Even did a little extra at no charge to finish the look so the whole garden was spectacular Lee called the next day to make sure I was happy. THESE ARE THE ONLY GUYS TO HIRE.

We are extremely happy to work with Landscape East & West for our backyard lanscaping project. We built a new house and were in need to change our dirt and weed covered, sloped backyard to something nice. I happened to contact to this company and Cindy stopped by to give us a quote. I was impressed by how well they were organized and decided to go with them -- and it turned out to be extremely successful. Cindy designed great looking backyard plan. Heberth and his crew changed our sloped backyard to even, installed pavers, irrigation setup and a nice french drain. And Jamie and Cindy did great job planting and setting up automated irrigation timer with rain/wind/temperature sensor. All the crews were extremely nice and polite. They cleaned up the workplace every day in the evening. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks!

July 13th UPD:
Downgrading to 1 start. Only promises, and nothing is done. The account manager said he'll come down to see what is the issue, and didn't live up to his words.

Degrading quality. Damage to the landscape.

I was quite happy when our HOA (Autumn Hill) switched landscape contractors and got Landscape East & West to service our community. However, with the honeymoon period over - I am observing steady decline in the quality of some services.

While I am not a landscaping specialist, or a professional gardener, and can't comment on everything LE&W offers, some of the basic tasks like moving, edging, cleaning and paying attention to details - those are things you don't need a degree to tell the difference in quality of work. It also happened so that my lawn (as well as probably majority of homes in our community) requires just those services for most of the time.

- Moving is done in the same manner (pattern, trimming height, etc) regardless of the outside conditions or the lawn condition - wet or dry, rain or shine, too hot or not. On top of that for the small patch of grass I have they use quite bulky and heavy equipment, which simply rips the grass when they attempt to turn it around, not mentioning all the furrows left after the same pattern being use over and over again.
- Edging, a simple task, is done regardless whether it is required or not - say in places where plastic landscape edging is used. And the crew seems to not be able to notice plants in the way of their edger, and simply shred those plants.
- Grass trimmings are sometimes left just on the lawn, but mostly are over pathwalks, flower beds and even on the cars next to the area being mowed.

Since I have exhausted the only venue I had - HOA management - for addressing this issues, I hope this comes to LE&W owners' attentions. I bet this is not an isolated incident, as the same crew works on other properties, other HOA etc.

I am so pleased with the work Landscape E&W did on my yard and sprinkler system, from the first meeting to the final walk through, everything has been very profession and smooth. The yard looks great and I cannot wait until next spring to see everything in bloom! They set me up with a great designer and made sure I was a part of all the changes that had to be made along the way. The workers showed up early every morning and got started right away and made sure everything was very clean and organized before they left at the end of the day, which my neighbors appreciated. I would highly recommend Landscape E&W to anyone and will definitely use them for any future projects.

Hired Landscape East West to design and build a new porch, deck, front patio and bridge. It was a long process with a drawn out permitting and a complicated demolition however we were very happy with the product and professionalism/ skill of the team.

Sometimes I felt that communication could have been better re: changes, delays to the timeline but ultimately this is only a minor quibble.

We love our new deck (we have received tons of compliments from our neighbors) We would be happy to recommend Landscape East West for any/all hardscape/landscape needs.

This is the second time we have used Landscape East and West on a total backyard redo (we recently moved). Although both yards are completely different because of their size, they both look beautiful. Brandon and Mac were both so very easy to work with and helped us make changes along the way. They also helped us keep on track with what plants would really work in the yard. The ground crew even came up with the idea of putting a stone across our dry bed thus connecting all of the stepping stones. Things are now just starting to grow and bloom otherwise I would attach photos, I believe in another year as the pants have a chance to take root it will be a lush garden oasis.

We hired Landscape East & West after seeing their sign in a front yard in our neighborhood where they did a beautiful job. We recently finished construction on a large addition to our house, so our lawn had a lot of damage from heavy construction machinery. Our existing landscaping had also been overgrown for several years and due for a makeover. Lee and his team did an amazing job transforming our 1-acre property's flower beds and damaged lawn into a beautiful park-like setting. They adjusted and augmented our 12-zone sprinkler system to ensure complete coverage, and their recommendations of shrubs, trees, grasses, and flowers were excellent choices. We are very happy with the results of this large project, and amazed they completed the work in only 2-1/2 weeks. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, and professional. I would definitely use them again for future projects, and I highly recommend them to others.
