Todd was genuine and very knowledgeable. He and Chris repaired our chimney and installed a custom chimney cap, quickly, professionally, and economically. After getting several estimates we went with Five Star. Fantastic warranty, too. We'll be using them for annual cleanings, too!

Today we have Chase coming to do our Chimney Sweep. He was so professional and kind. He did an Amazing job by keeping the area clean and give us some very helpful tips for us first time Chimney users. The price was reasonable and good deal.

Todd was supposed to come to give a chimney inspection but did not come in the time window specified (or the 30 min prior while I waited by the door) and must have ignored the phone number we provided to call when he arrived. He left without contacting us and then provided alternative companies. I definitely cannot recommend rescheduling your work day around such an unreliable company.

I was very impressed with Five Star Chimney Repair! First of all, Todd came out the very next day after requesting an estimate. He even gave me a military discount because I'm from a military family. Susan was very helpful scheduling as soon as the weather turned drier. Chris and AJ came out on time and finished in one day instead of two that was quoted.
