Many thanks to Josh who came out today to inspect my fireplace. I appreciated all the information he gave me about the design of the fireplace. He gave me excellent information on how to light a fire so as not to cause problems in the fireplace. Josh arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. Five Star Chimney is amazing! Joshua came out and inspected and swept our chimney yesterday. He gave us lots of good tips on how to use it properly and create the best air flow for using our fireplace. He was very professional, personable and kind. He explained what he was doing every step of the way so we could understand and made it make sense even for my very curious 5 year old! Even though it is a gross process, he kept everything so clean and was very respectful in our home. I would recommend Joshua and Five Star to anyone. Thank you!

Josh was AMAZING! We had Five Star Chimney Repair out for a Standard cleaning. Josh showed up right on time, very respectful and professional. He examined our fireplace and said it's very clean and he wouldn't feel right taking our money. He showed us some things on our fireplace we weren't aware of that are very helpful. Josh did an inside and outside inspection and just charged for that. If all Five Star Chimney Repair staff is like Josh, I'm a lifelong customer. Great guy, representing a great company. Awesome service. Was there when they said they would be. Got me up and running so I could get my for awhile before I need to replace unit.

Called for my air conditioning unit. Quoted over $1000 to charge the system, not including labor without even looking at it. Cost me $350 through another company. Total scam.

William came out late on a Sunday evening and quickly got our furnace working. Super happy with our service. Thank you!

Called them to connect a line set, install a txv valve, and top off refrigerant. Dude quotes $2,000. Hilarious. That's as much as some places quoted me to do the entire heat pump install.
