We had Josue out to our home to fix an issue with our heat pump. Turns out there was a issue in the copper piping that leaked all the refrigerant out. Josue fixed the problem and purged the air out of the system and did a full recharge of the refrigerant. I would happily have Pledge Comfort come back to our home!

Josue was able to get me in the next day and provide emergency diagnostics after another local business claimed the shrader valve and the system itself was leaking, while quoting a $1000+ repair. Josue quickly determined that the capacitor was blown and was able to replace it and get the AC unit back running in a matter of minutes. Not only did he resolve my issue, but he also gave me some tips for what to look out for in the future if I have similar problems.
