stanley brothers home heating & air conditioning put in my heater a while back. a couple nights ago, it started having problems. i called and since it was after hours, i got their voicemail. but then robert called me back quickly and suggested i switch on the emergency heat to keep things warm. he said someone would call to set up a service appointment in the morning, but when i didn’t get a call, i called them myself. they couldn’t come the next day but made it out the day after. duane showed up and right away found that the freon had leaked out because of a loose filling port. he didn’t charge me for the freon or the new, better port caps, just the service visit. everything is working great now and i’m really happy with the service.
