We hired Pledge Comfort to install a heat pump for our new house and the install was great. A few months later our A/C wasn’t working correctly and they came out the same evening (we called in the afternoon) and resolved the issue. We’re very pleased we went with Pledge Comfort.

I have used Pledge Comfort two times and their services and prices are better than my previous AC guy. I am downgrading this review to one start because this guy come to work on an AC and burned it. All they have to do was to extend a pipe for a new room and bathroom. My AC was working fine. After one of this way, who did have experience mess with the electronic by removing parts and tuning it on; he burned all the circuits and never come back to fix it. I am hiring another company to repair the unit, who have suggested to replace it due to been burned and randomly replacing electronic parts. My unit is still broken from the guy from Pledge Comfort who broke it.

i have use this company before and is been cheaper than others by installing inferior units into my houses. They installed mini-split systems for a three bedroom, however the system can only handle two. This is the reason for their cheaper prices; giving you a smaller unit. I don't recomend this company if you don't want to have problems with your sistem.

The Pledge Comfort people were professional and pleasant. They gave me a reasonable quote and did the work and a little extra within that budget. They explained the details of the work and provided pictures. I will be scheduling them again for any heating and cooling work I need done.

Josue was awesome! He was very sweet, sincere, and honest with his assessment. Even though I didn't know anything about...well...anything, he did not make me feel stupid or talk down to me. I will definitely call Pledge for any future issues. Thank you for all your help today! :)

Our AC unit went out last night and we were preparing for the worst with the record heat wave this weekend. I called Josue in the morning and he was able to make an appointment for me this afternoon! He showed up right at the beginning of the service window and got the unit back working within 20 minutes. Thank you Josue for the quick turnaround! We're so grateful that we can enjoy our weekend.

We used Josue for our cooling problems this summer. We found him to be honest, reasonable, and reliable. I wish I could leave Josue a TEN star rating! If you are having a/c issues, do yourself a favor and call him FIRST ... you will NOT be disappointed! He FIXED our problem instead of REPLACING it. He saved us thousands on a new unit that we were advised was needed! We can't recommend him enough!!!

It was a great experience working with Josue and the team at Pledge! Our A/C was acting up and with the triple-digit heat coming soon I was concerned we wouldn't be able to find HVAC help in time. I called at 8:30am and they came out same day to take a look and fix the issue. He talked through everything he did and explained some things to look out for in the future. Overall great service and experience start to finish. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end this was a very pleasant experience. Josue and his crew were very professional and were very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions and concerns. The installation went as advertised and we couldn't be happier with the systems they installed. We chose Pledge because they listened to our requirements and gave us exactly the products we asked for. I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation!

Grateful it was an easy fix! Our technician spoke directly with our roofers about the cap and inner pipe they removed that was stopping the furnace from drawing in clean air. Prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough, and we're back up and running after that sleeve was put back in to separate exhaust from intake. Excellent workmanship, very thorough and conscientious. The install of our new HVAC system went really well and they were so good about answering our questions. Very, very happy with this company and the workers.

We replaced our entire Heating and Cooling system with Pledge Comfort. We cannot be more satisfied and Josue and team are amazing. He just followed up after 3 months to tweak a few things and is so pleasant. I am telling everyone about them for their HVAC needs.

He made a special point to install our air conditioning quickly for us because we were going out of town. His bid was very competitive with other companies, and he was the first one to provide the estimate. Hard working ethical guy!

I am amending my review of several months ago. While Josue did answer my questions regarding the repair of our furnace, he never followed up after indicating that a part needed to be ordered to repair the furnace. Very unreliable. The $150 I paid several months ago was supposed to be applied to the repair. This is a lot of money to me, especially for nothing. I am now giving the company two stars because Josue did answer my questions but I have lost trust in his integrity. He may be a very skilled technician but I would suggest getting everything in writing before hiring this company.

Pablo and his assistant came on time. They started working to find the leak. It took some time but finally they found the leak exataly where they thought it would be. They fix the leak and the AC is working fine since the repair. Only I would mention, our previous service would not charge for this service as part of club member. But of course Pledge charge $1,300. But service was great.

Josue was such a pleasure to work with. He was kind and professional, efficient and thorough. His crew was fantastic as well. We were so impressed from start to finish. They installed an entire new heating and cooling system and made the whole process enjoyable. We will return to them for any needs in the future!! Can’t recommend them enough!!
