This is the third time I have used this company for a heating or air conditioning repair. Every experience has been very professional. From the person answering the phone, to the rapid scheduling, The knowledgeable person on the phone, and the quick, responding and fast repairing technician, as well as the ease of billing. I compared their pricing, and it is even very competitive and reasonable. I would definitely use this company again and again for any heating or air-conditioning repairs.

Not recommended. I bought a heatpump unit from them. The heatpump failed at 3rd year; first time recharged and charged me $145. The next year it failed again and they charged me $1,200 for locating a "leak". They could not located the leak, but presumed it was the head unit. Then they told me the unit was not in warranty then. After I showed the invoice and the warranty, then they said the warranty cover the parts but the warranty did not cover refrigerant leaks. Then they said the exchange was the reason and the quote to replace the heat exchanger (coil) was $3,977.00

Very pleased with a water heater install.
They were out to our house very quickly and had a water heater installed the next day. Erin was our estimator and she was very helpful with explaining warranty and what is covered.
Ryan O'dell was our installer and he did a great job. A very clean install and it works wonderfully!

I was very impressed with the wonderful service. Jeremy Darling was our Service Technician. He called and let us know he might be a few minutes delayed due to a freeway accident. He took care our home by putting on shoe coverings. He was very prompt in identifying the issue with our furnace and cleaned up after he was done. The company is like a well oiled machine driven by service excellence. We have used Willamette HVAC before and will use and recommend them for future issues. Thank you Willamette HVAC and their great and considerate employees.

My family were struggling due to a non working furnace just before Christmas. Willamette HVAC was able to work with the merchant to rush the part delivery and came to install once the part was received. Their technician J walked me through troubleshooting and maintenance tips to help avoid future problems. He was knowledgeable and stuck around to make sure everything was up and running correctly. The final invoice came in under the initial quote and really provided my family some much needed relief. Thank you Sherie and J for excellent service.

I would not recommend them. They will charge you for work that was not done and then send you to collections. We spent so much time trying to fix a roof leak that Willamette said was caused by the roofers that installed Curbs and roofed around HVAC units that Willamette installed. Roofers continued to try and find leaks. They spent many days hours trying to fix the issue. On the last trip out they sent a new guy that inspected the two HVAC units that were installed by Willamette HVAC. He should me screws and bolts missing from lower pan areas and holes where he said water was getting in to the building. I had him seal all holes in units. Then called Willamette to show them where it had been leaking for all this time. They said they could re-seal it. and gave us a quote to do it. Never did any actual work. But we received a bill.... It had already been re-sealed by the roofers...They should have fixed this when we called them on it the first time. They would just blame the roofers. The issue was from day one and they would not take responsibility for their mistake. Do not waste your time with them.

They came out quickly. Found the issue within 10 minutes (A broken capacitor in my ac unit). Had a replacement part on hand. Ensured it was working. All while explaining great things about my unit. Like how to get more even heating in the winter, where to check for the temperature difference in the furnace.
Exceeded all my expectations and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future. -

As a new homeowner, I reached out to this company as referred to me from the seller’s real estate broker. I have a problem with heat. They told me they had been to the unit once but just to service the A/C. They did not tell me that my HVAC system had recently been serviced, so there was no need to replace filters. The tech, Caleb, once at my unit, admitted that he had not checked air flow at that visit. He spent most of the time taking laser readings of the heat flow from the vents….reporting his findings, and talking on his cell phone. When I called the office to report my disappointment, the response was defensive with the ever popular, “he has been doing this for xxx amount of years”, to justify his work. This was a response I was not hoping to hear. I was charged a full service call of $185. To me, this was a waste of money and I do not recommend the company.

We came home after a weekend gone to a freezing home and called "emergency service" at 5 or so. $395 to let us know it was a bad furnace control board. It would take days longer to get the board. Then a burnt switch was discovered which was no longer in production, so we waited over two weeks for a part. We give Jay the technician Five Stars for doing everything he could to fix it - and he did a great job. Old school guy who can fix things! We just can't do Five Stars for Willamette since it took so long and quite frankly, charging $395 for an evaluation and then waiting over three weeks to get it finally fixed doesn't cut the mustard - we should have been given a break on that for waiting that long to have our heat back.

I would not recommend. Refrigerant leaked out of our system, and Willamette HVAC charged $1258 to recharge and add dye. Refrigerant leaked out again after 3mo. I called again and they started quoting $2k for inspection, $2k for repairs, $2k for recharge. I spoke with the service manager and wanted to discuss options and she literally said, 'you don't work for me. we have to comply with EPA'. I just wanted to discuss options. They did offer a 'free' quick leak check so I agreed and made the appointment. They called one hour into the appointment window and rescheduled due to it being 65deg and raining. Maybe they don't do work at 65deg or below and while it's raining? Anyway, there are multiple ways of leak checking during initial visit as I learned from a different HVAC service such as adding N2 to the system and using a gas sniffer. Anyway, I definitely do not recommend Willamette HVAC.

I highly recommend Willamette HVAC as an honest and reputable local HVAC company.
We were in the process of selling our home, and needed to service the furnace prior to the sale. I called a local HVAC company who told me, among other things, that my 7 year old Bryant furnace had a failed heat exchanger and needed to be replaced. Since the furnace was only 7 years old, I was suspicious, so I then called a second company for a second opinion, and they basically just repeated what the first company had said. The first company told me they would not replace the heat exchanger for "liability reasons", and the other said they could replace just the heat exchanger but at a cost that was almost the cost of a new furnace.
Again, thinking this was unlikely on a newer furnace, I called the original installer. He also thought this was suspicious and since the heat exchanger was under warranty I called the manufacturer directly to find out what my options were.
The manufacturer recommended I contact Willamette HVAC since they were a factory authorized Bryant dealer. I explained the situation to Willamette HVAC, and they said that they could in fact replace the heat exchanger, and at a cost that was roughly half of what I was quoted by the other company. I was able to schedule a service call so they could come and verify the diagnosis. When they came to inspect the furnace they found no evidence of a failed heat exchanger nor any problems with the furnace other than a switch that had been replaced by the prior company that was not a factory oem switch. They were honest and up front, and saved me several thousand dollars while also responding quickly to the urgent issue due to the closing of the sale. I'll be contacting Willamette HVAC for all my future HVAC needs. -
Devin and Jay were amazing! We had a unusual system that the average Joe would not have figured out nor been able to give us a good report on. I've been in real estate 35 years and used a lot of different companies and during this recent cold snap it was hard to get anyone. Willamette not only showed up quickly but they brought the A-Team and these guys came in and diagnosed a funny sound that was coming from one of the motors in a gas-fired forced air hot water heat system. they got it done quickly and it a budget my client could afford and I cannot thank them enough! Rest assured from now on they get first call on any and all HVAC work that we have! I highly recommend this company and I know things will never go perfect on a job but today they did and for that I'm extremely grateful! Happy holidays everyone!

Had our oil furnace stop working, Willamette HVAC was recommended to me by a co-worker. Called and Jay came out, he was able to diagnose the problem and get the part ordered. He came back out, made the repair, did some maintenance on it and explained everything he did and made some recommendations. Jay was great and easy to work with!
I would highly recommend their services!
