We have a furnace that's been giving us grief for the past months. I contacted Willamette Hvac for help and THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE, lol. (No one answers phone calls anymore) They got me on the schedule in a timely manner. Jeremy Darling was very calm and professional as he assessed the problem. He was incredibly educational as he thoroughly explained the mechanics of gas furnaces. Upon discovering that our 22yr old outdated furnace is on its last leg, he continued searching for potential fixes. Due to safety reasons, he concluded it's best to replace it, and I agreed 100%. I really appreciated the information and the professionalism. Please continue the good work and we'll see you soon for the installation of the new furnace.

After making a mess of the wiring for a new Nest thermostat, I called Willamette HVAC to help do it properly. Devin was able to come by the very next day - showed up on time, was friendly, clean, and courteous. He had it re-wired, tested, put back together, and was cleaned up and out of there in almost no time at all. I'll most certainly be calling these guys back out for my next HVAC issue/maintenance!

Our furnace quit working right as the chilly, rainy weather was beginning. Fortunately, Diego was able to install our new one in no time! This courteous young man was at our door, bright and early, with a warm smile on his face. A short while later, we were all smiling because we had a new furnace neatly installed, and - most importantly - HEAT! Thank you so very much, Diego and Willamette HVAC for your terrific service!

Willamette has kept our kitchen remodel moving when several other HVAC companies wouldn’t even send someone to look/quote because it’s a smaller job. The lady that came to look at our two issues was on time and professional, and got us a quote that same day. The two techs that came out we’re on time, nice, took time to answer my questions, and didn’t get frustrated when our dog was barking up a storm and freaking out that 2 strangers were in his space (so sorry guys)!

Willamette HVAC was amazing. They were so fast to come out to look at my old a/c that I needed replaced, then they were back at my house a week later doing the installation! I had J Chapman from Willamette HVAC perform a recharge on our AC unit today.

He arrived on time, calling in advance. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got it priced out, and had the unit recharged within the hour.

I'm very happy with the service provided, and I will be calling Willamette HVAC in the future if and when HVAC work is needed.

It took them 2 weeks to get a part to fix our AC during the biggest heat wave of the year. It’s taken them a month in total to get out here to finally put that part in because the day they were supposed to come they called us half an hour AFTER they were supposed to be here, saying the guy called out that day. He finally came a week after that appointment (while it was 105+ out) and then a few hours after he left it stopped working again. They don’t put their customers first. They need more techs. They need on call techs. They need longer hours. They need better communicators. They need better staff. we will NEVER use this company again.

My wife and I are very, very pleased with the professional repair and maintenance work done by Jeremy on our Bryant Evolution System. He is a problem solver who shows up on time and handles the issues we are having
quickly and well. Willamette HVAC was recommended to us by our neighbor and I thank him for the recommendation.

Jeremy came out on-time (to the minute) and was courteous. He was quick to diagnose the issue and gave us options for part vs total replacement pros and cons. Being clear and concise with his explanation as to what was going on with the furnace was helpful and his estimates on timing for parts allocation and labor were really accurate. I wish all my interactions were this smooth.

Willamette HVAC ROCKS! I wanted to utilize a local business when our AC needed service and I was not disappointed! My appointment was booked within 48 hrs of my online request. JEREMY was our service guy and he ROCKS too! He was timely that day and provided my husband (who was home at the time) with all of the ‘manly’ details! LOL My husband liked him so I LOVE it! Our server room split unit's pump went out for the second summer in a row, coinciding again with the hottest week of the year. The team of Mike and Julio diagnosed the issue, and then installed a heavier duty pump for our system, and did it in a professional and efficient manner. The upgrade required some fabrication and thinking outside the box, and the two tackled the job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and are glad we have Willamette as our HVAC company. Jeremy was great!! This is the second time we have had him come to our house, and both times he was quick to figure out the problem, fix it, explain the issue to us and get us set. Very pleased with the service we have gotten from Willamette HVAC, and will continue to use them when needed!

We have commercial HVAC units on the roof of our office. First service call to change the filters and provide routine maintenance, the technician took our roof keys instead of handing them back and we had to go track them down with the company who eventually mailed them back to us.
Second service call and there was no problem except there was a small part needing replacement.
Third service call and the Technician shows up out of the blue with no appointment to replace the part. He was up there for over two hours to replace a small part. He left without providing paperwork or handing us the part which he removed and replaced. Turns out that he left the door to our commercial HVAC roof unit open and when it rained the next time we had water come through the unit and damage some of our inventory. When I tried to resolve it with their management they accused me and our property manager of lying and demanded we show photographic proof that their technician left the unit door open, even though I had already told them we were just trying to recover our payment for the service call since the damage was not extensive.
One other small problem; when we set up service with them we asked them to schedule with us quarterly, but six months passed before we were scheduled for the second service call.
Bottom line is that this company is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Just do yourself a favor, save your money and go to another small local business that actually cares about the work they do.

Excellent experience with Willamette HVAC having my AC unit repaired. I was very impressed with the service work done by Willamette HVAC. Jeremy came in a timely matter and had the needed parts in his van to complete my air conditioning repair in one visit.
They will be by first call the next time I need HVAC repair work completed.

Terrible company. I had used them for a couple of years before I found an amazing vendor, who 2 years later is still discovering Willamette HVAC’s shoddy work. I’m in property management so I keep diligent records (i.e invoices and work orders). For ONE apartment, $6420 in invoices have been paid for repairs that are not under labor warranty after 30 DAYS. This week the vendor I’ve been using since I stopped using Willamette HVAC, discovered that the repairs were done incorrectly in that same unit. They apparently cannot keep knowledgeable techs and that was another reason I stopped using them. When there was a good tech, I’d hear about how awful this company is to work for and then the person quits. $6420 is a spendy lesson, but I’m grateful that they won’t be receiving another dime from here. I think the 30 day labor warranty coincides with the tech’s length in employment there. Oh and for bonus points, their customer service is appalling. I will be sure to tell every property manager of my experience with Willamette HVAC, along with sharing the contact info for the PROFESSIONALS that I use now.

I called on Thursday and they sent someone out Friday morning to fix my ductless heat pump. Jeremy Darling called when he arrived which is what I requested so he wouldn’t wake my son by knocking. He also tried to be quiet which was so helpful. He fixed the heat pump super quick and was very courteous and kind. Would highly recommend Willamette HVAC! Thanks, Jeremy!

The service guy spent about 20 mins to check our AC for not blowing cold air. He charged us over $227 for diagnostics. That is too much for diagnostic and very minimal work. Please be careful with this company. They wrote us another quote to replace a capacitor, re charge Freon and replace a PVC pipe for almost $1800. I know its been a hot summer and inflation cost. This is just too much. Another red Flag is they told my brother new AC cost about 10K for a 1700 sq ft house. Come on you’re not fooling us. We were not born yesterday!

I just had a complete overhaul of my HVAC (both heat and cooling) done by Willamette HVAC. The job was quite large so they were in my home for a few weeks. Both Phil and Diego were super professional and also friendly. I always felt comfortable and trusted them in my many rooms in my home including a crawl space where we have some valuables stored and my son’s room. They made sure my carpets were protected and vacuumed up any debris when they left. The company worked around my schedule, which is hard to find! The owner came by at the end to make sure the electrician and factory rep were coordinated and also quality check all of the work. Gold star service all the way, highly recommended.
