Great experience with O'Leary Air installing new heat pump and furnace! They were very professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond and friendly.

Spoke with Kevin on the weekend and he got me an appointment. Trevor came out on Monday to diagnose our old system. He showed the issues with the old AC, explained what options we have with repair or replacement and answered all my questions.

We decided to replace with new heat pump and furnace. Jeremiah and Walker showed up on time, they cleaned the ducts, removed the old system and installed new one in just one day! They were very thorough, did a great job with the install and walked me through the setup after finishing.

Highly recommended, great company and great people!

I contacted O’Leary Air after my previous HVAC company that no longer has a technician recommended them. My 8 year old AC unit was no longer cooling.

Alison promptly had me scheduled for a service call and within a couple days Brady and Jordan were at our home to diagnose the issue. They provided clear, concise communication, provided me all options and explained exactly what was wrong. I opted for a new AC unit install and received an estimate before they left the service call. Kevin the owner talked through all my options and the pros and cons.

Within a week Tanner, Jordan and Lane were at our home performing the new install. They were efficient, provided clear communication and respected our home. I ended up paying $780 less than estimated because they were able to properly install without having to completely remove and reinstall my furnace.

PSA - if you have a male dog, safeguard your AC unit and install a fence. Urine is highly corrosive to AC units. 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knew. Lol. We installed the fence on our own for about $65 bucks after consulting O’Leary Air on best options and spacing. Air flow is important.

I called O'Leary Air on Tuesday and Kevin was able to send Trevor the next morning. As it turned out, the gas valve had been bumped by my dog. I felt pretty stupid for not catching that. Trevor was professional and not judgemental. Since Trevor was already there, I had him do my winter maintenance. Thank you!

This is a small family business, and you can tell by their interactions, which appeared to me to be guided by an interest in doing honest business instead of upselling and unethical pricing. They also diagnosed the problems we've been experiencing for 2-3 years that nobody else seemed to be able to do. I will use them from now on.

Kevin and his company is great! We remodeled our entire home and O’Leary installed all new Hvac including air conditioning and rerouted ducting. Kevin did a great job and the well priced. He continued to check in with customer care even months after the installation, to check in our satisfaction on functionality of the our news systems!

Trevor diagnosed worn-out furnace fan when called back yesterday, re: house not heating. When he went to get new fan, Lennox would not sell it without 2 additional parts which we agreed made repair too high for old furnace. Trevor offered us a brand new furnace with 10 year warranty for a price in ballpark of our old Lennox repair cost. Walker & Jeremiah installed it this morning, easy-peasy. House is cozy again and we are even happier with O’Leary Air for prompt, smart, friendly, local service and affordability. I hired O'Leary Air on the recommendation of a friend who raved about their customer service. I was not disappointed! My old house presented some challenges when it came to installing air conditioning. They did a thorough review of the situation, carefully explained the various options and patiently answered my many questions. Once we made our decision (which included a new furnace, too), everything went quickly. The crew worked steadily for 2 long days, solving problems and completing the job just as the first 90+ degree days rolled in. They were prompt and pleasant, gave good instructions and cleaned up well. It's now been a couple of weeks and the whole system has been working beautifully. O'Leary Air - I highly recommend!

Really nice to deal with a company that still values good service — I’d definitely recommend them if you need HVAC help.

Received other bids for a new AC and no one explained my options better than Tanner. Since the unit sits under our bedroom window it was important to get a quiet one.
