Excellent customer service. The team called a few times to move up my appointment. Elevate does an outstanding job communicating and provided a detail description of the job and pricing. The job was completed in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend their services!

He was punctual, courteous, and filled me in on what he was doing. He showed me how to change the filters, and how to find the size on the filters to order them. I will definitely call him again.

What an incredible company! It was easy to schedule an appointment. The office staff, Letty, was kind and helpful. They let me know when Thomas was enroute. Thomas was professional and knowledgeable, he did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond in explaining things to me and validating a concern I had that had been dismissed by another HVAC company. The cost for maintenance was amazing and Thomas did a very thorough job. I highly recommend Elevate, the name says it all, they provide elevated service from start to finish!

Chase has been fantastic to work with. He installed our furnace and A/C system four years ago, and they have worked great ever since. When our A/C failed on the hottest day of the year, he came out the next day, found rodent-damaged wiring, fixed it quickly, and referred us to an excellent pest control company.

Chase is positive, knowledgeable, and reliable. He explains everything clearly and stands behind his work. We are so grateful for his help in keeping our home comfortable year-round.
