Absolutely the most amazing repair company out there. It’s 115 degrees in Hillsboro today and our AC went out last night. We have a 5 week old baby and couldn’t find anyone even emergency services to come out and repair it. When I spoke to Rubi, he explained how booked he was but said he could try to come out at the end of the day today or tomorrow. Was honest in saying he couldn’t promise anything. So we went ahead and moved forward and at 330 today he said he was on his way. I couldn’t be happier. Got right to work, was friendly, professional and my own personal hero! With the temps not getting better until late next week we were desperate to have this repaired and terrified having a young baby in the house. Would recommend Rubi HVAC to anyone!!!

Top notch service. Rene showed me the issues, gave me the options, and I didn't ever feel pressured or like I was being upsold. He was quick and super clean in his work, too. Our unit was overdue for service and it was spotless when it was done. I can tell the difference in our home's air quality, for sure. I will be a repeat customer.

I scheduled an appointment with Rubi to come out and clean the HVAC and dryer vent at a new house that we moved into. The day of my scheduled appointment they cancelled and said that their truck was not working properly. I asked to be contacted and rescheduled when they were able to provide the service. No response. I sent a follow up email and that was 10 days ago.... still no response! I would recommend finding a company that will actually follow through with their commitments. Rubi Heating and Cooling is obviously not the company.

We hired Rubi when the heat went out in our office. They responded immediately and had the issue fixed that same afternoon. Then, I personally hired them when my furnace quit at my home. That issue was a tough one to diagnose, and they stuck with it until it was fixed. They were friendly, honest and fair. I would definitely hire them again!

They came and fixed the heat at our theater during this cold January -- they were very nice on the phone, and very nice in person; when we called at the end of the work day, they sent someone the next day to come check it out; they were very communicative about what they diagnosed as the problem, and it was fixed by the next day! Our Furnace would not fire up this week. We called Rubi and Rene and his team came out and got it working pretty quickly. Rubi was able to make our home nice and warm. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

Shop them last. They were almost 1/2 the cost as highest bidder. They did not try to sell us more than we needed. Oscar and Miguel the installers were kind, professional, and thorough. Cannot recommend enough. 6 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Highly recommend. Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year and they were able to make a special appointment within two days. Other businesses I contacted would take two weeks or more. The tech was very informative and went over every aspect of each component and what the problem might be. He showed me the defective part that was replaced and why. Great small business that cares about their service. As most of us know this is hard to get these days. Thumbs up to Rubi Heating and Cooling. Thanks for the quick response to a hotter than hell house.(90+) My wife no longer complains.

Really appreciate getting my furnace working again!

I had Rubi Heating and Cooling come to my house to inspect the HVAC ducts in my crawlspace. They found that one duct was laying on the ground and it was broken rendering it useless. We made an appointment for two days later for them to come and install a new duct. They arrived on time, made the repair within two hours and did a great job keeping the surrounding area above the crawlspace entry clean. The technician (Oscar) was friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this local company for any HVAC needs!

The Rubi crew did a great job working until 7:30p to finish the job. The install on our 3 story townhouse was done with the upmost professionalism leaving the area clean and the unit works great!! Just what was needed for this hot summer. Thank you all for your hard work in the July heat.

Rubi's was quick and efficient. Very easy to communicate with. Responsive to our service questions and took their time to explain how to care for our machine. It is evident that they care about the systems they install and they customers. My only feedback is that if no one is in the office it is hard to get a hold of anyone.We have the natural gas 96% Bryant Heating and Cooling system.
