My 30-year-old furnace and a/c were getting shaky, with hard-to-find parts and refrigerant, so it was time for replacement. My first contact, Thomas, was just great, an engineer not a salesman, able to answer questions authoritatively, which is always appreciated. Installers Kenny and Sam were polite, knew their stuff, and worked efficiently. The job was completed on time and on budget. The new system is quiet, and heats and cools very effectively. I truly appreciate people who radiate competence, and do what they say they will do. Thank You.

Elevate, heating and cooling initially installed our equipment and has been great about helping maintain our equipment. Thomas, who came to take care of regular maintenance on the furnace was courteous, professional, and on time for the job. He took care while inspecting the furnace, and making sure that it was properly cleaned and ready for the winter.

Chase, the owner, came out to take a look at our failing heat pump and furnace. He was personable, easy to talk to, and offered a great solution. I had asked to do some groundwork between the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one, and they were very accommodating with my schedule.

On installation day, the three-person crew showed up right on time and clearly knew what they were doing. They were professional, friendly, and did a really clean install. I even found myself commenting a few times on the quality of their workmanship—it really stood out.

Overall, I felt very comfortable having them in our home. I’m glad we were able to support a local family-owned business, and I’d absolutely recommend their services to others.

The company I usually use was 6 days out to come look at my AC unit that stopped working. Called Elevate after talking to a neighbor and they were able to come out that afternoon. Unfortunately, it was a costly part replacement that they had to come back out to a couple days later. Even so, the service was great, Thomas answered a lot of questions and was able to offer a money saving solution. Definitely recommend!

Chase, Thomas and Ken did a great job installing a new furnace in our house! They were able to install it without a hitch. Thomas gave me a good explanation of th me new unit and advised us about a possible AC unit to replace, which is good to know albeit dreadful. I made contact to Elevate Heating & Cooling on a Monday to arrange an on-site consultation on options for updating our household environment. Chase, the company owner scheduled a Wednesday morning meeting. Chase was very personable and to the point of our situation. On Thursday Chase presented two options toward meeting our needs.

On Friday my wife and I made a choice of the options and notified Elevate Heating & Cooling.

One week to the day an installation crew, led by Ken Alexander arrived and went to work. To a person they were focused, polite, informative and disciplined throughout the two-day install and diagnostic testing.

Marcus analyzed my furnace issues and quickly diagnosed the problems. He provided me with a clear, concise analysis and plan for remedying the problems. He was personable and knowledgeable.

Elevate came out same day to trouble shoot and maintenance. Gave it a good inspection and fixed our problem. Thomas was our tech today, he was professional and super knowledgeable. Plus he was a head of schedule and called to see if he could fit us in earlier. 99% the time it’s the other way with planned arrival times. Luckily we could make that happen. Now sitting in a cool house and loving it. We highly recommend this company.

Called for diagnostic on a malfunctioning rooftop HVAC unit, company was willing to come out the same day, but I had a conflict, setup for 2 days later, which was fine, but then called that they had opening next day. Perfect. Tech was scheduled for 2:30 to 4:30, showed up @ 2:25, very good, had a quick conversation, tech checked the unit, diagnosed the problem, provided estimate right away. Repair will happen when parts arrive and can schedule the tech for the part replacement.
Communication and service very good.
Will speak with them for annual check.

I needed a new HVAC company as my former was flaking out. After doing a lot of research Elevate seemed to be the best local company. They were able to come out the day after I contacted them and have me options. I knew I would need to have the furnace replaced and they were able to get it down a few days later. Great experience with the crew that came out. We had a mini split installed for the garage and the craftsmanship/attention to detail exeeded my expectations. When it comes to my house I have high expectations and want things done properly, this crew knew what they were doing.

Elevate came out and looked at my 25 year old furnace that had kicked the bucket and gave me a bunch of options. Ultimately I went with finally installing AC because these oregon summers are just getting warmer and warmer. The whole crew was friendly and personable.

Reliable, efficient, very very knowledgeable and nice nice people. We are replacing our 19 y/o gas heat and central air system with a heat pump after a great explanation of our options by Chase.
