From what I could tell Jeremiah was excellent. Very professional and thorough. Explained everything well and the level of documentation provided was beyond what I have ever received before - photos, explanation, detailed report with results of each test etc. He provided good advice on further measures to ensure system longevity and comfort. Fantastic company! Very professional, friendly, communicative, honest and possibly the most important to many customers, very affordable. They were able to work around my limited schedule and sent out a tech, Trevor, the same day, during the evening hours. They originally came out to give me an estimate on replacing my 34 year old furnace, but Trevor was able to get it repaired and operating again, which was a lifesaver during these cold fall days! I will definitely be using them in the next month or so to get our outdated system updated. Thanks again O'leary Air!

The fine folks at O’Leary Air came out to the house to assess my old heating unit and they knew exactly what to replace my archaic system with in order to adequately heat my house and economical options.

They replaced my furnace and my thermostat as well (a user-friendly one that’s illuminated). 😊
Their knowledge and professionalism from the initial assessment, to scheduling and installation, was top notch from start to finish.

O'Leary air is great. They came out and gave an estimate on my furnace with no pressure to buy or make a decision immedeately. After looking over the estimates they emailed me, I decided to go with a replacement unit. My furnace was 19 years old and relaxement was the best option. After accepting the estimate for replacement they were able to come early the next week. Now all is warm and good again. I highly recommend their company.

My furnace was not working correctly and I read some great reviews about O'leary air so I contacted them about repairing my furnace. Trevor came out within a couple of day and after diagnosing the issue it became evident that the cost to repair my 30 year old furnace was about 1/2 the cost of a new unit. I decided to have a new furnace installed. What to do with the 30 year old A/C unit? It was still working but I decided to spend the extra money and have them install a new A/C unit that matched the new furnace at the same time. Trevor provided several different options for me and I chose the one I felt best fit my needs. Installers were here in less then a week, on time and ready to install. Both Walker and Jeremiah were professional and they got right to it. In one day they installed a new furnace, A/C unit and thermostat to match the new equipment. O'leary Air was fast, professional and everything they promised they did. I would highly recommend them!

O’Leary was awesome to work with from discussing options and pricing for a new HVAC and water heater system, and all the way thru to install and discussion of any follow up or service we may need going forward. This company is great and came highly recommended by my neighborhood. They were able to work around my schedule and explained everything they were doing and showed us why our system was having problems. He even answered all of my questions and settled the debate on when we need to clean out our vents my husband and I were having!

Before they arrived, I got a text with A picture of what the technician Trevor look like in a little bit about him. I haven’t seen this before and really appreciated knowing who is coming to my house highly recommend using this company and will use them again for all future needs.

“If there was an earlier time I would’ve already given it to you” I get what you mean, but no need to be so rude about it. I called someone else and they were able to make an exception for me since we’re having a streak of hot days. You want customer service, don’t use these people.

I had Jeremy came over to do Heating maintenance and he was excellent. He answered all my questions with patience and also explained the whole heating system. He also showed me all the stuff that he cleaned and worked on. I recommend them highly.

Our heating wouldn't start up. I called and Willamette HVAC had a tech, Jeremy Darling, come out. He was professional, prompt and got our heating system working. He even showed me how to troubleshoot it! Will be utilizing for any HVAC issues going forth!

Jeremy recently performed a seasonal service on the furnace in our house. He does excellent work and is wonderful person who takes the time to explain things and answer questions. I highly recommend Willamette HVAC!

I had Jay come out to look at some issues with my furnace and he was great. Did a great job and was awesome about explaining what was going on with it. I was in the construction field for 30 years and there just isn't a whole lot of guys left like Jay. Thanks again

Had them take a look at the gas hot water heater that the pilot light kept going out on when the weather would get into the 80s-90s...technician came out, took pictures to send to the owner who's "an expert with these kinds of things". Said that the flex pipe from the hot water tank to the attic vent being at a 90 degree bend was the problem, and told me they'd email me a quote on what they'll need to do. Sign a check for $125 for the inspection. Get a quote for $1700 to replace the flex pipe with a hard pipe with less of a bend? In 5 minutes I was able to collapse parts of the flex pipe with needle nose pliers to change the angle to 40 degrees, which they could have easily done while here if that was supposed to be the problem. Additionally, $1700 to install 3.5ft of hard pipe with some elbow connectors? Won't be recommending to others.

First week of January, my furnace died. They initially scheduled an appointment later in the day when I called, then moved the appointment earlier so we wouldn't be in the cold longer than necessary. Service tech had us up and running in about an hour and a half. Was polite, friendly, professional.

I am so grateful to willamette HVAC for working with me and helping me find the best system for my home. They were knowledgeable and friendly. It was nice that instead of just directing me to push this button and do this, they actually explained how it all works so I understood the system🤩 it’s so much easier to remember what to do when you know the reasons those things need to happen!

Our air conditioning unit decided to stop working on a 90+ degree day. The office was unbearable. We called Willamette HVAC, knowing they were going to be busy, but hoping they could save us...AND THEY DID. The motor on our air conditioning unit died. They were able to find one and have our office up and running by the end of the next day. We will definitely be using them again.

They installed the a/c unit at my home and have come back for a service call. They were able to get me scheduled for the next day. The tech showed up within the time window and had the work done quickly. All of the techs and office personnel have been friendly and professional. They were even good with my dog that either kept barking at them or wanted to be pet.
