Stanley Brothers Home Heating & Air Conditioning was great to work with and offered furnace repair at a fair price. duane explained several options for our furnace and helped us understand the best solution for our home. he took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure our concerns were addressed before starting. we had two furnaces replaced and some new ductwork installed. the crew did the work professionally, kept us updated throughout, and made sure everything was neat and tidy. the new furnaces have been running smoothly with no problems. i would highly recommend this company for anyone needing furnace repair or installation.

I highly recommend Cory. He went above and beyond in getting my HVAC unit repaired. He drove during the hazardous winter weather to get my unit fixed. He also took time to explain the issue.

He was able to come out and quickly and fix our furnace issue during a snow storm. Even got up and the roof to look at the drainage. And was reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend to others in the area.

Tanner heating and cooling came out immediately to assess the problem with my furnace while other big name HVAC companies played hard-to-get. Technician's name was Corey.

The technician who came to my home told me I had a diagnosis of a cracked heat exchanger.. He freely acknowledged he did not open up to do an actual visual inspection on the unit. He said it was because the flames were showing oranwe're showing Orange. Another contractor came and told me the Orange was caused by dirty burners in crossover tubes. He told me my furnace was a safety hazard and had to turn it off and I must buy a new heating system.. You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. He clearly only cared about selling me new equipment equipment and not resolving my basic me this thing my basic maintenance problem.

I am very pleased with the level of service, value of products offered, and professionalism experienced. Would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC repairs, maintenance or replacement services. Cory did work on my primary and rental residences, very happy with both services.
