I have used the Teufel maintenance services for our church property. The have done fine work for us.

They are very unprofessional tore up my wife flowers and through away plants and hanger at her grave site that we have maintained for almost 5 years and visit everyday.

Took over a year to contact us back for several different job quotes and only after several attempts requesting a response. We gave up. Portland Golf Club.

They come to our yard every week. I asked ruffino to do some special trimming and he said he would do it the following week and low and behold he remembered it and did it. Awesome!

These landscapers started working on the church grounds behind my house a 6:30 AM disturbing the peaceful sleeping of our babies, who had been up most of the night, their noise has not stopped for 2 hours now!

My experience with this company was limited, granted, but extremely negative.

This company takes care of the apartments I live in . Every time they come here they cover my car in mud,grass and mulch, I've tried talking to the crews boss and all he said was that he would talk to his guys. Two months later and it's still an issue.

Teufel Landscaping once provided fine service. But economic conditions have evidently forced cut backs. We engaged them for a $100K landscaping project. The design by Cheryl Cone, who assists Teufel, was truly excellent. But execution by Teufel was a failure. The crews were poorly prepared, unsupervised, and rushed. All aspects of our project had serious problems: shrubs, trees, lighting, rock work, and sprinkler system. With regret, after a year of engagement, we have terminated our relationship. Avoid them until they improve their execution.

Affordable, reliable, honest and I am quite satisfied with the service they provide me and they are a good deal more straightforward and polite than other companies that make it clear that they don't need or want more customers. This company treats me like they are happy to have my business, some of their competitors should take note.

My commercial account has been using Teufel Landscape for a little over a year and are very happy with the level of service they provide. My account manager, Juan Vallines, is extremely responsive and his crew does a great job at maintaining a schedule.

Teufel landscapers have damaged my car on 2 separate occasions, and despite several opportunities to fix the damage or right their mistakes, they have yet to take responsibility or even return my calls and messages at this point. I was talking to someone, but it's been 2 weeks without any further update or response, sharing my experience so others can hopefully avoid this situation and very poor customer service.

We have been working with Eric in the commercial landscaping maintenance department. We are extremely dis-satisfied with the service we have received. We do not recommend using their services. Our landscaping was shabby when we came on to the brand new property. Our coverage is supposed to cover daily watering and plant replacement. We have several plants that are dead. The watering is done by us. The grass is long and discolored. We have put in calls and finally had a rep come out named Eric. When he met with the property manager he had an attitude about everything and seemed to argue standard maintenance items. MInd you our landscaping is very very minimal. Mostly patios and stone work. One small strip of grass in the front is all we require mowing and repair. We brought up all the issues, come to find out they were all covered in the plan we signed with them and a lot of it wasn't being covered when it should have. When we explained the work we needed immediate attending to, he made it sound as if they couldn't do anything until their scheduled date 2 weeks out. We said we needed this done asap. We scheduled it for two days ago and no one showed up. We called the rep's office and cell phone several times and no one has responded to us and we are at the end of day two since we were forgotten. This was a no call with updates prior or the day of. I finally got a hold of someone in another department 5 times today who was very helpful by the name of Jeff. He contacted the correct department that assured us we would be contacted. We are going on 6 hours later of calling again and again and Jeff seems surprised and apologetic. If we do not get the promised services, we will chose to go with another landscape company. We do not recommend them!! Communication is not there, customer service is not there. They are not timely. I feel bad because I'm sure other departments provide amazing customer service such as Jeff in another department who helped us outside of his department today. He showed us assistance in our time of need. We shouldn't have to contact other people in other areas to get a call back after several days of issues. Unfortunately we don't understand the disconnect.

Nick is excellent - considerate, quick and thoughtful - would highly recommend!
