They have destroyed my yard. A lot of people in our HOA is complaining about this company. I would not recommend them. The last company we had did a great job, yards had grass and it was green. Now a lot of yards don't have grass

They service our facility and they are efficient, quick and professional.
Had a sprinkler head spewing water out in the main street on a Friday afternoon. They had someone there in less than 30 minutes and handled it.

Driver of your vehicle plate 973LSH was too busy checking out women on the side of the road multiple times to realize he almost caused a huge accident. No regard for safety…And seeing the other reviews of your employees driving recklessly just proves that y’all don’t screen or train your drivers thoroughly.

Not sure who is paying them to maintenance Pettygrove Park but they are out there almost EVERY DAY for most of the day between 9am-5pm, yet nothing ever looks any different and there is always tree debris everywhere. Why is there consistently 8 hours of leaf blowing but there is always constant debris everywhere? They're absolutely running up someone's bill for no work.

Edit to add: never seen a company come out almost all day, every day in winter with leafblowers to maintenance barren trees and no leaves. What should take 3 people a few hours once a week takes 3 people several hours almost daily for a tiny piece of land that's mostly asphalt. Company is being paid to do nothing.

This company cares for the lawns around my work in Hillsboro. After they sprayed the grass I watched bees everywhere on the lawn go into shock/convolutions. The weed killer they are using is killing the bees and poisoning the grass for the birds and other wildlife.

Workers use of leaf blowers too close to housings and continually trashed out leaving dirt, dead leaves, and debris all over front and back porches and up to my entrance doors. It also left splattering mud on wet and coat of dirt and dusts on dry seasons on my car parked on my driveway.
Another issue, these guys kept clean out my mulch wood chips including dead leaves which I left on the bare soils around my housing unit for mud control in wet season and in dry season to keep the dry dust down, and at the same time giving compose and nutrients back to the soils. Another problem, these landscaper guys are ruining the yards cleaning like mindless robots doing a bad job that they think they are doing good by cleaning the yards like they were offices in a building. Some of these guys might be ex office custodians, who knows.
Leaf blower is good use on large open areas, on streets and front yards near the sidewalks NOT in smaller space backyards, close to houses, and porches.

Wreckless endangerment of human and animal health and safety. Rude, harassing and disrespectful of tenants.... This is beyond unacceptable behavior. Their employees refused to acknowledge obvious environmental safety issue and mocked me for lierally begging them to stop using gas powered blowers in front of my apartment window.. My only source of fresh air ventilation. The use of blowers forces me to evacuate my home and air it out for hours. Its ongoing issue they think is funny?? Its not. My dog and myself deserve to breath in our home

They use leaf blowers for hours when there are no leaves. The noise makes living as a night shift worker impossible. They’re gas powered so it is extremely loud and smells horrible. If they do this at your complex I reccomend putting in complaints with the complex.

As an HOA professional, I can tell you that Pacific is one of my top landscaping companies, if not at the very top. Virtually everyone I deal with at Pacific represents the height of professionalism. They are organized, efficient, and responsive. I want to especially call out Mark Raney, Mina Szkodyn, Jessica Lanoue, and Matt Henscheid. They are my go-to landscaping company whenever I need quotes on a property.

My apartment complex in Corvallis used to look so dead, ugly, and overgrown. My leasing company hired Pacific Landscape Management and the whole place has turned around. Grass is green, new trees, new shrubs. Excellent work. Accommodating to pedestrians on the side walk and are mindful of our parked cars.

This company services my office building in Salem and they spend HOURS (currently 8am to past 11am on a Monday morning) running loud gas-powered equipment including leaf blowers (its July- there are no leaves to blow) at least weekly. They fling dirt and goose poop onto my office window and idle constantly, interrupting my calls. PLEASE CONSIDER GOING ELECTRIC and using hand tools rather than the typical "mow and blow" mindless operation. I see workers on riding mowers for the tiniest spaces. The workers are harming their own hearing and respiratory systems, ya'll are spewing carbon dioxide and other emissions into our collective air, and your service is super disruptive to people who are trying to work. It shows that this company is streamlined to think only of the immediate task and never to the bigger picture and it's terrorizing our planet.

Pacific, from my observations over many years, hugely overuses gas leaf blowers. I have had the misfortune of having them work on a weekly basis very near both my home and office. I feel so sorry for their employees and those nearby exposed to huge risks of hearing loss and cancer. “Landscape theater” is how I refer to gas blowers. Pacific should be setting the standard for being gentle to the environment but do little that I see except obliterate tranquility, dessicate soil, and add toxic emissions to the air. It’s so incredibly stupid. There are other businesses that use rakes and brooms and, where necessary, electric blowers. The landscaping industry - and Pacific unfortunately is an industry leader- is hugely polluting and needs to change.

Pacific Landscape Mgmt is great to work with. They offer solutions that are within budget and go the extra mile as a standard. Mauricio and Mario are two of the best in the business. We proudly use Pacific Landscape Management for all our needs!

Great job clearing some brush to allow PGE to install some extra poles in the Beavercreek area. Cleared a good size area in a forested area on our property quickly and efficiently. Both individuals were courteous and professional. Will definitely consider Pacific Landscape for any similar brush clearing that I might need in the future.

Our community (unfortunately) switched to this horrid company. Quite sure someone on our Board gets a 'kickback'. Residents clean up after them weekly. They send workers who walk around blowing leaves/debris with the most polluting leaf blowers known to mankind. They blow the leaves anywhere and everywhere especially up on our porches. No changes after many complaints. Never once do they pick any leaves up until Fall when they are forced. They've clearly never heard of a broom or exercise. The workers always have their hoodies up (even on a hot day) and are invariably on their phones, not paying any attention. The 'landscaping' is a joke too. This company knows zero about landscaping! Example below...

My HOA unfortunately uses this outfit. They damage more than help and are completely unresponsive when trying to get the damage addressed. They stomp through flower beds with obvious borders, they cut plants just starting to bloom, and they rip out decorative plants that are clearly planted in the flower beds. Mauricio will not get back with anyone to correct the damage. Everything has been caught on camera and yet they still try to deny it. Their plant knowledge is subpar, they don’t fix the things they say they will (still take your money though), and they want to upsell unneeded services. Use literally any other company if you care about your yard and flower beds.

Horrible, Rude, Illiterate, Untrustworthy. Literally hire ANYONE ELSE. Sloppy careless "work" we have to clean up after. We'd be better off if they just did not come at all. They claim to be unable to read signs in English . . . but ignore them in Spanish, as well? The degenerates pretending to landscape are rude and reckless, regularly damaging owner's shrubs, flowers, etc. They leave such a mess . . .

THE PHOTO is a current (8/23) image of an actual front lawn in our community--managed SOLELY BY THE UNEDUCATED DEGENERATES AT PACIFIC LANDSCAPE. NOTICE THAT THE "GRASS" WE PAY THEM TO FERTILIZE, WEED, MOW (WITH ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS FREQUENCY), ETC. IS COMPLETELY DEAD!!! (SAVE FOR SOME SPOTS OF CRAB GRASS AND WEEDS THEY ALSO FAILED TO REMOVE!!!). THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WITH THESE BUMS. Also, NOT an exception, as most of the grass they are responsible for looks like this.

World’s, worst drivers. The individual pictured in this picture passed me on the right shoulder after the lane had already ended almost sideswiping my $150,000 truck.

A gentleman driving a truck representing the company stopped on Walker Rd and helped an elderly blind woman as she entered traffic on foot, a kind and courteous move on his part.

Pacific Landscape is so reliable and responsive! I have worked with them for over 8 years and trust them to always have us looking our best.

Everyone at Pacific landscaping cares greatly about the quality of the work they provide. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, Warren goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care. Thank you for all you guys do!
