Able to come same day. Showed at time he said he would. Showed me how to fix my leaking toilet myself the next time it did it. Checked all bathroom plumbing fixtures for leaks and fixed those that needed it. Checked the water pressure into the house. Loved his explanations for everything he did.

Tim is wonderful. I had a flood in my laundry room for the umpteenth time, Tim came and was able to clear the washing machine drain, but the kitchen sink filled with that water. Tim was able to locate the issue, a "belly" under the dishwasher was the culprit for the laundry and kitchen. Once he found the issue he was able to remove the "belly", and all water drained smoothly, no more issues.
