I highly recommend this company! My call was answered by a live person who was kind and helpful, I was able to get service the same day. The technician who came out was friendly and professional. It felt like having family over. The repair was made quickly and the price was very reasonable.I am blind and have a hard time trusting unfamiliar people in my house, of course they didn’t know that. They made me feel genuinely comfortable from the beginning phone call to the end of the plumbing job. Thank you team for all you did for me, I promise that as long as you’re in business…if I need a plumber, you are the one I will call.

Someone from this company came out and put a sign in our yard randomly advertising their services. We have nothing to do with them, no idea why they would do that. It was rude and unprofessional.

Initial impressions were good but then everything went wrong. Tim Hollenbach was difficult to work with the other subs and very territorial. Later, I heard the back story and it made sense. He didn't return calls promptly. He talked down to me.
Tim finished the job 60 days ago. He advised me to with hold a small amount until it passed inspection. So, per his advise, I didn't pay him 100%. Now he is creating group texts to include mutual acquaintances as he asks about payments. I am shocked at how unprofessional this behavior is. If you want to deal with Jr. High School Drama...Tim is the Jr High School Man / Child for you!
