When they say number 1 in the buisness they are not kidding. Great group of guys that do exceptional work. Needed to have a toilet replaced last week and TJ came out from pink flamingo to help. The work was done fast and professional and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up. Thank you pink flamingo! I will definitely be doing buisness with you and your team again.

TJ was prompt, very personable, and seemed competent. The job was completed with no leaks. The question I had is the angle of the pipes were not straight and will that create any long-term problems. Also, connection to the old plastic pipe ( CJ had to disconnect And reconnect). Will that give any long-term problems. Is this a weak point in which a new plastic piece should’ve been used. Could the old plastic piece be brittle because of age?

He came on a Sunday to check my water softener system that didn't seem to be drawing down the softener pellets. He was personable and knowledgeable and I would use his service again.

We feel we were vastly overcharged. In retrospect the installer was here less than an hour, the part I can buy at Lowe’s for $169.I am a Veteran and a 85 year old senior I feel that I was taken advantage of.and overcharged $962.88. How do you reconcile this? Please send me an itemized invoice. Thank you Peter Carr.

I would strongly recommend against using Pink flamingo plumbing. They gave me an estimate of $1500 to complete the repair and so I agreed to pay in advance, assuming that there would be 4 to 5 hours of work getting this job done. The repair took one person two hours to complete fully replacing one faulty part. So I asked if they would in good faith offer me a refund for a part of the billing. I figured they might refund me $500 because $1000 is still well over The going rate for two hours of plumber repairs but I was apparently wrong . So unless you want to be charged triple what the repairs should cost I would stay away from this company.

Nothing against the tech he seemed fine he also apologized as he showed me the price he said 400 to 500 to fix a small solder on a 1/2 inch copper pipe. This could even been fixed with a 12 dollar shark bite maybe a 10 to 20 minute fix. Labor prices have really gone up! So I'm out 49$ for them to come and look at it and I now have to go pay for the fix still below is the pic of what needed to be repaired and that was literally it. They might be good for bigger jobs but I should have read the other reviews there is literally people talking about filing a lawsuit against them. they definitely tried to over charge me.

To be completely honest, I think we were ripped off. They did get the job done but left a hell of a mess. I’m still trying to clean up. There is so much sheet rock repair is ridiculous after we plumb some of the things because I’m not gonna be able to get the sheet rock done right because it won’t sit flush and some of the places that they did the plumbing absolutely horrible not happy it charged us $14,000 when it actually should’ve costed me around 8000

Original visit window was 10am-12pm. At 12:07pm got a text saying to expect them by 2:30-3pm. After no one showed I called the office. Had to ask repeatedly for them to finally admit the technician was too busy to come.

Edit: The lady that picked up the phone said you could not make it that day and tried to reschedule for the next day. If you lie to make yourself look better, you'll end up making yourself look worse.

Waited all day for a noon to four appt. Called around 3:30 said they were very busy , would try to make it out tonight still but might have to reschedule. He said he’d call me right back with what they were gonna do. Waited another hour heard nothing so I had to cancel. I don’t have time for unprofessional people. my job probably wasn’t big enough for them to worry about, but it was important to me. We have company coming in tomorrow.

TJ with Pink Flamingo showed up to my aunts house on a pretty urgent call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to get it fixed. He was professional and very knowledgeable!

They put in a water heater. Took it out of box all dented up, no discount. Then he twisted and crimped the copper piping and more than likely caused a leak after all said and done. We paid $3500 which is totally overpriced. Now we have a leak so I called them to have them come out and fix the leak. They gave me confirmation that they were coming between 8-12. 1:30 no one showed up so I called, she said he’s running behind. Well 5 pm I told my husband I guess they are not coming. They never did. So I called today. As still no response from this company. Please call someone else and not this company. They probably didn’t show up because they weren’t going to get another dime out of us.

Seth was friendly and professional and he answered all our questions. He finished the job as planned and walked us through everything he did afterwards. We would highly recommend Pink Flamingo Plumbing to our friends.

Leo arrived within an hour of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garbage disposal, drained it and cleared the clog. The entire repair was completed within two hours of my call, and Leo was efficient and pleasant throughout. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed working with Pink Flamingo Plumbing. They were always on time, easy to contact, completed repairs within the estimate provided, and were very easy to work with. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Called to clear a sink clog. Plumber refused to take the trap off the pedestal sink to get the clog cleared. Had to call another company to do what they should have done. Waste if $100, their office reused to refund. I paid $59 to 3 mtn plumbing to take the sink trap off and do it right. Not snake down the sink drain. Your company wanted $675 to take the trap off . That's ridiculous. No wonder you ask for payment up front before you start work.
