Clog Busters has been amazing! In the trades I find that customer service is not always the highest priority, this is not the case with Clog Busters. I called at 8:00AM on a Monday and Tricia (apparently the owner) said she would get us on the list for the day. Matt, called me shortly thereafter to say that he was working in the neighborhood on a house where owner was not home and could come as soon as it was convenient for us. So, he was at the house by 8:30 AM and had the problem solved by 9:15 AM. Matt did a great job of cleaning up what had been a filthy bathroom.

I could not have asked for better service, from the back office support to the technician they were outstanding. They will forever be my first call with sewage problems...

A family owned business that knows how to take care of its customers. I highly recommend them. Tom, the owner, came out on a Sunday and worked hard to reopen my sewer line. When that failed, his crew was here two days later with an excavator to replace a pipe clogged with roots and mud. Excellent work! Excellent crew!

Tom, Tricia, Jeremy & the whole crew are tops. They waited patiently and waded through the delays we encountered getting our rather unique sewer connection project started. Three days after starting the job, we were connected and our old septic system was decommissioned, much to the delight of my wife, who noticed that the unpleasant odor in our ground floor bathroom had magically disappeared. I highly recommend Clog Busters to anyone who's having to deal with drain issues.

Little over 2 years ago clog Busters came out and did my sewer pipe for me ended up getting another clog in my sewer pipe turns out roots came through the pipe that they didn't do from the sidewalk to the the main sewer pipe thought I was done with this problem when I paid all the money out to how the sewer line fixed little frustrated that I'm going through this problem again

The guys came and unclogged my garbage disposal/dishwasher and no time at all. Quick, speedy, friendly service.

We are very unhappy with your services. Two days after they left my washer backed up into my tub to the very top. All your men did was push the clog down further . We asked to use the vent on the roof, which was right by the gutters. Did not have to go to far on the roof. Was told no roof. Also I asked for a 50 foot snake and they only went 30 feet. Just pushed the clog further down the line. My husband went out and bought a bigger tool that would go 50 feet and my line is all clear. I can't even figure out why the two men here did not know this. It also cost us $300 for 30 minute of useless time. We will not be using your services again.

Clog Busters recently installed a sewer line and did repairs on my mom’s house that was for sale. This had been my mom’s home for 63 years so it was an emotional time. Clog Busters was a great company to work with. Tom the owner explained all the work and Tricia in the office was very responsive and also kept in touch with my realtor. Jeremy the foreman always answered all my calls and texts and met me with me personally several times as well as the new owners. I really enjoyed working with him. It was an especially good day when the city approved the work. I would highly recommend this company.

Clog Busters were very professional and clean. They dug up our clogged line, pulled out material that was stuck, and also sleeved our sewer pipe. Highly recommended.

Matt and Chase were fantastic. They came and quickly diagnosed the clog with a camera and went to work clearing it with waterjet. Along the way, they explained everything and answered all my questions patiently and kindly. They got the root horsetail our and cleared the line of remaining debris built up behind the clog.

Before leaving, they even told me how to prevent it from happening in the future. Thanks Clog Busters and Matt and Chase!

Will definitely use them again.

12/9/25: Had another clog in the same drain and called them in the morning and same 2 guys (Matt and Chase) came the same afternoon. They put the camera in and almost instantly found the clog within a couple of feet that drained the lines. They put the camera in deeper just to confirm there were no other clogs and found another root encroaching the pipe and went ahead and cleared it out.

Since I had used them a year ago I did not ask for the rates but the rates have gone up very significantly... So definitely ask about that before starting service - that was my bad as well.

Nevertheless they were fantastic - just a bit expensive for 30 mins in and out

They are hands down the most professional and helpful people I have worked with in the space. They were very accommodating of my specific needs, let me ask all my silly questions and were very educational and informative as I navigated in a new space! Cannot recommend them enough!

Firs of all, they were on time. They answered all my questions regarding how my clog developed in the first place while snaking into 25' worth of pipe to ensure complete removal sludge, grease and gunk. They were neater than most and kept my kitchen tidy and clean when they left. Although I hope never to need them again they WILL BE the first company I call for service...

Clog Busters repaired my main sewer line without impacting a large shrub or concrete slab (which a bigger “rooter” Company planned to do) They took the additional steps of scoping the entire line twice, and Hydro powered through all the way to the city sewer line to remove any additional build ups caused by the clog. They were very efficient, economical, and kept me informed through the entire process, which took less than half the time I expected. They are a family business that clearly takes pride in their work. Don’t hesitate to use them!

Clog Busters is great to work with. We had a "belly" in the sewer line as it leaves the house. The crew showed up on time, got to work, and completed the job thoroughly, quickly, and professionally. They were also very respectful of the surrounding property and did an excellent job of replacing the soil and cleaning up the work site. Their pricing was reasonable and they did the job for their estimated price. A very good experience all around. I strongly recommend them.

We had a sewer pipe relining done. The assessor seemed knowledgeable, the work was done on time, and they cleaned everything up nicely. I think the crew had one issue that they brought in a more senior person to troubleshoot, but it all seemed resolved in the end. No complaints. We decided to go the easier route of lining instead of bursting and new pipe. I guess only time will tell if that was the best plan, but do far so good.

I would highly recommend Clog Busters to anyone experiencing plumbing issues. The employee who scheduled the visit was very helpful and nice. The gentlemen who came to my house, led by Chase, were so professional and thorough in finding the clog, unclogging it, and communicating clearly what the issue was. The price was reasonable, and If I could give them a ten star review, I would. Thank you Clog Busters for your amazing work.

If I could give them more stars I would! We had a complicated problem. It was a multi visit solution. Communication was outstanding and they got our tenant up and running quickly! They cleared 2 clogs, replaced pipe and installed a liner. A job of this magnitude required excavation, and you wouldn't even know they were there. They were respectful of our tenants' open hours. The quote was fair based on others I had received. Once they got into the job, they realized one part of the quote us unnecessary and my end bill was lower than I expected! EVERY person I delt with at Clog Busters appeared to be competent and enjoyable. I highly recommend the team at Clog Busters. I hope I never need their services again but will not hesitate to call on them in the future!
