Corey arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable. My issue was fixed w in the hour. Price was reasonable. I have used Malmedal in the past and I would recommend Malmedal.

Service team is awesome. We have had a few kitchen sink clogs and they came out quick and got the job done seamlessly. We have also had a bathtub installed and sinks installed when we first moved into our home and they did such a good job and are friendly folks from the office to the service guys. Highly recommend!!!

I set up an appointment for my elderly parent's plumbing problem. The water to the kitchen sink and dishwasher would not run, after doing a flush to the water heater. My father had called and left a few messages on their answering machine; which nobody from Malmedal responded to. I called later within their hours of operations, to set up an appointment. I was successful in getting a human; I explained the problem and set up the appointment. They did NOT ask me what model or made our water heater nor did they really ask me any questions about the situation. When I asked if she has received my father's voice mail, she said she was still going through the messages. They had been open for four hours when I called. Malmedal's earliest appointment was a week out. Not ideal, but okay. The appointment was set for 18 July between 0900-1200. On THE DAY of the appointment, my parents get a call, Malmedal will have to move the appointment another week. This isn't like a shower problem, in the third bathroom isn't working. This is the kitchen. Not only will we never use this company again, but when asked who do we recommend, I will first say, "stay away from Malmedal", then give the number to the company who is coming out today to fix the issue.

Justin came out on a Friday night at 9 pm to fix a plumbing emergency. He was knowledgeable and pleasant with great customer service. Definitely give them a call for all your plumbing needs.

Justin was actually early, explained the problem, gave us a couple of choices to fix problem and did a very good job installing 2 toilets. I try to call Malmedal whenever I need a plumber. Good service, great prices and really nice people.

Justin un-installed our old kitchen sink/faucet and installed a new kitchen sink/faucet. He made good judgment calls, was professional, explained what he was doing well, and did excellent plumbing work. The rate for the service was very fair. We will use Malmedal again.

Malmedal Plumbing has always been extremely helpful to me and my family. Everyone in the office have always been easy to talk to and get the correct information to the technician for the job. They have helped me take care of numerous worn out plumbing problems in my new to me, but very old farmhouse. Drains, drips, bathroom sink replacement, and the list goes on. Corey even brought the old antique clawfoot tub in the house back to life. New drain, new spout with a rinse handle and and new connection to the sewer line in the crawlspace under the house. Extremely impressive!

I highly recommend Malmedal. We have used their services on several occasions and have been so pleased each time. Yesterday our water heater went out and Malmedal was able to schedule our needed replacement the same day. Wow just wow! Cory has been our Malmedal plumber for our last two calls and he is great, efficient and so respectful.
The prices are very reasonable and the service is stellar. I can't forget Melissa (Missy) who has scheduled our services and provided quotes.

Justin did an excellent job both times he came to our house. We had 2 bathroom faucets sets installed and drainage pipe work done. Also he installed a shut off switch in the garage to our outside water. Easy to work with, prompt and responsive. Very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend them.

Malmedal Plumbing was contacted about a waterline break between our well and house. I dug out and exposed the pipe and discovered the break was under the sidewalk. Justin came out and looked at the job and said he could do the job the following day. He came back the next day and had to bore under the sidewalk to install the new pipe in the rain and mud without complaining about the working conditions. He made all the connections and explained in detail what he was doing. A very courteous and knowledgeable plumber that I would hire again if a need arises again for a plumber.

Great experience with Malmedal Plumbing. We had our tub/shower unit totally replaced. Justin and Jaden were efficient and did a great job. They were on time and got the job done earlier than planned. Justin helped us out so much with suggestions and advice on our next steps. He is a wealth of knowledge. And both Justin and Jaden are very personal and kind. If we have plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely call Malmedal!

My neighbor suggested Malmedal to me for a couple of little leaks I had. I really need to thank him. They were professional and polite. They worked efficiently and completed the two repairs in a timely manner. Even offered a few suggestions to prevent future problems

This morning (8/20) we had three hose bibs and a shower cartridge replaced. BJ (and unfortunately I don't recall the other name) did a bang up job. nice neat cuts in the sheet rock so that will be easy to patch up and they cleaned up after themselves, even put all the stuff back under the sink for us. Excellent professional service.

On Saturday we discovered a small leak from a crack in the housing head of the preliminary filter in our all house filtration system.
The loss of water was not substantial.
Attempts to seal the crack were unsuccessful, so on Sunday I ordered a replacement head. However, the water loss began to increase, necessitating the water being turned off unless there was a specific need.
On Monday I contacted Malmedal (recommended by a neighbor)and subsequently sent photos of the system and asked for installation of a ‘by-pass’ to isolate the filtration system, to address future system failures, besides installing the new head.
I was gratified that although I had not lost total access to water, and did not consider it an Emergency, that Justin was able to come out on Thursday morning.
He also commented that he believed he would be able to complete both requests in an hour.
Justin and his apprentice arrived on time and began working, declining any refreshments. However, Justin identified that the head replacement was all synthetic whereas the original had a metal female thread, although they were alike in all other respects.
Justin attempted to obtain a compatible replacement for the original head, but without success, so he fitted the head and installed the by-pass within the hour.
I received courteous and professional service from all that I dealt with at Malmedal and have no hesitation in recommending consideration of their services for your plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! From the receptionist who answered my call to the tech who came to do the job (Justin). Very professional. Called them at 3PM regarding a water heater issue and by 5PM I already had a new heater in place and hot water running through our faucets. For a business who relies on hot water for daily operation this was amazing!
