Timely service. Dylan and his partner patiently answered all my questions and even took the time to explain how some of the plumbing fixtures in my house worked. They also took the time to clean up after themselves and keep the inside of my house clean too. Highly recommend and will be calling them back for future plumbing needs

Dylan came out to inspect a newly installed bathroom faucet which had shown signs of leaking. After a thorough inspection he was unable to find a leak and suggested that I continue to monitor for possible leaks. I was not charged for the visit. Dylan comes across as honest, trustworthy and I will definitely use his service for my future plumbing needs.

Hired Kamakoa to do the plumbing install on a shed conversion to ADU build in our backyard. We were very nervous about the plumbing part of this project, especially getting the sewer line install right and routing everything into the slab foundation. Dylan asked all the right questions and worked with our GC to give us the confidence to move forward. A month later we have a fully functional bathroom and kitchen in our backyard casita. Very happy with the experience and value Kamakoa brought to this project!

I initially contacted Kamakoa for a toilet repair, and they took a look to ensure there wasn't anything else leaking and noted another pipe repair that was needed that could have resulted in a bad flooding situation if left unrepaired. I am very happy I called Kamakoa Plumbing Solutions; I was hesitant as my past experiences with plumbers were not so great. When I called Dylan, I explained what was going on and asked up front what the cost would be, he was honest with no hidden charges, he arrived a couple hours after I called so there was no wait time. Dylan and his crew did such a great job at our house!! We had a problem with piping above the ceiling on the second floor of our home. I was prepared for the issue to need access through the ceiling and anticipated a further drywall repair. Dylan got everything done through the attic crawlspace which saved the additional cost of the drywall repair. We are so appreciative of his experience and expertise! From my initial inquiry requesting an estimate to replace my water heater to the job completion and invoice, Dylan was remarkable. I searched online for a reputable, honest and fair pricing plumber first. Communication, pricing, scheduling, and pricing was very transparent and a solid 5-star!

Great company to deal with. Came out and did my estimate and repair in one day. Great person to talk too. Workmanship looks to be great and all items look better than what was replaced. Feel good knowing this pipe won’t burst while we are not at home. Repaired items was pressure valves for fire sprinklers system in home. Give him a shot and help local business out. Will call them first for any future repair needs.

We had 2 toilets with slow leaks and one decided to spring a faster leak. I called Kamakoa Plumbing based on their reviews on multiple sites, and Dylan was great. He was able to get us an appointment quickly, and the service was great. We needed quite a bit of work and the replacement of a cracked toilet, but it was done well, quickly, and we now have 2 fully functioning toilets again. I will definitely use them again.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Dylan, the owner, came out the same day to assess the situation. He was professional, timely, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done. Dylan then made room in his schedule to return the very next day to complete all the repairs so we could get our water running again as quickly as possible. The work was done efficiently, the pricing was very fair, and everything was handled with care. We really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism and would absolutely recommend this company.

Our home is older, mid century and small. The bathroom has been emanating a raw sewage odor...seeming to come from the toilet. Dylan inspected the toilet and found that it was leaking and also went under our house into the crawl space to look at the wood underneath. He made us aware the toilet might suffer damage if he tried to remove it because the hidden, anchor bolts were quite rusted and would be difficult to move. He somehow managed to dislodge the rusted bolts as well as the toilet in one piece and we did not have to order a new, replacement toilet. So appreciate that. My husband said Dylan really fought that toilet in order to get it out in once piece. It saved us $900 for a new toilet. Crazy that our particular model toilet should cost that much. The odor is gone, haleluia and Dylan is a highly recommendable, professional plumber. Sorry Hawaii lost him to us but we are fortunate he moved here! I'm so glad we have a plumber we can trust and will call again.
