Ryan delt with me honestly. His proposal would not work. He was great I had my roofing company that I have delt with for over 30 years fix the problem and they did great.

Started having issues with my septic yesterday. Westside drain was prompt at coming out for the appointment I scheduled and had my tank and septic issues fixed in no time. Highly recommend this company. The gentleman that came were very friendly and efficient.

Very professional. Not just here to hurry up and make the money and leave. Took great care examining all the cables and filter, cleaning everything and replacing it. These folks do amazing work and would highly recommend them.

I called this place for a quote to pump out a storm drain cistern in the parking lot of a business I managed years ago. Doug was friendly and professional enough though the quote was wildly overpriced and I ended up renting equipment and doing it myself. Since then their system constantly spams me asking me to write a review even though I’ve unsubscribed and continue to send them to spam. Enough… hopefully this is what they’re looking for.

When moving into our new home there is a lot of unknowns. West Side Drain and Septic was incredibly helpful is getting us a full understanding of what was working and what wasn't working when it came to drainage inside and outside of the house. They were great partners and we look forward to them helping us in the future.

This crew is good! They are hard working, excellent communicators. Their equipment is brand new and they look good doing the work, its clear the company is investing in the people, equipment and service. They had a little issue on my service day and went out of their way to make sure the inspection was done on time. Their reports are super professional and easy to save the files for future use. Tried clearing it myself with a Home Depot auger - worked for a few days, then clogged again. Called my home warranty company (never again for them!); they sent a plumber with a bigger auger. Note that two other plumbers has already said it better to call a drain cleaner than a plumber because they had the right equipment and plumbers generally didn't. But the warranty company sent a plumber. Cleared it for a day, then it clogged again. Finally had West Side Drain out. They had a better device for clearing the draining AND a camera to verify it was actually fully cleared. Tech (Wyatt) was also very nice and courteous.

It's now stayed clear for a week. $330 was a bit more than I would have hoped for an hours work, but I knew they had a 2 hour minimum - and it worked!

We have a grinder pump that has needed some help over the years and we have used Westside Drain to keep the system up and running. Everytime I call they are courteous and very speedy to get here and get things done. I totally recommend using them.

Straightforward and transparent- I appreciate how easy it was to schedule, they were timely and friendly and straightforward about their pricing- there were no surprises. We had a handyman and licensed plumber come to help with a blocked drain and both could not fix our issue with the tools they had. We appreciate West Side Drain’s help and ability to fix our blocked drain quickly.

Was charged multiple thousands of dollars and West Side Drain did nothing. I contacted their office and waited a week for a response and nothing. So, here’s my review. Stay away. Call someone else. Do better.

Very prompt service and honest feedback on what was needed! We looked at the grease trap and thought it was too full, but the technician was very kind and explained how it was just the top layer and was expected to look as such! Appreciate the honest and prompt service.

We got the septic cleaned and these guys were clean, professional and explained everything in detail. After two years I called them to clean the septic again, but to my surprise they stated that we really don’t need it. That’s really great customer service and once we do need it again, I certainly will call this company. Thank you
