I had a very good experience and would use them again.

PROBLEM: laundry room sink. At least 1 of 2 shut-off valves leaked internally (let water through while off), and at least one faucet handle also let water through while off. Even with the shut-off valves turned off and the faucet handles open, there was still a steady drip. (All dripping water was going into the sink... a waste of water, but no water damage)

EXPERIENCE: I called after-hours and spoke with Justin, who took the time to explain everything he would do to fix the problem, all of the costs, etc. Unfortunately, he only had access to his own schedule, which was booked for days. He advised me to call back in the morning, as the main office would have access to the full schedule. He also advised me to buy a faucet at a hardware store, in case the current faucet needed replacement (he could provide a faucet, but it might not be to my taste, and there is a standard mark-up for plumber-supplied parts).

When I called in the morning, Melissa informed me that the soonest they could see me would be in 2.5 days. She booked an appointment, but understood the urgency and encouraged me to call around to see if another company could help sooner. About 5 minutes later, she called back to let me know that there had been a cancellation, and that they could be at my house in an hour!

Justin and Luke arrived soon after. They were able to replace both shut-off valves and the existing faucet in just under an hour. They tested it, and cleaned up. Fast, friendly service, and the final cost was less than I expected. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Malmedal Plumbing. Justin did our work for us and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way and made sure everything was done in the safest way. I highly recommend Justin and Malmedal.

I have high standards for contractors and Malmedal exceeds them. From the very first moment I discussed my needs with Justin, I felt that I was dealing with a straight-shooting friend as opposed to someone who just wanted to take my money. He went extremely above and beyond in educating me and providing multiple options. Every price of every fitting was clearly explained. The transparency built immediate trust and the quality of his work did not disappoint.

All of the above would be plenty for a 5 star review, but as an added bonus, Justin was very kind, patient, and easy to work with. We had an issue on my job (which was entirely my fault) and he didn't miss a beat in identifying it and fixing it with minimal impact on billable hours. I will 110% be calling him and Malmedal for any plumbing needs in the future.

Justin was great. He measured everything before he began and realized that we needed a different water heater to fit our small space. He quickly got the correct heater, installed it and explained everything, all within the original quote!! Great work and a great price!! I highly recommend Malmedal Plumbing!!

Can't say enough about these folks. Had a sewer issue, and they clearly displayed far more knowledge about likely causes and fixes then any of the other folks I had come do an estimate. And they were more affordable. They were booked out further than the rest of the folks, but clearly for good reason. And it was worth waiting an extra two week. Would recommend to anyone who needs sewer repairs done.

You never know what to expect with drain cleaners. These guys were professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. I figured I had a major issue on my hand and they made it seem like a piece of cake. They were in and out, didn't leave a mess and fixed my issue.

We had a sort of crisis situation arise with our sewer line, discovered in the process of a home sale, and Clog Busters has been terrific to work with; quick, timely and helpful.

Guys really knew their stuff and did a good job of explaining the issue. Even though the clog was due to a plumbing issue and needed a plumber the team was very thorough and helped us understand the problem and it's being repaired tomorrow.

#1 go too company for sure. Clog busters is hands down a top notch company! These folks really set the bar high. They were willing to work night shifts from sun down to sun up at a fairly difficult job that seemed doomed from the start. They rolled into town and meant buisness. The crew was very welcoming and made the atmosphere of the job seem stress free with there knowledge. They pipe lined well over 120' of 6inch pipe. Looked amazing on camera when it was all said and done. I have you know, this was a very high profile job and these guys saved the store from being shut down for over a week if we would have ended up having to trench it all through 10inch concrete under the fuel pumps. Talk about a money saver and you couldn't even tell they were there when they rolled out. Thank you clog busters! Real pleasure!

Tom at Clog Busters is the best. Honest and fair, excellent service. I recieved a bid from a sewer line company that varied from $450 up to $9,000 and they were doubtful they could do it without the full $9,000 invoice. I contracted Clog Busters based on the inspection report that the sewer system of a home I purchased had some cracks. I appreciated the quick quote. Unfortunately, they were busy so I waited a month to have them begin the work even though I had to pay 50% down just to schedule. No big deal, I guess. They came out as scheduled but after spending two days to install the clean out, I was told that I had to wait two more weeks to actually install the liner. The crew itself was great. Respectful and communicative. No one want to pay money for something they can't see. I give the crew 5 stars, the company 3. Thus the 4 stars.

The team at Clog Busters did an amazing job fixing the outgoing sewer line under my house. They hand dug the entire area including the removal of a small tree someone had planted right above outgoing sewer line. I highly recommend Clog Busters and thank everyone on the team for doing a Great Job!
