This was a great experience. The crew was on time, friendly, and professional. They got the job done in 1 1/2 hours and cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job.

Tricia went above and beyond to help both parties navigate a tricky situation and made it go very smoothly. She was attentive, a great communicator and maintained a positive outlook throughout the process. The crew were also excellent! Super efficient, clean, neat and kind. Excellent!

Clog Busters is wonderful! They have come out twice and each time diagnosed the problem and gave me advice on how to do some things myself to save money. Very friendly, efficient. Highly recommend

Matt and his partner were great. I have a clogged rain drain. They ran their camera up to determine the cause and found that roots had broken through the pipe.
With that, their wasn't a lot more to be done this trip (I need to repair that broken pipe), but I now know exactly where the break is, saving me a lot of extra digging!

We had an old cast iron sewer pipe that was corroded and clogging. It was in concrete in the middle of the house. Several people said to try CIPP lining as an alternate to tearing up the house to replace the pipe. Clog Busters came highly recommended even by their competitors. They did not disappoint. The team really knew what they were doing and made sure the job was done right.

We did a pre-inspection before my Father sold his house and discovered a “belly” in the sewer line that needed to be repaired. Our first quote was 30% higher than where we landed with Clog Busters. Also the 1st company was going to do massive damage to the driveway and yard. We went with Clog Busters because when Tom came out he seemed so knowledgeable and capable. Importantly they did minimal damage to the yard and only a small cut out in the driveway. The crew was incredibly friendly, professional and conscientious and they replaced the yard to original condition! We can’t say enough good things about this company. If you have work, hire them! You won’t be disappointed!

I had a clog in my bathroom pipes that backed up water into my tub...toilet and garage sink...Clog Busters squeezed me in the same day I called and as usual, they got the job done. The techs are friendly and helpful and Tom the owner is great to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Clog Busters was recommended to me by a trusted home inspector who I have worked with nine times. Tom and his team were fantastic. We had a major clog in our sewer line. Tom came out the same day to evaluate the situation and present us with options. His recommendation was to go with the lowest cost solution and escalate from there. Two other companies quoted over $5K for the same work that his team did for $3,500. Tom is honest and fair. His team does good work and when required, they will make ever effort to fit in emergencies.

Replaced 104 year old connection from house to public sewer by pipe bursting method. Great job, done fast and right with minimum disruption of landscaping. Saved me thousands of dollars by coordination with city public works crew working on an adjoining public sewer repair. Friendly and competent people. Highly recommended.

Timely, professional, clear assessment of the plumbing issue, great communication, very fair quote, all around great crew. They were respectful of our space, alerted us to when excavation would be loudest, and cleaned up well after the work. Front office is almost always available, informed about the job details, with excellent follow-through on requests.

They crew forgot to bring the drain camera after I requested over the phone and then turned the crew away in person the first visit and then rescheduled. The 2nd trip they "forgot' it again and went back to get it. When they couldn't clear the rain drain clog they gave me a cryptic"talk to our drain replacement quote person" instead of a clear answer. I made the mistake of paying them first before I got all my questions answered and had them promise to clear the other drain because "they missed" it. When I came back out 5 minutes later, they had taken off! They also ripped out my gutter bracket nailing the piece together and damaged the sliding! Roto rooter was a little more expensive but much more helpful. So unprofessional! Oh I called the "quote" guy and got another cryptic answer about the drain and then 1 week later he tried to sell me a $10K drain replacement. I ended up digging out and replacing the drain myself for $200.

Tree roots backed my sewer up into the basement. I wish I would have called Clogbusters first. Their customer service went above and beyond, with Tom answering questions to help me navigate the options along the way. He was respectful of my anxiety and helped me understand with strait forward explanations.
Each team member brought old school professionalism and skills. His crew was friendly and did a top notch job completing a task that the previous plumbers failed to do (and they had also charged me 4x the price).
I feel more at ease knowing who to call now whenever a plumbing need arise. This team is smart, savvy, talented, and good spirited. Highly recommend!

T.J. was great to work with. Really communicative, super nice, worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure I understood what was going on with the gas valve we needed replaced. Also he came on the same day we needed him! I'd hire Pink Flamingo again in an instant.

I thought TJ was fantastic, as was the other worker who was with him. They diagnosed my plumbing problem (leaking shower) together and fixed it.
They don’t charge hourly- they charge based on the diagnosed fix.
I only put 4 stars because I thought it was expensive. But the crew was wonderful, on time, very friendly and efficient.

Just needed a basic faucet replacement, supplied the faucet myself, and it was going to be $650. Don't waste the $49 fee for them to come out and tell you what it's gonna cost, get the tech to tell you the price over the phone. Save your time and money, do not use this company.

I have honestly never had better more thorough service from a plumber. My system is EXTREMELY complicated. On top of knowing what every odd piece of equipment was, they took time and very patiently and methodically figured out my problem.

Overpriced. Clogged line - I had already identified where the clog was. When they arrived I was told I had to pay ahead of the service $535. The job took about an hour and the drain is still clear - good news there. When reviewing ranges in my area for this service, it’s $100-500, and $500 is for difficult jobs lasting hours or involving sewer lines, roots, etc. I’ve used this company before with good results and have referred to others. I won’t be using them again.

Do not use this company. Had them out for a clogged drain cost over 1600.00 first time. Didnt work they had to replace a dip in a pipe he didn't replace it right and that cost another 2,000. It has happened again and used a different company that said it was not done right. They didn't charge anywhere near that and will warranty it for 10 years.

We’re pressured into an overpriced bid. The took advantage of us in the middle of a stressful move. We compared their quote with other plumbers and was told the $15000 was a “rip off”. Was pressured to pay half and now we are loosing $8000 because of this company’s shady business practices. We are contacting a lawyer and should get justice soon. No work has been done and they won’t cancel the order and refund the down payment. Management has been rude and very aggressive. All phone conversations have been recorded so justice will be served but this added annoyance should never have to happen. I would highly recommend never using this company for any services.

I assure you I am talking about your company pink Flamingo plumbing. I have called the number provided many times with no progress or help. We have talked to our lawyer and you are currently under investigation. We will also be contacting Oregon CCB and the scams/fraud sector of the department of justice to inform them your malpractice. We will also contact as many local journalists to make sure people know just how pathetic your customer service really is. If you want to make this right there is room for forgiveness. Just refund the money taken unfairly in full. NO work has been done! NO money should be owed!
