Mr. Rooter Plumbing was very easy to schedule and made it possible to get an appointment the same day. Gianni was very professional, patient, and answered all our questions. He was empathetic to the issue we faced and gave us a thorough summary of the problem along with possible explanations. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I look forward to doing business with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Gianni in the future.

The technician was very cordial and communicated throughout the repairs. He helped make a bad experience better. I felt confident that he would correct my plumbing disaster. He was respectful of me and my home. He was even kind to my pesky dog.

Great service! Needed help with disconnecting a washing machine. We scheduled an appointment, they arrived when expected and quickly addressed the problem. We had used Mr. Rooter last spring and found them to be helpful and just great all around customer service. Highly recommend.

From the moment I submitted my online request, the dynamic duo of Mr. ROOTER staff sprang into action. The first team ( on the phone) had an almost immediate response and kept me perfectly updated via phone and text until help was on the way. Then **Batman—aka Tucker—**arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and wrestled my stubborn shower cartridge into submission with calm confidence and skill. What could’ve been a plumbing villain origin story turned into a same-day rescue mission. Fast, communicative, professional, and genuinely impressive. Saved the day.

Alex was so great and so personable. He did an excellent job explaining everything that was going on and made sure I had a good visual on the screen at all the problem areas. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and I will definitely be requesting him the next time we need Mr. Rooter’s services.

The gal on the phone was very courteous, helpful, and seemed to actually understand the need for urgency. She was able to get a tech out fairly quickly. The tech, Alex, was great! He listened to the problem we were having in detail and then got right to work. He was able to solve the problem and also provided useful information about our sewer lines that will help us in the future. My overall experience with this company has been fantastic!!

We needed plumbing help, called Mr. Rooter on Saturday, they came out on Super Bowl Sunday. Scotty was very professional and kind. Showed up every day on time. He explained every detail of the job, answered all my question in a manner that I could understand. Once the job was completed they took time to be sure everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company!!!

I live in a residential meditation retreat center, and the waste line to our septic tank completely clogged up right before a big retreat. Alex Vargas came out right away, and although the plumbing issue was turning into somewhat of a disaster, Alex was a superhero of knowledge, skill and optimism throughout. He worked late that evening to get us set up to have an excavator come the next morning. Somehow, thanks in large part to Alex, we got the clog cleared out just before the retreat started. We hope to not have any more such issues, but if we do, Alex is our guy.

Colby at Mr. Rooter was great. Tree roots had grown into my sewer line clogging the drain to my bathroom. He first came out to unclog then came out another day to replace the damaged sewer pipe. It was hard work! A lot of digging. He had a great attitude about it. Super easy going guy. I felt confident about the quality of work done as he updated me on how he was going to repair it and shared pictures of the finished work. I had another company come out first that quoted me a slightly cheaper price but I went with Mr. Rooter because of the great customer service I received. The woman I spoke with the first time I called with the clog was super kind too and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. It was on a Sunday. Anyway, made me feel better about having to pay a ton of money for a plumbing repair.

Atreyu is very experienced, knowledgeable, and polite. He willingly shares his knowledge and experience to provide a productive consultation regarding the issues a customer is experiencing, then recommends a solution that considers the customer first. He is just great and we would recommend him and Mr Rooter to anyone. Thank you!

Mike and Dave from Mr. Rooter Plumbing were absolutely fantastic! They handled our alarming water heater leak quickly and professionally while taking the time to explain parts of our home’s water piping system we didn’t even know about. They were approachable and personable—our little boys are still talking about Mike’s amazing horses! Their genuine kindness, combined with their expertise, was the icing on the cake. We’ll very gladly recommend Mr. Rooter to friends and family in the future!

I am a maintenance director of a nursing home and we had a drain backup causing flooding. Colby came out promptly and gave me all of my options. From the moment that Jennifer answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She took my information and advised me on what to expect. I was so thankful that someone was available to help us that day with our clogged kitchen sink. Before someone arrived, I received a phone call (from Courtney, I believe) and a text message on who was coming and when. Then, our service professional, Blair, arrived.

Blair was so good. He listened as I explained what was wrong. He was understanding and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and gave us different options, depending on the level of work needed on the cost to resolve the clog.

Overall, Blair was a true professional. From wearing the shoe protectors to keeping us in the loop for each step of the way. He ensured that the clog was removed and water was flowing normally. Thank you! I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Ric was awesome. Our kitchen faucet broke at noon on Saturday and he was at our house by 4:20. It took him only 40 minutes to remove and install our new touch faucet we purchased from Home Depot. He also provided advice for operating and cleaning the faucet. He was very friendly and efficient and we appreciate him saving the day before our Super Bowl party tomorrow.

No hot water this past weekend. Called Mr. Rooter & a technician arrived within 30 minutes. Rick diagnosed the issue & since the water heater was too old to repair I elected to buy a new one. Rick did a superb installation job! He is the kind of technician I would want if there are plumbing issues in the future. If I have to call Mr. Rooter in the future I will request Rick come out to handle the issue.

Ric Catlin is the one of the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and warm people I’ve met in general, and then on top of that he was also exceptional plumber. :) He fixed our emergency issues quickly in addition to a long standing problem I thought we just had to live with. He explained everything he was doing and helped me better understand how things work together. Now im looking for other plumbing projects so we can have him back, ha. I can’t say enough about what a positive experience this was. Thank you, Ric!

Getting ready to leave out of town and had a plumbing emergency. Levi from Mr Rooter arrived right on time. Levi fixed the problem in an hour and left. Unfortunately I had to call him back as there was water coming from the pipe. He turned around immediately, checked the pipe again and realized it was just residual water. We felt confident that all was good and he left. I appreciated the quick response and wonderful customer service. I was able to leave town with peace. Thank you Levi.

Atreyu was great! Very professional. He took the time to explain our problem and how he solved it, along with pointing out future concerns for us to be aware of.

My only issue was... I did feel the service was very expensive. With that being said, you have to pay a little more for good people.

Jeremy was great! Mr. Rooter was able to get him to our home the very next day for an issue with our stuck hot/cold lines to our washing machine and he was able to get the turning again no problem! Also gave me a quote for if we ever did need to replace them (although he was very reassuring that they are now in proper working order!). I would definitely recommend them to a neighbor, friend or family!

The response from Mr Rooter came within minutes of my online request. They scheduled the appointment for that morning. Tucker arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He really understood what was going on and addressed all of the issues we had. He noticed that our inside shutoff valve was non-functional and proposed a solution that he was able to deliver smoothly. Now we have a tub that doesn’t leak and a quick way to shutoff all the water to the house. I wouldn’t call the pricing cheap, but I think he earned the money that we paid. I would happily use Mr Rooter in the future.
