Came out to work on our place and found dead mice in the crawl space. The plumber said we needed to have the mice removed or cut a hole in the floor before he would work on it. We paid $300 for someone to remove the mice, and now, after weeks of refusing to answer or return our phone calls, the plumber is saying he won't work on our issue unless we cut a hole in the floor. Working with Hillsboro Plumbing set our project back a month.

Travis came out today and fixed a shower leak . I thought this was going to be a major project but he had it all fixed within an hour. I will always call Hillsboro Plumbing whenever I need help with any plumbing problems. Excellent competent work.

We had an angle valve fail. We called 2 plumbers that would not service North Plains and Hillsboro Plumbing came to our house in less than an hour then quickly replaced all of our angle valves. Very nice and I highly recommend.

Travis came to the rescue when we had a pipe break under kitchen sink area. He was very good and worked hard to fix it. Plus he fixed another problem under the sink that could have been another problem. I would call them back again if needed. And will tell everyone about the great service. And the price was more then fair!

Travis and Tanner came and fixed our shower drain that was leaking. They were very knowledgeable and the problem was addressed very quickly! I found them prompt, and polite and I happily recommend them to others!

A root broke the water line to the house. Turned off the water at the street. We had no water in the house.
A neighbor referred us to Hillsboro Plumbing.
Suzy in the office was great to work with.
They scheduled the utility location and came out right after locations were done.
Travis did the work and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
My son and I helped him dig and cut roots.
3 ft down we found the problem, a cracked connector under a root.
He repaired it and was finished in less than 2 hours.
After 2 hrs to let the PVC cement cure I turned the water back on and it is working fine.

I would definitely go back to Hillsboro pluming again.

My 26yr old water heater was having pressure issues. I called Hillsboro Plumbing at 8:00am and they had some one on site to my house by 12:00pm. The new water heater was installed and up and running by 1:30pm.
Travis was awesome. He answered all my questions and even helped diagnose an issue with my kitchen sink. He gave me an initial quote and stuck to it. He wore a mask the entire time (due to Covid requirements) I highly recommend this company. Their prices were very fair and Travis came to the job prepared. I will use this company again the future.

Great service!! Travis did an outstanding job of removing our old toilet and installing a new toilet in our upstairs bathroom. They were booked all week and into the next. However, they managed to squeze us in the next day after we called. Travis was very efficient and friendly. A Big Thank you Hillsboro Plumbing!!

Travis just came out on a pluming problem . He made a big problem much smaller He spent several hours with us. We were bracing for the bill. Service was excellent, he was very friendly professional and respectful. ,The the price was very fair. We are doing a much bigger project next year and will have Hillsboro Plumbing do the job for sure.

I was very impressed by their work and would absolutely recommend for a house repipe. Travis, and his helper Tanner, completed the work on-time, within the parameters of the estimate, and with very little inconvenience to me. They were very knowledgeable, concientious, and friendly too. They made a concerted effort to clean up after each day and were careful to not to make a mess as they walked in and out of my house. The price was incredibly competitive when compared to the big guys pushing their house repipes on TV. If you need a house repipe done, please call Hillsboro Plumbing. You won't regret it. I did not receive any compensation or discounts for this review. I just like being honest and letting my neighbors know they can do a whole lot better than calling the big guys advertising on TV, who will quote you an outrageous price.

I had Hillsboro plumbing install all plumbing in my new house build 2 years ago and every time the temperature goes below zero my pipes freeze!!!

Travis's work is absolutely first-rate, and he's very easy to talk to about plumbing repairs. As a one-person shop, Travis gives first-rate service at an affordable price. Most recently, Hillsboro Plumbing replaced all the 60+ year-old galvanized plumbing in the older part of our Hillsboro home with PECs. The work was done quickly (2 days), expertly, and thoroughly -- Travis checks absolutely everything before completing a job, and at a substantially lower cost than what larger plumbing companies estimated. Blair was very professional and did a great job installing our new water heater. I would highly recommend Blair and Mr Rooter Plumbing for your water heater needs.

I called Mr Rooter to have a technician come out and help unclog a downspout. He didn't even look at the downspout and told me it would cost $792 to unclog it. I asked how he knew what the issue was (what if it's really just a simple clog in the downspout?), could we put a camera down the downspout to take a look. He quoted over $400 to use a camera. I was irritated and told him I'd get a second opinion. A local company came by the next day and fixed a very simple issue in 15 minutes and charged me $300. Be careful working with this company. In my case they over diagnosed and attempted to over charge by quite a bit.
Mr Rooter, work on your game because it's terrible. Make sure you know the problem you're bidding on. There was no need to quote a large amount of money for a simple fix (A quick jet spray down the downspout fixed the issue). You come off as untrustworthy. I would NOT recommend this company for that reason.

Phil and Kevin did a good job. Phil described the problem clearly and explained what repairs are needed. The jobs were done beautifully.

My toilet was constantly filling up. Called Mr Rooter. Had someone out the very next day—A Saturday—to fix. The technician Gianni Olivo was a very engaging person who took the time to answer all my concerns. At this time he fixed the problem and left. About 6 hours later the problem resurfaced. A call to Mr Rooter had Gianni back within an hour—-WOW!!! After a quick analysis of the issue he discovered a very unique problem which he never encountered before. He fixed the issue and it seems to be working. Because of the exemplary service and the considerate Gianni, I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing for any plumbing needs.
