EXCELLENT. I had a great experience. They were so fast, professional, kind and reasonably priced. I will only use them here on out.

Very happy with the job. My plumber was earlier than I expected (right at the beginning of the 2 hour window) and used a bit of creative carpentry to fill a big gap between my outside faucet and the siding from an old job not done correctly. He checked and re-caulked all the other outside faucets and was fast, friendly and efficient. Will be hiring again!

Hired All Pro to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system. After the install, there was no hot water pressure to the sink due to something becoming dislodged and caught in the water line. All Pro came out on at least three different visits to troubleshoot the issue, but they couldn't figure it out. Hired a different plumber and the issue was diagnosed and resolved in less than 5 minutes. This was particularly frustrating because All Pro swore they checked the line and found nothing. I understand that mistakes happen, and sometimes things get missed, but it seemed like all of the plumbers we worked with were inexperienced or incompetent. Additionally, the communication was pretty rude and accusatory. Considering that we were without hot water in the kitchen sink and unable to use the water filter for several months, we believed a partial refund was in order. All Pro disagreed. We will not do business with All Pro again. There are better service providers in the area.

Amazing Customer Service! Isabelle was able to work her magic & arrange for someone to come out that same day. When Kate arrived, she was very supportive, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. She was able to repair a leak in the main line and add a brass tee for my irrigation project. I would highly recommend All Pro Plumbing Services!!!

Showed up for the appointment on time which I find is becoming increasingly rare. The plumber was very polite and professional in every way. He was able to promptly fix the problem and charged a fair price. How refreshing not to have to endure up selling and blah blah service warranty double speak. These are my go to plumbers from now on. Couldn't be more pleased with their responsive service.

I had a few plumbing problems and I called All Pro Plumbing to see if they could help me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was wonderful and they got someone out to see me the next day. The day of the appointment, Art (the plumber) called me about a half hour before the appointment just to let me know he was on his way. He was right on time, took great care in everything he did, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Jimmy did an excellent job repairing our plumbing issues. We have used All Pro Plumbing Services in the past, and they are always knowledgeable, reliable, and reasonable in their repair costs. Saved hundreds of dollars versus a quote from another plumbing company. Very satisfied!

Technician John A worked quite efficiently. The work was done neatly. He seemed quite happy to explain what he was doing and why while I lurked and watched over his shoulder. I enjoy watching a true craftsman. When he was finished, he left everything cleaner and neater than it had been before he arrived. I will call All Pro again if and when I need additional plumbing services.

We had a plumbing issue that was outside my DIY skills and was disrupting our peace and tranquility for several days.Called AllPro and they dispatched Marcus and Colby to our house. Within an hour of arriving they had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Marcus and Colby were both very personable and professional and gave me lots of information about the work they were doing, so I actually learned a couple of things. Based on this very positive experience I highly recommend AllPro Plumbing.

First time using All Pro Plumbing Services and I was really impressed! Marcus and Chad came by and replaced my old kitchen faucet and installed a toilet bidet sprayer. They worked great together and were very professional. I felt the price was fair for the amount of work that they did. Based upon this interaction, I would highly recommend this company.

We've used these folks for years, had to use others when they were swamped with calls, and gone back to them; NEVER dissatisfied!
We used them in our old house, where the kitchen sink faucet had slipped out of its mounting; the gentleman let me know how to get the cheapest, highest quality & most exact, best-fitting replacement (hint: it wasn't on his truck that day), and he installed it for labor only.
In our newer house, another one of their gentlemen fixed the P-trap from our kitchen faucet when it leaked, letting us know why it was happening, and that it would happen again. Nevertheless, their work lasted for 1.5 years! When it happened again and they were too busy (holidays or a rain rush, I believe), we went with someone else & their work lasted almost five months. We went with the others again out of convenience, and they corroborated the installation problem & that this would happen again, but tried to sell either major kitchen rebuilding to lower the drain in the wall, or taking out the garbage disposal by calling it "trendy." Yuk; had the other guys fix it without heroic measures again, and this time the their work lasted just less than a MONTH!!!
Enough! We had always been happy with All Pro Plumbing, and even if they had to charge to drive in from Hillsboro, even if we had to wait for them to be available, their "second opinion," their consumer-oriented honesty & their lack of upsell HAD to be better than what we had been getting with the other guys.
So we called, got a third gentleman from All Pro Plumbing out THAT DAY (phew!), who corroborated that either a new lower drain hole needed to go into the wall or the garbage disposal needed to come out. The latter was his recommendation, even though it would make them less money, with a much more practical "why" than the other guys:
Basically, chopping food pieces smaller doesn't make them go down old pipes better, it just lets food bits get jammed in smaller places to build up anyway. We should all, always, have been composting solid food waste so it didn't go down the drain. That's not "trendy;" I take it as common sense!
I had to get approval from all concerned members of the household for such a big change, but his explanation worked much better for us than the other guys' pandering, and we elected to get it done.
Two points on "getting it done:"
FIRST, without approval, the gentleman from All Pro Plumbing couldn't get it done that day, but because it was something misidentified over the phone as a quick & easy fix, he DIDN'T charge for the initial visit (which, coming from Hillsboro to Portland, usually starts at at least the first hour of labor). That was above and beyond, definitely wasn't (and I feel, shouldn't be) expected, and ENSURED that we would call them back to schedule once a decision was made!
SECOND, as all good plumbers do, they got busy, and their next availability was at the end of the week (when he had just visited at the beginning of the week).
That said, the same gentleman showed up bright & early Friday morning with a friendly smile on his face, ready to get to work. And he did, hauling off the old disposal when he was done, and leaving us with a much more functional, leak-proof, properly graded* PVC line away from the sink.
*(Going, other than the P-trap, consistently DOWN so water doesn't pool and eventually leak through pipe joints.)
In his work, he also noticed that the drain line from the dishwasher was improperly spooled on the floor under the sink, and properly hung it: just solved a problem unrelated to the original call, without making it a whole other issue!
I was once again impressed when All Pro Plumbing called us back a week later TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AS EXPECTED (to which we heartily said YES!).
If All Pro Plumbing is available, we won't go back to another plumber in the Portland area again!

This is the 3rd time I've used All Pro and they are consistently honest, professional and reasonably priced. Got a quote from another company with a cheap response charge (3 Mountains) and their tech was unsure about her ability to repair (pushing replacement) for a leaking faucet and at a price that started at double the All Pro total repair price. I'm done wasting my time with anybody but All Pro Plumbing.

Our Hot Water Heater went out on a Saturday and after calling 4 other places who were either unavailable or available with a ridiculous cost, All Pro was able to schedule a Tech for Monday, replace it with a Bradford White unit, and get us hot water at a reasonable cost in comparison! We felt the staff we dealt with in the office and the tech, were honest and efficient. We would use them again for any other issues that arise.

Seems as if cold weather this year took a toll on two of our outside lines and faucets. They were protected and insulated but failed to no avail. All Pro sent out a plumber the day of my call, diagnosed the leaks, and within an hour had both faucets and lines to the main system replaced. Good job and wonderful people to work with.

You can get a fast appt by paying a consult/diagnostic fee of $99 if you can't wait a week for a plumber or pay emergency prices.
Nicolas was very helpful and was able to confirm I had some pipes that had burst under my house but before any plumbing repairs could be done the crawl space under my house needed a restoration company to do a cleanup of the water and replace the barrier and insulation. He referred me a restoration company and they were just as prompt getting the cleanup done for Nicolas to come back and replace the damaged pipes under my house. Overall, All Pro Plumbing exceeded my expectations in pricing customer and customer service.

Dan came to fix a leak and was super friendly and informative. He also took on some on the spot work installing a sink and faucet that my other plumber had said was a two man job and couldn’t get done when he was here last. Way to go, Dan!

Also, this company emailed me before my appointment, advising me of the hourly cost, trip charge and cancellation time and fee. Then day of my appointment I got an email saying Dan was in route with a photo, yes a photo of Dan! Amazing! I was invoiced the day of and received and email day after showing paid.

I can’t express enough how important these things are. It’s awesome when you find a business that’s local and has great plumbers and a great support team in house! All Pro Plumbing services really gets it! They will be the new go to for us!

I called All Pro Plumbing after the previous plumbing company (Service Plus Plumbing) did an awful job fixing our toilet. The plumber from the other company didn't install all the correct parts and lied about the installation such as replacing the toilet bolts that would cost us another $300 on top of the $300 we already paid for the flush value and the toilet handle and labor! So they would charge around $650 for replacing a few toilet parts!
This plumber tried to get us to buy a brand new lower quality toilet just to make more money for his company.
All Pro Plumbing replaced everything including brand new brass toilet bolts for just over $300.

Johnny from All Pro Plumbing let us know that our toilet is a high end toilet so why would we want to downgrade to a lower quality toilet as the other plumber tried to convince us to do? Parts are a little harder to find but worth keeping the toilet we have now.

I couldn't be happier with All Pro Plumbing! From the initial phone call with Emme who is kind and professional to Johnny who completely fixed our toilet for the same price as the previous company charged just for a couple parts that didn't work correctly so our toilet kept running every couple minutes until Johnny arrived with the correct kit and installed all the parts including new toilet bolts for the same price as what we were charged from the other company for installing only a few parts!

Johnny was also friendly and professional and considerate! He answered all of my questions I had and cleaned up immaculately after he was finished. He was pleasant to talk with too!

For any future plumbing services that we will need to do, we will definitely be using All Pro Plumbing Services now!

We called All Pro for some recent plumbing work we needed done. They had a cancellation and were able to come out same day - on a Friday afternoon no less. The price was more than reasonable. Nick was efficient and detailed. Highly recommend.

Excellent remote experience. I had All Pro Plumbing come to our house which was for sale and needed a few leak and clog repairs. I was several states away. They came the next business day after we spoke on the phone and made the repairs exactly as we needed. They promptly sent and invoice after the repairs were complete. I was able to pay over the phone. I then received paperwork via email exactly as my realtor needed. It was an extremely smooth process and I would definitely highly recommend All Pro Plumbing!

After we had tried to unplug our tub for months with a multitude of products, we called on All-Pro Plumbing services. The plumber who came had been recommended. He was friendly and found the hairball far down in the pea trap. He did not try to sell us any additional services, which we appreciated. We will use their services again.
