During the freeze that started on Friday 1/8/24 I lost heat then power, and as a result I had a pipe off washer in the kitchen burst. I was gone, my neighbor had checked and found flooding.
I called other plumbers the next morning, and was being told I could get an appointment in February. others varied by one to weeks wait, even though I explained I had no water, as it had to be turned off for obvious reasons.
I called these guys and it was given the immediate attention it deserved. They came right out and did an amazing job.
Mike was quick but thorough, and made sure everything was OK before he left.
From now on I will be calling M T Dunn for my plumbing needs.
They actually seemed to care. That seems to not be the case with many. Mike and his son are an asset in their field.

Mike was really responsive and came out quickly for a very small gas leak on the water tank heater's pilot gas line. Explained what he was doing, found the location of the leak and quickly fixed the issue. He was also willing to wait around when I asked if he can double check the fix at the end of the visit. He patiently answered all my other plumbing questions while we waited. Friendly, patient, efficient and fast! He also gave me a much lower quote for a replacement water tank heater. Definitely recommend Mike from M T Dunn Plumbing!

I’ve used this plumber for two projects on different occasions, and received top-notch service both times. They were professional, reliable, reasonably priced, and completed the work quickly. I highly recommend them.

I have to update this review, you can see below how I have felt about them over the last almost 10 years of being a customer. However, somewhat recently I reached out about an issue they had dealt with a few months prior and it almost felt like there was a different person on the other line. He couldn’t wait to tell me that the clog from three months ago would not have been related to whatever is going on now. Turns out that they didn’t actually snake the drain to the clean out which is why the clog came back in that particular sink. A few months after the very rude and uncountable behavior, I tried to give him another chance, and he didn’t respond to my request for plumbing services. Thankfully, I have since found a new plumber, and I am sad that Irich is still with this guy because I can no longer use them.

Irich is amazing! He has been servicing my home in Hillsboro for years. He provides feedback and recommendations for each situation, and they can always get out within a few days (sooner if it is an emergent issue).

We built our home 27 years ago and had our first plumbing need! I had no idea who to call. I searched google for someone local with good reviews and decided to call MT Dunn at 7:20am (their posted hours started at 7am). At first I thought I'd made a mistake as it sounded like I might have woke someone up and the call ended with me being told someone would get back to me. I didn't have high hopes. But a few hours later I got a call back from a nice guy who said he'd be by later in the afternoon. He ended up calling saying he could arrive even earlier (around 12pm). It was a big job (a very clogged kitchen sink pipe which was clogged 30 feet out in the crawl space and the clog was 30 feet long). I wasn't able to be home but my son was able to be here. Dan or Dean (I can't read his signature) did a great job! I sincerely appreciate that they were able to come the same day. I will definitely call MT Dunn should I have future plumbing needs!

I would not hesitate to use MT Plumbing again. Being a DiY guy I ran into a problem that I couldn't resolve. Irish had it fixed and working in no time. Definitely call them.

We had 2 very small leaks in the water line going into our house. The leaks were fixed and cost me 1/3 the amount another plumber charged on our rental for almost the identical job. M T Plumbing went into my personal phone book to make sure they were the first plumber on my list in the future.

Had a leak going to fridge that ruined my floor. I called at 7 and they were there at 9 working their magic. Very professional, courteous, and expeditious. Would recommend to anyone. No private equity either!!

I just had work done on my mobile home after having leak and drainage issues for a really long time. Luckily, through Hillsboro weatherization I had your company come and do faucet replacement and even a pipe replacement done.
The worker, [whose name I forgot (sorry)], did an incredible job and was on time, did everything in a timely manner and was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Because the work was done through Hillsboro Weatherization, I can't answer some of the questions on the review page, but I am very pleased with the outcome and the service I received.

MT Dunn Plumbing is my “Go To” plumbing solving company. I have a home and several rental homes to maintain. I have used MT Dunn Plumbing for several large jobs (Main Line Leaks) and many small jobs (Leaking faucet) with few issues. I can count on them to be there on time, ready to fix the problem at a reasonable cost. I never have gotten a response like “We do not dig!” or “We do not work on that type of problem!” Recently I have started had them, when fixing an identified issue, inspect the entire home plumbing. We've been using Mike and his son Irich for years and have never had a bad experience. They have done everything from install faucets and fancy Japanese toilets to replacing gas regulators that failed due to poor workmanship on the part of the original installer. Today was the second time I've used M.T. Dunn Plumbing for some work at our home. This job was a bit more complicated than the first one, involving cutting a hole in our bathroom wall to access the pipe for an outside faucet. Irich showed up on time, and very confidently accomplished the job. He showed me the new faucet, which I can actually turn on and off (the old one was most likely original, 53 years old???) and explained everything very clearly. He cleaned up the work area nicely. Called on a Saturday & they helped successfully troubleshoot over the phone. They could have easily scheduled me for an appointment and taken my money for a service call but instead, helped me work the problem out over the phone for no charge.
