Mike came out and replaced our water heater. He spent extra time making sure I knew about the unit and how to care for it. He was careful as he worked in my crowded home, and he cleaned the area when he was done. His price was more than fair. You can't ask for anything more than that. We will call him again if we need plumbing help.

My water heater stopped working. Mike came over and found the problem the same day I reached out. He even ordered the part needed to fix the problem, using my warranty, then returned to fix once I got the part. He is professional, easy to talk to, affordable and good value.

Our water heater failed on 4th of July weekend and was leaking in our garage. Mike had a tech available, and a new water heater, that was exactly what we were looking for, on hand. His tech arrived in a couple of hours, was professional and friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. The work was quality and affordable.

I called MT Dunn Plumbing after 3 other companies said it would be 1-2 weeks to check out my leaking shower head. To my amazement MT Dunn sent Rich out the same day!! He arrived promptly, was very professional and had the new parts installed in less than 1 hr. A really great experience, thank you Rich!

My old water heater died. I called MT Dunn plumbing at 7:15 am and they had someone here by 9:00 am with a new water heater and had it all installed and up and running by 11:00 am! Amazing service. Friendly plumber. They hauled away the old water heater and all of the packaging from the new water heater. Highly recommend!

Our water heater starting leaking and we called around to several places for quotes. MT Dun was competitive and we went with them and couldn't be happier. We called early afternoon and had a new water heater by 5PM. The installer was very courteous and spent time afterwards explaining everything, how to maintain it, etc. I would highly recommend them.

Our pipe burst and we started calling. Got a call back right away from Mike, who sent IRich out to help us locate and turn off the main shut off valve. IRich came back 30mins later to fix the pipe. We were extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend MT Dunn Plumbing.

Mike has worked on our home several times in the last year. He replaced our hot water heater (which was up in the attic), replaced our kitchen faucet & installed a water structure unit onto our water main. Mike answers all my questions in a calm & respectful manner so I understand exactly what needs to be done & I feel reassured. He has done a great job with all the work he has done in our home. We feel very confident with Mike's knowledge & expertise. We also feel Mike's pricing is fair. We will be calling on Mike later this month to do some additional work on our home. Thanks, Mike!

Our tankless water heater wasn’t heating any water. I called Mike at MT Dunn Plumbing and even though he was unable to come to check it out that day, he went out of his way to help me find information on what the problem might be, and how to contact the water heater company to get technical help. He was kind and helpful, going above and beyond. Very rarely do you find a company that cares about its customers so much. MT Dunn will be my go-to plumber for any future plumbing needs!

This is an update to this review, because I couldn't find how to post another one. We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink so I called Mike. It appeared to be a leak at the faucet, and since we were thinking about replacing the faucet, we decided to do that. Mike told me where to go to look at different faucets and what might be good kinds. I purchased one I liked and Irich came out a few days later to install it. He did a wonderful job, we love our faucet and appreciate Mike's expertise and willingness to help in any way he can.

Called several plumbing companies and got lots of bad news except from Mike. Very fair price. He arrived at 9 and had a new water heater installed by 12:45. He hauled off the old heater and clearly explained everything. I will definitely call Mike next time I need a plumber. 5 stars!

I read about MT Dunn online with good reviews. Called and said I needed the seals replaced in two toilets and a showerhead installed. Mike made an appointment for me the following day. Eric came out and did the work and was very respectful and left everything clean and fixed. Thank you for your service!

Only plumbing company that would come out that day. Irich got the leak fixed on our water heater expansion tank. He is very good and knowledgeable. We're going to have MT Dunn install one of their water heaters in a week or two when our floor gets replaced. I recommend MT Dunn plumbing highly

My 'old' (3 year old) water heater was no longer able to heat, and I called to have it fixed. Dunn told me that it's a Home Depot 'special' model that's not worth fixing, and he explained how to return it to Home Depot for a refund (so nice to get $800 back for the piece of garbage!). He then installed a good water heater, for a very reasonable price. I really appreciated being told over the phone how to check problems with the old water heater (he trusted me to be somewhat handy and able to drain the water heater to check for sediment, and turn on and off various valves). I really appreciated his work and honesty!

I can't believe how fortunate I was to find M.T. Dunn Plumbing. i would give him 10 stars if I could. Mike and team exceeded my expectations for our master bath remodel which included and additional sink, custom shower, and steam generator installation. I can't say enough about his reasonable pricing, attention to detail and pride in a job done right. He obviously knows plumbing and spent extra time to help me understand the important points I needed to consider as a homeowner. Plus, he was very collaborative with my general contractor whom he'd never met before. And, when I increased scope on the fly, he was nothing but accommodating and helpful. It can be hard to find good contractors these days which is why I'm so glad to have found Mike. Dare I say I can't wait for my next plumbing need so that I can work with him again? Yes. He's that good!

Just had my second occasion to use MT Dunn Plumbing in Hillsboro, and again couldn’t be more pleased. One was standard interior plumbing work (faucet replacements) and this morning was an emergency sump pump replacement. Mike Dunn and his staff are responsive and professional. Mike was very thorough explaining how to use new features and gave me some tips.

They were curtious, did a great install, explained how to use the new water heater, cleaned up / removed debris when finished and their price was within the range initially quoted.

It was not an emergency, and the owner took the time to have a thorough back-and-forth e-mail conversation with us about our needs that took place over a couple of months while we made up our minds. Great customer service! We had.tried this with other, larger companies, but they would hardly talk to us. Mr. Dunn arrived on time and did a thorough professional job, including clean-up, for a reasonable price, and even threw in some unanticipated needed parts for free. I strongly recommend this company!
